Harry, a shaggy black and white guinea pig, stands in a gazebo. Frankie, a light brown guinea pig, stands on the grass in front and looks up at Harry. Clover waits at a market stall. In a classroom, Harry, Frankie, Clover, and Skip sit facing their teacher, Miss Whiskers.

A singer sings, HOW DO YOU DO? IT'S NICE TO SEE YOU IN OUR HAPPY PLACE. OH, OH, IN OUR HAPPY PLACE.

[Happy country music plays]

Leaves fall from a tree in front of a two-storey house.

A narrator says, THE TOWN OF HAPPY PLACE IS KNOWN FOR BEING A FUN PLACE, ESPECIALLY AT HALLOWEEN. AND EVERYONE HAS THEIR OWN IDEA OF WHAT FUN IS.

Frankie wears a black hat decorated with a strand of pearls.

Frankie says, I LOVE HALLOWEEN BECAUSE OF THE COSTUMES.

Skip sits at a picnic table.

Skip says, I LOOK FORWARD TO HALLOWEEN BECAUSE OF ALL THE SWEET TREATS.

[Munching]

A picture shows Skip with a bowl of colourful candy. In Happy Place, Harry stands on a picnic table beside a pumpkin.

Harry says, I LIKE PUMPKINS, AND I ENJOY PLAYING HALLOWEEN TRICKS ON MY FRIENDS.

[Harry laughing]

Ginger stands on a picnic table.

Ginger says, TO BE HONEST, I LIKE HALLOWEEN, BUT I DON'T LIKE THE TRICKS AND SPOOKY STUFF.

[Children laughing]

In the classroom, Miss Whiskers says, HELLO STUDENTS. HAPPY HALLOWEEN! THIS YEAR, I'M GOING TO DRESS UP AS A FRIENDLY WITCH.

[Laughing, whooshing]

A picture features Miss Whiskers wearing a pointed hat and riding on a broomstick.

Miss Whiskers asks, WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO BE FOR HALLOWEEN?

Frankie says, I'M GOING TO BE A BALLERINA.

[Cheering, applause]

In a picture, Frankie wears a pink tulle tutu.

Harry says, I'M GOING TO BE A MAGICIAN.

[Cheering, applause]

In a picture, Harry holds a magic wand and wears a sparkling top hat and cape.

Skip says, I'M GOING TO BE A TRAIN ENGINEER.

[Train whistle blowing]

In a picture, Skip rides on the front of a locomotive.

Clover says, I'M GOING TO BE SOMETHING DIFFERENT THIS YEAR. I'M GOING TO BE A BUMBLEBEE.

[Boinging]

In a picture, Clover wears a bumblebee costume.

Skip says, WHAT A GREAT IDEA.

Ginger says, I'M GOING TO BE A LADYBUG.

[Boinging, zapping]

In a picture, Ginger wears a ladybug costume.

Harry says, SPEAKING OF BUGS. WHAT'S THAT?

[Slide whistle]

A spider lowers in front of Ginger.

[Boinging, tapping]

Ginger jumps out of her seat, and her pencil rolls off her desk.

Ginger says, AH! HELP! IT'S A SPIDER!

Harry says, GOTCHA!

[Harry laughing]

Clover says, HARRY! MY SISTER IS AFRAID OF SPIDERS.

Ginger says, I'M SCARED.

Miss Whiskers says, GINGER, DON'T WORRY. THE SPIDER IS NOT REAL. AND HARRY, THAT REALLY FRIGHTENED GINGER.

Harry says, OH, I FORGOT YOU WERE SCARED OF SPIDERS. I'LL MAKE IT UP TO YOU TONIGHT I'M HOSTING A HALLOWEEN HIDE-AND-SEEK PARTY. IT'LL BE FUN. NO SPIDERS, I PROMISE.

Ginger says, OKAY. NO SPIDERS. I'LL BE THERE.

At night, lights glow through the windows of Harry’s house. Pumpkins decorate the yard.

The narrator says, LATER, THE GUINEA PIGS HAVE GATHERED IN HARRY'S YARD FOR A GAME OF PUMPKIN HIDE AND SEEK.

[Boinging]

Harry jumps.

Harry says, HUH? WHAT WAS THAT?

Skip says, IT'S JUST ME. IT'S SKIP.

Harry says, HUH? I TOTALLY KNEW THAT. IT'S DARKER OUT HERE THAN I EXPECTED.

Skip says, OKAY, LET'S PLAY HIDE AND SEEK. GINGER. YOU'RE IT.

Ginger says, I LOVE BEING IT.

Skip says, WE'RE ALL GONNA HIDE, AND YOU HAVE TO COME AND FIND US.

Harry says, IT'S A PRETTY DARK, DON'T YOU THINK?

Skip says, EXACTLY. IT'S EASIER TO HIDE IN THE DARK.

Ginger says, OKAY, EVERYONE, GO HIDE NOW.

Frankie shouts, WOO HOO! YAY!

Skip says, CLOSE YOUR EYES AND COUNT TO 10.

Clover says, DON'T PEEK, GINGER.

[Laughing, light music plays]

Ginger counts, ONE. TWO. THREE. FOUR. FIVE. SIX. SEVEN. EIGHT. NINE. TEN. READY OR NOT, HERE I COME. I'M COMING TO FIND YOU NOW. CLOVER, HARRY, SKIP. I'M GOING TO FIND YOU.

Harry hides behind pumpkins.

Harry says, IT'S REALLY DARK OUT HERE AND MUCH SPOOKIER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE.

[Owl hooting]

Harry says, WHAT IS THAT?

[Wolf howling]

Harry says, OH, NO. WHAT WAS THAT? IS THAT A WOLF?

Ginger says, HARRY, I FOUND YOU!

Harry says, PHEW! OH, THANK GOODNESS IT'S YOU, GINGER.

Harry and Ginger stand together in the yard.

Ginger says, WHAT'S WRONG, HARRY?

Harry says, UM. THIS GAME FEELS A LITTLE SPOOKY.

Ginger asks, WHAT'S SPOOKY ABOUT HIDE AND SEEK?

Harry replies, UM. YOU KNOW HOW YOU GOT SCARED BY MY TRICK SPIDER?

Ginger says, YEAH. YOU GOT ME.

Harry says, WELL, I'M AFRAID OF THE DARK. CAN WE TAKE A BREAK FROM BEING OUTSIDE?

Ginger says, ABSOLUTELY.

Harry says, I'LL MAKE HALLOWEEN HOT CHOCOLATE.

Ginger says, HEY, EVERYONE, LET'S GO INSIDE FOR HOT CHOCOLATE.

The other guinea pigs say, YEAH, LET'S DO IT.

Skip, Clover, and Frankie walk away from Harry and Clover. Ginger walks between the pumpkins.

The narrator says, THE GUINEA PIGS ENJOYED THEIR HOT CHOCOLATE AND AGREED THAT THIS HAD BEEN THE MOST FUN HALLOWEEN EVER.

[Upbeat music plays]
