Title: "Run the Marbles."
Children shout, LET'S RUN THE MARBLES!
[Upbeat music plays]
In a studio, Jordan peers through a track support at a table, and Koralee plays with a dollhouse on the floor. Jordan has short brown hair, wears a green shirt and dark blue jeans, and uses a wheelchair. On the table are track pieces, funnels, and containers of marbles. Koralee has tightly braided dark brown hair and wears a green T-shirt and blue jeans.
A narrator says, HI, JORDAN. HI, KORALEE.
Koralee and Jordan say, HI.
The narrator says, WHAT AN AMAZING DOLLHOUSE! THOSE ARE ALWAYS SO MUCH FUN TO PLAY WITH.
Koralee says, AND SO ARE MARBLES, BUT THEY KEEP BOUNCING OFF THE STAIRS.
[Marble clattering]
Koralee releases a marble at the top of the dollhouse staircase. It bounces on a few stairs and then jumps over the bottom stairs.
The narrator says, HM, THE MARBLE'S HAVING TROUBLE STAYING ON THE STAIRS. IT IS JUST BOUNCING OFF, BUT GREAT IDEA TO USE STAIRS AS INSPIRATION FOR A MARBLE RUN.
Jordan holds a bumpy stair-like track piece.
Jordan says, HEY, LOOK, TRACK STAIRS.
The narrator says, OH! MAYBE YOU CAN WORK TOGETHER TO MAKE THE MARBLE RUN DOWN THOSE STAIRS WITHOUT BOUNCING OFF.
[Marble clattering]
Jordan releases a marble at the top of the track stairs, and it falls on the table. Koralee tilts the track stairs slightly, and the marble bounces off the track and onto the table.
The narrator says, LOOKS LIKE IT'S STILL BOUNCING TOO MUCH. I WONDER HOW YOU CAN MAKE IT STAY ON THE TRACK?
Jordan says, I KNOW!
[Marble clattering]
Jordan puts the stairs on the table and lifts one side slightly.
The narrator says, IF THE TRACK IS LESS STEEP, THE MARBLE HAS MORE CHANCES OF STAYING ON.
Koralee asks, YOU KNOW WHAT WOULD BE COOLER?
Jordan pumps his fist.
Jordan says, MORE STAIRS! MORE STAIRS!
[Clattering]
Marbles roll across the screen.
The narrator says, IT'S GOING TO BE SO MUCH FUN TO SEE HOW THIS TURNS OUT.
[Thumping, slide whistle, clattering]
Jordan gives Koralee a funnel and she assembles a support tower on the table.
The narrator says, TWO SETS OF STAIR TRACKS...
[Clicking, slide whistle, upbeat music continues]
Koralee connects a set of track stairs to the bottom of a funnel platform. It connects to a curving track and another set of stairs. The track leads to the edge of the table to a funnel on a smaller table. Koralee builds a track on the smaller table. Jordan puts a funnel on top of a track.
The narrator says, AND LOTS MORE PIECES FOR SWIRLS, TWIRLS, AND MORE MARBLE FUN!
[Clicking, Jordan imitating an explosion, dinging]
Jordan and Koralee build a track on the floor with a funnel platform beneath the edge of the smaller table. They fist bump and pull their hands away.
The narrator says, WOULD YOU LOOK AT THAT! YOU COULD SAY THAT YOU MADE EACH "STEP" OF THIS MARBLE RUN AWESOME!
In animation, question marks appear around Jordan.
Jordan says, HM, I FEEL LIKE SOMETHING IS MISSING.
Koralee says, I'VE GOT IT.
[Clattering, banging, dinging]
Marbles fall in a pile and cover the screen. Koralee takes a clown doll and a monkey toy out of the dollhouse and puts them by the track at the edge of the first table. She puts a toy dachshund near the edge of the smaller table.
The narrator says, OH! YOUR FRIENDS FROM THE DOLLHOUSE CAN WATCH THE MARBLE RUN.
Jordan says, NOW IT'S READY.
Koralee says, TIME TO TEST IT OUT.
The narrator says, COUNT IT DOWN, JORDAN!
Jordan counts, THREE, TWO, ONE, GO!
[Marble rattling, rumbling]
Jordan releases a marble at the top of the marble run. It bounces down the track stairs, into a curving track, and down the next set of track stairs. The marble falls into a funnel on the lower table and rolls down the track. The marble falls into a funnel on the floor and rolls through two connected spiral tracks. It falls into a container at the bottom of the spiral.
The narrator says, THAT WAS STAIR-RRIFIC!
[Marble rattling, rumbling, clattering]
Jordan releases a second marble at the top of the marble run, and it rolls down the track to the container.
Koralee and Jordan say, LET'S RUN THE MARBLES!
[Clattering]
Marbles fall in a pile and cover the screen.
[Upbeat music continues, marbles clattering, children cheering]
Jordan drops a handful of marbles onto the funnel platform at the top of the marble run. The marbles bounce down the track stairs to the lower table. One marble falls onto the table. The other marbles roll along the track to the spiral tracks on the floor and fall into the container.
The narrator says, CHANGING THE ANGLE OF THESE TRACK STAIRS MADE THE MARBLES ROLL SLOWER DOWN EACH STEP WITHOUT BOUNCING OFF.
[Upbeat music continues, marbles clattering]
Koralee and Jordan release more marbles at the top of the marble run.
