[Gentle music plays, Ladybird and Bee giggle, Bee buzzes, birds chirp]

DESCRIPTION: Ladybird, a red and black ladybug, and Bee, a yellow and black bee, rest on a branch. The title, on a falling green leaf, reads, “Ladybird and Bee.”

NARRATOR: It's Ladybird and Bee.

[Wings flap rapidly, upbeat music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Ladybird and Bee fly over wildflowers in a meadow beneath a blue sky.

NARRATOR: Ladybird and Bee, hello!

LADYBIRD: Lilliloo!

BEE: Buzz, buzz!

[Ladybird and Bee giggle]

LADYBIRD: Lilliloo!

BEE: Buzz buzz!

[Ladybird and Bee laugh]

DESCRIPTION: Ladybird and Bee land on a red flower.

NARRATOR: Ooh, look, Ladybird. You are the same colour as the flower!

[Both gasp]

LADYBIRD: Lilliloo!

[The music stops]

NARRATOR: The flower is red, and you are red.

[Taps, happy music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Ladybird jumps excitedly, then flies in a circle.

LADYBIRD: Lilliloo!

NARRATOR: What other colours can we find?

[Wings flap, mellow music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Ladybird and Bee land on a nearby orange flower.

NARRATOR: Orange. It's a beautiful orange flower.

[Ladybird and Bee exclaim]

NARRATOR: Let's find the same colour as Bee.

[Upbeat music plays, wings flap rapidly]

DESCRIPTION: Ladybird and Bee fly over the flowers.

BEE: Buzz, buzz!

[Bee gasps, flowers rustle]

DESCRIPTION: Ladybird and Bee land on a yellow flower, then Bee jumps on nearby yellow flowers.

BEE: Buzz. Buzz, buzz, buzz, buzz!

[Rustle]

DESCRIPTION: Bee lands on the flower next to Ladybird and wiggles happily, knocking pollen into the air.

LADYBIRD: Alillichoo!

BEE: Buzz?

[Both giggle, Ladybird mumbles]

NARRATOR: You are yellow, and the flower is yellow, Bee. What other colours can we find?

[Ladybird gasps]

DESCRIPTION: Ladybird and Bee look around, and Ladybird flies to a nearby blade of green grass.

LADYBIRD: Lilliloo!

BEE: Buzz?

NARRATOR: Green. Green, green grass.

BEE: Buzz?

DESCRIPTION: Bee leads Ladybird to bluebells.

BEE: Buzz, buzz, buzz.

NARRATOR: Blue, a bluebell flower.

[Chimes]

DESCRIPTION: Bee touches a bluebell, and the flower gently shakes.

BEE: Buzz, buzz?

DESCRIPTION: Ladybird points at a purple flower.

LADYBIRD: Lilli?

NARRATOR: Mm, it's a purple spiky thing. Purple.

[Ladybird and Bee giggle, both exclaim, wings flap rapidly, gentle music plays]

NARRATOR: Oh, look up in the sky!

[Ladybird and Bee gasp, both exclaim]

DESCRIPTION: Ladybird and Bee fly over the wildflowers and look at a rainbow. They fly up and touch each colour as the narrator names it.

NARRATOR: It's a rainbow. A rainbow with all the colours! Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple!

[Ladybird and Bee exclaim, both laugh, birds chirp, wings flap]
