Colourblocks: Grey
Description: In a swirl of bright colours, six Colourblocks appear. They all have smiling expressions and different-shaped bodies.
Singers: Colourblocks, Colourblocks. Red and yellow and blue. Colourblocks, Colourblocks. Green and purple and orange, too.
Description: Red is a triangle, Orange is a teardrop, Yellow is a circle, Green is an arch, Blue is a square, and Purple is a trapezoid. The Colourblocks jump into the air.
Singers: In a magic world of colours, look what we can do. Colourblocks, Colourblocks, we're mixing it up for you, Colourblocks!
Description: The Colourblocks jump through the air, and whatever they touch turns their colour. Yellow paints the sun yellow, Blue paints the sky blue, and Red hops into a car and paints it red. Green touches the grass and paints it green, while Orange grabs a basketball and paints it orange. Purple pokes a flower and paints it purple.
[Title: Colourblocks]
Description: In a colourless field, two sphere Colourblocks hop together. One is Black, and the other is White. They lack facial features except for two big eyes, and they have blobs for hands.
[Giggling]
Description: Black points at a colourless car.
Black: Look.
Description: Black hops into the car and paints it black. Then White hops onto it and adds white accents. White points to a lamppost, where three uncoloured birds sit. Black and White fly up to the birds. Black paints the first one black, and it becomes a crow.
[Crow squawking]
Description: White touches the second one, and it turns into a dove.
White: Hmm.
[Dove cooing]
Description: The dove and the crow fly off together. Black and White look at the third bird. They touch it at the same time, and their colours mix. Black and White paint the bird grey, and it becomes a pigeon.
[Cooing]
White: Hmm?
Description: Black and White touch the road together, painting a long, paved road in front of them grey. They hop into the car and drive off. The pigeon flies beside them.
[Pigeon cooing]
Description: Black and White drive over a hill and arrive in a city. Uncoloured skyscrapers stand tall in the distance.
[Pigeon cooing]
Description: In the city, Black and White get out of the car and head down the street. They stop in front of a building, and Black paints it black.
White: Hmm.
Description: After a moment, White flies into the air and paints all the black building’s windows white. Black and White high-five.
Black: Ha.
Description: Black and White continue down the street, painting the buildings black and the windows white.
Both: Hmm.
White: Oh?
Description: Suddenly, Black and White pass an alleyway where a colourless elephant stands still. Black and White pause for a moment before touching the elephant. The elephant turns grey and comes to life.
[Trumpeting]
Description: Two more elephants stand behind the first. They all turn grey and come to life, walking down the street.
White: Hmm.
Description: White gestures to Black, and they both roll out two speakers. One is black, and the other is white.
[Wheels squeaking]
Description: Black and White hop on the speakers, which speak aloud.
Black’s Speaker: Black...
White’s Speaker: ...and white...
Both Speakers: ...mix to make…
Description: Black and White mix together to create another spherical Colourblock, Grey. A third speaker appears between Black and White.
Grey’s Speaker: ...grey.
Description: The Colourblocks jump on their speakers.
Black’s Speaker: Black.
White’s Speaker: White.
Grey’s Speaker: Grey.
Grey: Come on. Ha.
Description: Grey hops off their speaker and down the street, painting buildings grey.
Black: Oh.
Description: Grey returns to Black and White and points to the tops of the buildings. Black, White, and Grey hop along the tops of the buildings. Grey paints the buildings, White paints the windows, and Black paints the water tanks. Then Grey hops down the street and paints the sidewalk grey. White follows and draws a hopscotch course in white chalk. Black hops the hopscotch course.
[Giggling]
Description: Grey and Black stand side by side. Grey points at the cloud-filled sky. Black and Grey hop onto their speakers.
Grey: Hmm. Ah.
Black’s Speaker: Black and...
Grey’s Speaker: ...grey...
Both Speakers: ...mix to make…
Description: Black and Grey mix to create another spherical Colourblock, Dark Grey. Dark Grey sits between them on their own speaker.

Description: The five Colourblocks, Black, Dark Grey, Grey, Light Grey, and White, fly into the sky and paint the clouds in different shades of grey. It begins to rain.
[Rain pattering]

Description: The Colourblocks pull out their umbrellas and dance together in the rain. The Colourblocks fly into the air and paint more skyscrapers grey. Elephants stand on the buildings and trumpet.
[Elephants trumpeting]
Description: Three garbage cans are coloured in White, Light Grey, and Grey. The Colourblocks tap on them like drums.
[Playing simple rhythm on garbage can lids]
Description: The Colourblocks paint a staircase grey. Then all five shades wheel out their speakers and press their buttons. Elephants stand behind them.
[Elephant trumpeting]
White’s Speaker: White.
Light Grey’s Speaker: Light grey.
Grey’s Speaker: Grey.
Dark Grey’s Speaker: Dark grey.
Black’s Speaker: Black.
Description: The elephants dance, and the crow, pigeon, and dove soar through the air. The Colourblocks cheer.
