YEAH!
They return to headquarters and meet multi-armed blue haired Mr. Moustache.
They cheer, GOOD MORNING!
Startled, Mr. Moustache jumps out of his seat.
He says, OH! GOOD MORNING!
[Mr. Moustache chuckling]

A Game Catcher reads the episode title.
They say, THE SURPRISE PLANTS!

Outside Game Catchers headquarters, Nina kicks a soccer ball.
[Nina laughing]
Pigi kicks the ball.
[Pigi cooing]
In front of Boxy who stands in front of a soccer net, Kate waves her arms.
She says, PASS IT HERE!
[Pigi cooing]
Pigi flies over Dino with the soccer ball.
Dino says, OH!
Pigi kicks the ball high in the air as Mr. Moustache steps out of the building.
Mr. Moustache says, CHILDREN!
He glances up.
He says, OH!
I'VE GOT IT, I'VE GOT IT!
He headbutts the soccer ball as it falls.
[Mr. Moustache grunting]
The ball bounces past Kate and Boxy into the net.
Kate and Boxy say, OH!
Mr. Moustache cheers, GOAL! GOAL!
UH...
OH, AHEM...
I FOUND A GAME PLANET
WITH GAME TRACES!
The Game Catchers cheer, YAY!
[Pigi cooing]
[Beeping]
Inside, the game machine computer shows a skateboard on a pink planet.
Mr. Moustache says, LOOK! THERE ARE TOYS!
THESE ARE GAME TRACES,
ARE YOU READY TO GO?
The Game Catchers cheer, YEAH!
THERE'S A NEW GAME TO CATCH!
GO!
They fly out of headquarters in their ships.
[Upbeat music plays]
The Game Catchers sing, LET'S TAKE OFF
EXPLORING,
THROUGH SPACE OUR SHIP
IS SOARING,
AS WE SEARCH FOR GAMES
AND NEW FRIENDS.
[Tires screeching]
[Music stops]
The Game Catchers stop at a red light.
[Engine rumbling]
A purple pillow-like creature resting in a car-chair ship flies by, then the light turns green.
[Upbeat music continues]
The Game Catchers sing, WE DO LOVE EXPLORING,
WE NEVER FIND IT BORING,
TOURING GALAXIES
WITHOUT ENDS!
They fly through space.
They sing, OUR UNIVERSE IS
FULL OF GAMES AND FUN!
[Pigi cooing]
The Game Catchers sing, FOR EVERYONE!
[Pigi cooing]
The Game Catchers cheer, WE'RE THE GAME CATCHERS!
They fly to the pink planet and walk among tall, leafy bushes.
[Gentle music plays]
The Game Catchers say, OH!
Ahead of them, orange, gecko-like creatures relax on a large leaf. One has pink limbs, one has blue limbs, and the third has purple limbs. They stand up on the leaf.
The purple limbed creature says, HI! WHO ARE YOU?
Nina says, HI! WE'RE THE GAME CATCHERS!
Boxy says, AND WE GO FROM
PLANET TO PLANET...
Kate says, ...TO LEARN...
[Pigi cooing]
Dino rolls on a ball.
[Dino laughing]
The other Game Catchers say, DINO!
Dino slips. He bounces off the ball.
[Dino yelling]
Dino covers his eyes. He lands on his feet in front of the gecko-like creatures, who smile at him.
[Dino grunting]
Dino uncovers his eyes.
He says, ...NEW GAMES!
The pink limbed creature says, NICE! OUR FAVOURITE GAME
IS ANIMAL OBSTACLE COURSE!
Nina says, COOL! SHALL WE PLAY?
The pink limbed creature says, YES! BUT WE NEED
THE ANIMAL TOYS FIRST!
The purple limbed creature says, COME WITH US!
The Game Catchers follow their new friends.
The blue limbed friend says, WE NEED A FEW ANIMAL TOYS
THAT WE GET FROM THESE PLANTS!
In a field, they walk over to a large, pink, jug-shaped plant.
They say, WATCH!
YOU HAVE TO DO THIS!
[Funky music plays]
The blue limbed friend dances in front of the plant.
[Blowing raspberries]
The plant spits a yellow ball into the blue limbed friend’s hands.
[Grunting]
The ball turns into a toy snake.
The Game Catchers say, WOW!
[Pigi cooing]
The blue limbed friend says, SEE? HERE'S THE FIRST
ANIMAL TOY FOR OUR GAME!
The pink limbed friend says, WE NEED MANY MORE
BEFORE WE CAN PLAY!
WANNA HELP?
Kate says, OF COURSE!
WE'LL DO WHAT YOU DID!
She and the other Game Catchers spread out among the other plants. They dance and make silly faces.
[Funky music plays]
[Blowing raspberries]
[Laughing]
[Dino roaring]
Dino says, HA-HA!
The plants spit out yellow balls. The Game Catchers each catch one.
They say, OH!
The balls disappear from their hands.
They say, HUH?
Dino asks, WHY DIDN'T THEY GIVE US
THE ANIMALS?
The purple limbed friend says, NO IDEA!
Boxy says, MAYBE WE DID
THE WRONG MOVES.
CAN YOU SHOW US
THE MOVES AGAIN?
The purple limbed friend says, IT'S EASY!
He and the other colourful limbed friends dance.
[Funky music plays]
[Blowing raspberries]
Dino sighs, AW... IT'S TOO DIFFICULT!
HOW DID YOU LEARN TO DO THAT?
The blue friend limbed says, I DON'T KNOW.
WE JUST DO WHAT'S EASY FOR US!
Kate looks thoughtful.
She says, I HAVE AN IDEA!
LET'S DO WHAT'S
EASY FOR US TOO!
[Playful music plays]
Nina dances like a ballerina in front of a purple plant.
[Nina giggling]
The plant spits out a yellow ball that turns into a toy duck.
Nina says, WOW!
Pigi flaps his wings in front of a pink plant.
[Pigi cooing]
The plant spits out a ball that turns into a toy pig.
[Pigi cooing]
Dino waves his arms in front of a pink plant.
[Dino roaring softly]
[Dino coughing]
The plant spits out a ball that turns into a toy cow.
Dino says, WOW!
Kate stretches and wiggles her arms in front of a red plant. She dances and makes a heart with her arms.
[Kate giggling]
The plant spits out a ball that turns into a toy dog.
Kate cheers, YAY!
Boxy blows a clown out of his box in front of a pink plant.
He grunts, AH!
The plant spits out a ball that turns into a toy bear.
Boxy cheers, YAY!
Everyone holds their toy. The pink limbed friend holds a toy elephant, and the blue limbed friend holds a toy mouse.
The purple limbed friend says, WELL DONE!
NOW, WE HAVE ENOUGH
ANIMAL TOYS TO PLAY!
The Game Catchers cheer, YAY!
[Pigi cooing]
The purple limbed friend says, PLAYING'S EASY!
FIRST, WE USE THE ANIMALS
TO CREATE TWO PATHS.
Boxy and the blue limbed friend each make a path with toy animals.
The purple friend continues, THEN WE DIVIDE INTO TWO TEAMS.
One team is Nina, Pigi, the purple limbed friend and the limbed blue friend. The other team is Kate, Dino, the pink limbed friend and Boxy.
The purple limbed friend explains, EACH TEAM HAS ITS OWN PATH.
THE TEAMS COMPETE,
ONE PLAYER AT A TIME.
THE TWO PLAYERS
HAVE TO COMPLETE THE PATH
AS QUICK AS THEY CAN,
BUT WHEN THEY FIND AN ANIMAL,
THEY HAVE TO STOP
AND IMITATE IT.
[Exciting music plays]
Nina and Kate run up to the first animal on their path. Nina reaches the toy duck.
She says, QUACK! QUACK!
She flaps her arms like a duck, then runs to the toy cow.
She says, MOO!
Nina sits like a cat beside a toy cat.
She says, ME-MEOW!
She runs to the toy dog and lifts her hooves like paws.
She says, WOOF! WOOF!
On the other path, Kate reaches the toy snake. She stretches her arm and wiggles it like a snake.
She says, HISS!
She runs to a toy lion.
She says, ROAR!
Kate runs to the toy elephant and moves her arm like an elephant trunk.
[Kate trumpeting]
Kate runs up to the toy bear and raises her arms.
[Kate growling]
The purple limbed friend says, WHEN THEY'VE FINISHED
THE PATH,
THE NEXT TEAM MEMBER FOLLOWS.
Nina and Kate reach the end of the path, then Pigi and Dino start.
[Pigi cooing]
Pigi runs from the duck to the cow.
[Pigi cooing like a ducks quacking]
[Pigi cooing like a cows mooing]
Pigi lies on the ground beside the cat.
[Pigi purring]
Pigi stands up beside the dog.
[Pigi cooing like a dog barking]
On the other path, Dino wiggles on the ground like a snake.
[Dino hissing]
Beside the lion, Dino raises his arms.
[Dino roaring]
[Dino laughing]
Dino says, THIS IS SUPER FUN!
He runs past the elephant.
Nina says, DINO, YOU MISSED THE ELEPHANT!
Dino stops beside the bear at the end of the path.
The purple limbed friend says, IF A PLAYER SKIPS AN ANIMAL
OR MAKES THE WRONG NOISE,
THEY HAVE TO DO
THE WHOLE PATH OVER.
[Dino groaning]
Dino runs back to the start of the path as Pigi runs to the end, joining Nina.
[Excited cooing]
The purple limbed friend runs to the start of his team’s path.
He says, IT'S MY TURN!
He runs to the duck.
He says, QUACK!
He moves onto the cow.
He says, MOO!
Dino reaches the start of his team’s path.
He says, I'LL DO IT! I'LL DO IT!
The purple limbed friend joins Pigi and Nina.
He says, GILLIAN, IT IS YOUR TURN!
Gillian, the blue limbed friend, looks excited. She runs down her team’s path alongside Dino.
She says, QUACK!
Dino says, RAWR!
Gillian says, MOO!
She runs to the cat. Dino looks surprised.
Gillian says, MEOW!
She moves onto the dog.
She says, WOOF, WOOF!
At the elephant, Dino says, SHE IS FAST!
The purple limbed friend explains, THE FIRST TEAM THAT FINISHES
THE COURSE, WINS!
Gillian joins the rest of her team.
[Nina’s team cheering]
Nina’s team cheers, WHOO-HOO!
WE WON!
Nina cheers, YAY! LET'S PLAY AGAIN!
During a new game, Pigi sits like a dog.
[Pigi cooing like a dog barking]
Boxy hugs a toy sheep.
He says, BAA!
Nina runs up to the toy mouse.
She says, SQUEAK, SQUEAK!
Dino stretches his nose.
He says, OINK, OINK!
The pink limbed friend runs up to the dog.
She says, WOOF, WOOF!
She scratches her neck like a dog. Kate runs up to a toy bird.
She says, TWEET, TWEET!
Kate flaps her hands like wings, then runs up to a toy crocodile.
She says, UH...
WHAT SOUND DOES
A CROCODILE MAKE?
CLUCK, CLUCK?
She claps her arms together like a crocodile’s mouth snapping.
She says, UH...
[Everyone laughing]
[Cheerful music plays]
The Game Catchers return to headquarters on their planet.
Inside, Nina says, THERE WERE SOME PLANTS
THAT GAVE US ANIMALS
TO PLAY WITH!
Mr. Moustache works on the game machine computer.
Dino says, NOT REAL ANIMALS!
Boxy says, YEAH, JUST TOYS!
YOU PUT THEM ALONG A PATH,
AND YOU HAVE TO IMITATE THEM
WHEN YOU FIND THEM!
[Mr. Moustache chuckling]
Mr. Moustache says, IT SOUNDS LIKE FUN!
He glances at the game machine.
He says, HERE COMES THE GAME SPHERE!
The claw game-like machine fills a sphere with a pink light and memories of the Animal Obstacle Course game.
[Triumphant music plays]
In the archive room, Nina puts the sphere on a shelf among others.
Mr. Moustache says, GREAT WORK, GAME CATCHERS!
YOU'VE FOUND ANOTHER
WONDERFUL NEW GAME!
Kate says, MR. MOUSTACHE,
WHAT SOUND DOES
A CROCODILE MAKE?
Mr. Moustache says, ACTUALLY, I DON'T KNOW.
HMM...
The Game Catchers clap their arms together like a crocodile’s mouth snapping.
They say, CLUCK, CLUCK!
Mr. Moustache chuckles, HO, HO!
[Laughing]

Nina runs up to the toy mouse.

Dino stretches his nose.

The pink limbed friend runs up to the dog.
She says, WOOF, WOOF!
She scratches her neck like a dog. Kate runs up to a toy bird.
She says, TWEET, TWEET!
Kate flaps her hands like wings, then runs up to a toy crocodile.
She says, UH...
WHAT SOUND DOES
A CROCODILE MAKE?
CLUCK, CLUCK?
She claps her arms together like a crocodile’s mouth snapping.
She says, UH...
[Everyone laughing]
[Cheerful music plays]
The Game Catchers return to headquarters on their planet.
Inside, Nina says, THERE WERE SOME PLANTS
THAT GAVE US ANIMALS
TO PLAY WITH!
Mr. Moustache works on the game machine computer.
Dino says, NOT REAL ANIMALS!
Boxy says, YEAH, JUST TOYS!
YOU PUT THEM ALONG A PATH,
AND YOU HAVE TO IMITATE THEM
WHEN YOU FIND THEM!
[Mr. Moustache chuckling]
Mr. Moustache says, IT SOUNDS LIKE FUN!
He glances at the game machine.
He says, HERE COMES THE GAME SPHERE!
The claw game-like machine fills a sphere with a pink light and memories of the Animal Obstacle Course game.
[Triumphant music plays]
In the archive room, Nina puts the sphere on a shelf among others.
Mr. Moustache says, GREAT WORK, GAME CATCHERS!
YOU'VE FOUND ANOTHER
WONDERFUL NEW GAME!
Kate says, MR. MOUSTACHE,
WHAT SOUND DOES
A CROCODILE MAKE?
Mr. Moustache says, ACTUALLY, I DON'T KNOW.

The Game Catchers clap their arms together like a crocodile’s mouth snapping.
They say, CLUCK, CLUCK!
Mr. Moustache chuckles, HO, HO!
[Laughing]
