The kids happily finish their paintings and when they're all done Elinor proudly shows off her picture, which shows her true love of nature. --- Elinor, Ari and Olive are in the park when they see Mrs. Hippo picking up litter and doing her best to keep Animal Town clean. The kids decide to help her, but when they finish they realize that the park they just cleaned is full of litter again!! That must mean... Animal Town has a litterbug! After doing some investigating, the kids realize who the litterbug is. It's Mrs. Hippo herself! It turns out that one of the bags she was using to collect trash had a hole in it, so she was dropping litter behind her everywhere they went.

Vee needs someone to pull the royal carriage for the prince of Buffertonia. Chuggers race in to get the job, but Harrison is first - thanks to cutting some corners and running a red light or two. Happy to have the job, he goes off with Puffer Pete to learn the route. Pete notices that Harrison has got into some bad habits. He takes shortcuts, ignores signs and breaks the speed limit. Pete tells Vee she'd better find someone else to pull the prince's carriage. A desperate Harrison says he'll do anything to keep the job! Vee sends Harrison back to the training yard to refresh his knowledge of the rules of the rails - with the trainees. Harrison can't resist showing off at first - but eventually he realises that he's setting a bad example for the trainees, who look up to him. With the help of a pep talk from Wilson, Harrison studies properly, passes his test, and is proud to pull the royal carriage through Chuggington as everyone cheers.

Trick or treat! Mandisa helps Jacob and Olivia prepare for Halloween by showing them how to make a Jack O' Lantern craft from a mason jar. The kids glue orange tissue paper to recycled jars - they decide what expressions their jack-o'-lanterns will have, and add those features in black. Everyone lights up their jar with an electric candle, making them look especially spooky in the dark.

Abigail says they might have to keep it winter all year round as the birds loved singing so much they promised to come back once the snow stopped!

Then, Tommy finds a stray kitten, Snowflake. Audrey and Tommy love him, but Hector tells them that a pet can't live with wild animals. Luckily, he’s found someone who would love to adopt Snowflake: Charlie the reporter. But Jack has grown fond of the kitten and refuses to let his new friend go.

The Science Team decides to hold a vote on what is the best food- pizza or burgers. With the simple machine, the inclined plane, and the science of acceleration, they build a Rube Goldberg machine that will cast their votes into a ballot box.

Ella, Tilly, Slippy and Madhu are playing a game on the moon when it starts to rumble. The ground cracks open and they fall into what they discover is a large network of tunnels underground. Because their exit is blocked, they need to find a different way out. Slippy tries to bore their way out, but he is no match for the moon rock. They race through the tunnels looking for an exit and, in the process, lose Madhu. Only when they stop to think and come up with a new plan do they find Madhu and a way out. Then, Ella and Slippy are practicing Pluto Jump Ride when Tilly begs to go too. Ella tells her it's too dangerous and gives her a practice jump stick before she leaves. Madhu arrives to play and finds Tilly alone. Unaware of Ella's heeding, Madhu suggests they go to Pluto too! Tilly is thrilled. When they arrive, Tilly avoids being seen but Ella soon discovers her. And she is not happy. Tilly tries to show Ella that she is ready for Pluto but one tiny false move results in a huge problem. Will Pluto ever be the same?

Today, Taviss joins chef Zach Keeshig for a day of foraging, where she learns what you can eat, how to harvest responsibly, as well as Zach's techniques for "Indigenizing" food. They gather their ingredients and Zach shows Taviss how to prep some tasty treats! Yum.
