Daddy, Cookie, Candy, and Pudding chase down the garbage truck and fix their mistake. The kittens learn the importance of sorting their trash and they never mixed up their recycling again.

But Ginger forgets to make some rules and Pea-Rexes use that to their advantage. They wrangle some Chillipedes and hitch a ride on top of them, racing the Chillipedes like Roman Chariots and quickly storm ahead of Ginger. Ginger can play by the no rules rule too. She scores a lift on a friendly Coconutdon, storming past them. Coconutdons are extremely fast runners and can leap long distances. The Pea-Rexes catch a ride with their friend the baby BokChoydactyl and start to gain on Ginger. The friends are neck and neck as they approach the finish line. Ginger and the Pea-Rexes are launched into the waterhole and land at the same time, making it a draw!

Ginger and the Pea-Rexes are exploring in the Spooky Forest when Split discovers a glowing Chillipede and gives chase. Split's pursuit of the Chillipede leads to a frenetic and spectacular journey until Split loses sight of the Chillipede in an overgrown root-maze and realizes they're lost, alone, and all of a sudden very scared. As Ginger harnesses her auditory skills as a Tricarrotops to listens intently for Split, the terrified Wasabi keeps interjecting with a bellowing shriek. Split hears the call from Wasabi and they hone in on each other through an operatic call and response. Ginger is increasingly nervous as she can hear rustling in the trees but they manage to find one another and make a mad dash out of the spooky forest and find their way home.

The Fizzy Flip is asleep until sunlight falls on it. The light causes it to fizz up with energy and bounce erratically around. B.O.T. must rush about after the Fizzy Flip as it bounces and flips all over the jungle. It bounces up and down on B.O.T.'s head and, as the action escalates, B.O.T. ends up riding on the back the energetic beastie. The Fizzy Flip eventually runs out of fizz and falls asleep before a beam of sunlight charges it up and it springs off again. Night falls and with no sun to charge up the Fizzy Flip, it falls fast asleep. B.O.T. still needs to collect picture data for the beastie in order to complete the mission. Will the flashes from B.O.T.'s camera wake up the Fizzy Flip?
