One day the kittens and Daddy visit the library. It turns out that the library has very strict rules: you are not allowed to make noise, run around or play and the only thing you are allowed to do is read books. Cookie, Candy and Pudding don't want to follow the rules and don't understand why everyone doesn't just use the internet to find things out. The librarian gives the kittens a map to find a rare book in the library. This book is so rare it can't even be found on the internet. The kittens track the book down and Pudding begins reading it aloud to Cookie and Candy. They are immediately fascinated by the hero's adventures and begin to understand why everyone loves coming to the library.

But when Trini falls the hike is on hold, that is until Atsaq uses some Indigenous knowledge to treat Trini and help her on her way.

During some playful mischief making, Minty is flung far, far, far across the Valley and lands in unfamiliar territory. Alone, they have to find their way back, as Ginger and the other two Pea-Rexes try to find them. Minty's thrilled to come across a Baby Bokchoydactyl, and realises to their delight that it's the very same laughing bok they taught to fly! With the bok's help, Minty gets on board and flies through the valley, searching for Home Base and Ginger ... but in the air, Minty is disoriented - everything looks different up here - and communicating with the baby bok is quite hard... it can't see Minty pointing left or right. Eventually they figure out a way to communicate, Minty steering the Bokchoydactyl by pulling its ears/leaves... and slowly Minty starts to recognise familiar parts of the valley below. Meanwhile Ginger does likewise, enlisting the adult Bok to help her fly too. Ginger however isn't a natural in the air and has a few falls and near misses... but when she finally gets the hang of it, she's struck by the majesty of the valley below. Ginger and Minty ultimately find each other, the Baby Bok flying too hard/enthusiastically and colliding with its mother, sending Ginger and Minty tumbling... back to home base as the Bokchoydactyls fly off happily. Having made it home safely, Minty makes the same mistake, repeating the shenanigans and being flung far, far, far across the Valley.

When the gang spot a rocket with iron parts, Glitch is cold welded to it. As he tries to get loose, he trips the engine, and they take off at full speed. The gang catches him in time and manages to fix the broken asteroid too! Then, Ella is excited to get her own room but Tilly is not as thrilled. She asks Slippy if he can make her a time machine to slow down time so tomorrow never comes. Slippy says the only place time shows down is around black holes. Tilly races off with Madhu to find one. Maggie tries to explain how time moves more slowly at the black hole and how time moves differently at home but it's very difficult to understand. Tilly runs off with Madhu to hide. Will Slippy and Ella find them in time to be home for dinner?

Despite Maggie's warnings, Ella continues to race, until she really is too late for flare day. The Gemini Twins try to save the day by getting Ella home in record time.

Then a package arrives and it's a special puzzle Davey ordered online but when he and Abigail play with it, they get their paws stuck in it. They try to get it off, but it's really stuck. They decide it's OK, they're inseparable anyway so it'll be fun. They go about their normal activities and laugh at how things are a bit harder being joined together. Then Davey remembers he has the big race that day and Abigail panics, she doesn't want anything to do with it. Davey insists she'll just have to just ride with him, he can't miss it. Before the race Abigail and Davey push instead of pulling on the finger trap and release themselves. Davey is able to race on his own and wins!
