Bumpi spots planet Earth in the distance.
[Bumpi exclaiming]
Bumpi flies toward Earth. Exhaust fumes form a title.
Bumpi reads, BUMPADOO!

The episode title reads, “Wheely Fun Time. Written by Celeste Koon.” On a blue tricycle, LiLi races across her backyard wearing a helmet, elbow pads and knee pads. Bumpi appears in front of her.
[Bumpi grunting]
[Bumpi sighing]
LiLi shouts, BUMPI!
Bumpi says, WOO!
Bumpi stretches into a LiLi-shaped hole. LiLi peddles through the hole.
Bumpi smiles and says, OOH!
LiLi stands by the fence with her tricycle.
LiLi says, THIS IS MY NEW TRICYCLE.
As a blob, Bumpi leaps over to LiLi.
Bumpi says, TRICY-COOL?
Bumpi stretches into the shape of a tricycle with square-shaped wheels and tries to roll forward.
[Bumpi grunting]
[Bumpi sighing]
[LiLi gigging]
LiLi says, BUMPI! YOU CAN'T HAVE SQUARE-SHAPED WHEELS. ONLY ROUND WHEELS ROLL.
LiLi draws a circle and a square in the air with her fingers.
Bumpi says, REH-ROW?
LiLi says, ROLL. IT'S WHEN THE WHEELS GO ROUND AND ROUND!
On the asphalt, LiLi rolls one of the wheels on her tricycle. Bumpi tries to roll forward.
[Bumpi grunting]
Bumpi rolls into the shape of a circle.
Bumpi says, BLEH-WEE!
As a wheel, Bumpi rolls around the yard.
LiLi says, WHEELS ARE ONE OF THE GREATEST INVENTIONS EVER! THEY HELP US MOVE FROM PLACE TO PLACE.
Bumpi rolls away.
[Bumpi grunting]
[Crashing]
Flowers with pink petals fall across the grass. As a blob, flowers stick out of Bumpi. Bumpi spots a wheelbarrow.
Bumpi says, AAH! WEE?
LiLi says, YES, THE WHEELBARROW HAS ONE WHEEL.
[Bumpi grunting]
Bumpi stretches into the shape of a wheelbarrow.
[Bumpi sighing]
[Bumpi grunting]
LiLi jumps in Bumpi.
LiLi cheers, YIPPEE!
As a wheelbarrow, Bumpi rolls around on one wheel with LiLi.
[Bumpi grunting]
LiLi says, WHEELS ALSO HELP US CARRY AND MOVE HEAVY THINGS.
Bumpi races toward Edgar.
[Edgar whimpering]
Edgar covers his eyes.
[LiLi giggling]
Bumpi flips LiLi onto her feet on the grass. LiLi lies down on her back.
LiLi says, THAT WAS SO MUCH FUN!
Bumpi stretches into the shape of a unicycle.
[Bumpi grunting]
Bumpi rolls forward and back and says, OH!
[Bumpi grunting]
LiLi stands and says, WOW, YOU'VE BECOME A UNICYCLE!
[Bumpi giggling]
Bumpi bounces up and down.
[Bumpi grunting]
[Bumpi giggling]
Bumpi says, OO-NI-CY-COO!
LiLi says, UNICYCLES ONLY HAVE ONE WHEEL. MY TRICYCLE HAS ONE, TWO, THREE WHEELS.
LiLi points to the wheels on her tricycle.
Bumpi says, HMM.
Bumpi stretches into the shape of a bicycle.
[Bumpi grunting]
Bumpi says, ME TRICY-COO!
LiLi says, NOPE, YOU'VE ONLY GOT ONE, TWO WHEELS, WHICH MEANS YOU'RE NOT A TRICYCLE. YOU'RE A BICYCLE. MY SCOOTER ALSO HAS TWO WHEELS. SEE?
LiLi points to the wheels on her scooter.
LiLi says, ONE, TWO. WE FOUND THINGS WITH ONE WHEEL.
Bumpi says, UNICY-COO.
LiLi says, AND ALSO WHEELBARROWS. WE'VE ALSO FOUND THINGS WITH TWO WHEELS: BICYCLES AND...
As a blob, Bumpi says, SCOOTERS!
[LiLi giggling]
LiLi says, AND THINGS WITH THREE WHEELS.
Bumpi says, TRICY-COO!
LiLi says, NOW WE JUST NEED TO FIND SOMETHING WITH FOUR WHEELS.
LiLi and Bumpi look around the yard. Near the fence, Edgar sleeps between a shovel and a garden hose. Bumpi sits in a wagon.
Bumpi says, HMM, NO SEE.
Bumpi flops down into the wagon.
[Bumpi sighing]
[LiLi giggling]
LiLi says, YOU FOUND IT! THE WAGON HAS ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR WHEELS.
LiLi points to the four wheels on the wagon, and Bumpi smiles.
Bumpi says, OH, FOUR WHEELS!
LiLi says, NOW THAT WE'VE COUNTED ALL THE WHEELS, IT'S TIME TO PLAY!
On her tricycle, LiLi clicks together the buckle on her helmet. Bumpi leaps onto the scooter. LiLi rides her tricycle onto the grass.
[Bumpi giggling]
LiLi returns and says, DON'T FORGET YOUR HELMET!
Bumpi’s head ripples, and a helmet appears.
[Bumpi grunting]
Bumpi’s helmet shines.
Bumpi cheers, BUMPADOO!
Bumpi races after LiLi on the scooter.
