[Gentle music plays, Ladybird and Bee giggle, Bee buzzes, birds chirp]

DESCRIPTION: Ladybird, a red and black ladybug, and Bee, a yellow and black bee, rest on a branch. The title, on a falling green leaf, reads, “Ladybird and Bee.”

NARRATOR: It's Ladybird and Bee.

[Rain patters]

DESCRIPTION: On a rainy day, Ladybird and Bee hove beneath drooping red flowers.

NARRATOR: Hello, Ladybird. Hello, Bee.

LADYBIRD: Lilliloo!

DESCRIPTION: Ladybird and Bee wave.

BEE: Buzz, buzz!

[Gentle music plays]

DESCRIPTION: The rain stops, and dark clouds blow away from the sun. The sky changes from grey to blue.

NARRATOR: The rain is ending. We'll be able to go out and play soon.

BEE: Buzz, buzz!

LADYBIRD: Lilliloo!

[Chiming, wings flap rapidly, mellow music plays]

DESCRIPTION: In a sunbeam, sparkles float past Ladybird and Bee.

NARRATOR: Ooh, look.

BEE: Buzz?

LADYBIRD: Loo?

NARRATOR: What's that shiny thing?

BEE: Buzz?

DESCRIPTION: Ladybird and Bee fly down the edge of a pond.

LADYBIRD: Lilliloo.

BEE: Buzz.

NARRATOR: Whoa!

DESCRIPTION: Water drops sparkle on leaves above Ladybird and Bee, and on the surface of the pond.

LADYBIRD: Lilliloo!

BEE: Buzz, buzz!

DESCRIPTION: A leaf floats on the sparkling water.

NARRATOR: Whoa. The pond is full of sparkles! The sun is making sparkles on the water!

BEE: Buzz, buzz!

LADYBIRD: Lilliloo!

BEE: Buzz?

LADYBIRD: Lilliloo?

[Ladybird gasps]

DESCRIPTION: Ladybird flies up to a water drop on a leaf and makes faces at her reflection.

LADYBIRD: Lilliloo-o-o-o!

[Wings flap rapidly]

DESCRIPTION: Bee flies beside Ladybird and winks at her reflection.

BEE: Buzz.

NARRATOR: You are sparkling too, Ladybird and Bee.

[Ladybird and Bee laugh]

DESCRIPTION: Ladybird and Bee smile and dance in the air.

BEE: Buzz, buzz!

LADYBIRD: Lilliloo!

NARRATOR: Ah, the sun is making sparkles everywhere, Ladybird and Bee.

BEE: Buzz, buzz!

LADYBIRD: Lilliloo!

DESCRIPTION: Ladybird and Bee look at the sparkling water drops on leaves.

BEE: Buzz.

LADYBIRD: Loo.

DESCRIPTION: Ladybird makes a face at her reflection, rolling her eyes.

LADYBIRD: Loo-o-o-o-o!

BEE: Buzz-z-z-z-z!

[Both laugh]

DESCRIPTION: Ladybird and Bee fly down to the edge of the pond and look at their reflections. Bee rolls her eyes in circles.

BEE: Buzz, buzz.

[Ladybird giggles]

LADYBIRD: Lilliloo! Lilliloo!

[Both giggle]

DESCRIPTION: Ladybird and Bee jump on the shore.

BEE: Buzz, buzz!

NARRATOR: Sparkly sparks in Wild Meadow.

[Narrator chuckles, Ladybird and Bee laugh, the music stops, birds chirp, wings flap]
