A magazine photographer is coming to Chuggington to do a feature on steam trains. Olwin is determined to look her best for her picture and heads for the chugwash. Along the way, she encounters Wilson and Brewster tugging a car back and forth between them, arguing over who gets to deliver Ebo the elephant's special soap. Neither of them wants to do the other job - a quarry delivery. Big-hearted Olwin says she'll do the quarry run, so that they can both go to the Safari Park. The trainees head off happily, but what none of them has noticed is that in the tussle, one of the bottles of elephant wash landed in Olwin's water tank. Much to her embarrassment, Olwin starts producing vast quantities of bubbles. She can't possibly have her picture taken like this! She tries to hide from the photographer, but he thinks the bubbles are great. Not only does he want to take her picture - he wants to put it on the cover!

Jambo shows them a map of the forest and tells them that, if they follow the instructions, they will find the rhythm. Jasmine and her friends go there but, after a lot of searching, they don't find it. Until Jambo makes them realise that it is much closer, because they don't have to look with their eyes but with their ears.

Bec spends the day going through the takeaway's lost property box. She finds some old shaving foam, which inspires a sweet technique, and a customer calls for help needing a solution to her dad’s stinky problem. Using 3 ingredients, Bec rustles up an ingenious ‘Lizard Pencil Pot Sharpener’ and a skate park gets an artsy surprise using paint and wheels.

It's the fourth week for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition. Swimming is revealed as the featured sport and Momo is deemed the Sport Leader and will have to train her fellow athletes for the punishing race in only three days. The week does not start off well for Maggie as she finds herself in an uncomfortable but not unfamiliar spot. Jackson endures a minor emergency which the other athletes view as an opportunity. When Davey has too much cereal pour out of the box at breakfast, he decides he will invent something to remedy this. He gathers up household items and begins pilling them up on each other, leaning them on each other, lining things up perfectly and although it's very precarious Davey is sure it will work out. Each item sets off a chain reaction that ends in the perfect amount of cereal being poured! He gets everything set up and ready to go, factoring in anything that could possibly go wrong. Just as he's about to try it out his Mum comes home early, and the door whacks into it, setting things off in entirely the wrong way and it collapses. Maybe it was just a little too precarious after all.
