Davey scores again and could easily win, but Abigail pleads that he doesn't. Davey then uses one of Al's moves to score double points and wins the game! Everyone cheers but Abigail is sobbing. Al approaches Davey and Abigail thinks it's over, but he instead congratulates him and gives them free pies for life! But only the gross ones.

Joshua is a 12-year-old Ojibwe boy from Curve Lake, Ontario. He's passionate about baseball and it's his favourite thing to do. Sometimes when he plays with his friends the games last all day long! His best friend is Carter - they love to play Manhunt in the forest and video games together at home. Joshua is an accomplished drummer. He drums at pow-wows and has a group called the Redpath Singers. Together they all go to local schools to teach other kids about drumming and Ojibwe traditions. At the local Curve Lake pow-wow, Jacob gives us a tour and shows us the special osprey nest that the kids in his community built for the bird.
Joshua's special word is "dewe'igan" which is "drum" in Ojibwe.

Mailey is a 12-year old girl from the Cree Nation of Chisasibi, but she lives in Montreal, Quebec. In her room, she shows us the special blanket her Great-Grandmother gave to her, and plays us a tune on her guitar - she's just learning! We meet her family and her two budgies - Neebin and Itchuuksh - and then Mailey will show us how far away her home community of Chisasibi is - it takes two whole days to drive there! After Mailey and her sister explain a unique Cree tradition called the ,walking-out ceremony,, she and her friend Kay go skateboarding and practice volleyball - they are on the same team together! Finally, Mailey and her family visit a teepee in Kahnawake that urban Indigenous people in Montreal can go to for special occasions. There they show us how to make bannock over the fire and cook a goose in the traditional Sagabon way!
Mailey's special word is ,kawiitahiitakuch, which means ,joke, in the Cree language.
