DESCRIPTION: The Paw Patroller gleams as it parks beside a tree. In the Lookout, the pups ride in the elevator wearing their uniforms.

[Song] Marshall, Rubble, Chase, Rocky, Zuma, Skye, yeah, they're on the way. Paw Patrol, Paw Patrol, whenever you're in trouble, Paw Patrol, Paw Patrol we'll be there on the double. No job's too big, no pup's too small, Paw Patrol, we're on a roll. So here we go, Paw Patrol, whoa-oh-oh.

DESCRIPTION: Marshall, Rubble, Chase, Rocky, Zuma, and Skye slide down the Lookout slide to their vehicles. Ryder leads the pups as they drive their vehicles away from the Lookout. On top of a rocky outcropping, Alex dodges a swooping pterodactyl and throws a pale blue egg to Marshall. Marshall catches the egg and bounces down his fire engine ladder. At the bottom, a baby pterodactyl hatches and hugs him. Chase shoots a net beneath Alex and catches him. Ryder gives the Paw Patrol dog treats.

[Dog barks]

DESCRIPTION: On the title card, Rubble jumps. Nearby, a person’s silhouette raises their foot.

DESCRIPTION: Beneath the full moon, Daring Danny X, Ryder, Chase, Skye, Rubble, Zuma, Marshall, and Rocky rest on sleeping pads spread around a lantern on a canyon floor. The Paw Patroller is parked by rocky outcroppings near the campsite.

DANNY: Ryder, thanks for bringing me out here to Half-Pipe Canyon. You're going to have a blast.

[Pups howl]

DANNY: It's got a big gully just like a half-pipe, and a bunch of twisty trails.

ZUMA: A natural skateboard park? I can't wait to try it, Daring Danny X.

[Skateboard taps]

DESCRIPTION: Danny picks up a long, black, orange, and yellow skateboard with a letter X on top.

DANNY: And I'll lead the way on my slick, new, super-fast board.

[Skateboard beeps, the music stops]

DESCRIPTION: Danny turns the board, and purple neon lights glow on the bottom.

CHASE: Wow.

ZUMA: Cool.

PUPS: Sweet ride.

[Sleeps pad rustles, insects chitter]

DESCRIPTION: Ryder lies on his sleeping pad.

[Text Reads] Directed by Charles E. Bastien.

RYDER: Sounds fun. Then let's get ready for bed so we can start early.

[Pups yawn, pads rustle, gentle music plays]

DESCRIPTION: All the pups, except Chase, stretch out on their sleeping pads. Chase sits on his between Ryder and Skye’s pads.

CHASE: I don't know if I can sleep. I'm too...

[Yawns]

CHASE: psyched. Too...

[Yawns, pad rustles]

DESCRIPTION: Chase lies down.

CHASE: Okay. Maybe it is bedtime.

[Ryder chuckles]

RYDER: 'Night, pups, and remember to watch out for those prickle-berry bushes. Their thorns can poke your paws.

DESCRIPTION: Ryder points to small cactuses growing beside a rock.

DANNY: Yeah. You don't want to wind up like Ouchy Paws.

SKYE: Ouchy Paws? Who's that?

[Click, tense music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Danny turns a flashlight on and holds it under his chin.

DANNY, ECHOING: Only a ghost pup.

SKYE: Ooh.

ROCKY: A ghost pup?

MARSHALL: A ghost pup.

ZUMA: Tell us more, dude.

RUBBLE: Um, you don't have to, Danny.

[Flashlight rustles]

DESCRIPTION: Danny puts the flashlight on his sleeping pad.

DANNY: Come on, Rubble. It's just a story about a ghost named Ouchy Paws who haunts the prickle-berry bushes.

PUPS: Ooh.

[Footsteps rustle]

DESCRIPTION: Danny tiptoes past prickle-berry bushes. His shadow falls on a large rock beside him.

DANNY: He walks on tiptoes and howls in the darkness.

[Danny howls, Rubble shudders]

DESCRIPTION: Rubble lies down on his pad and covers his eyes with his paws.

RUBBLE: Oh!

DANNY: 'Cause he, like, stepped on the sharp prickles. And if he catches you, he gives you ouchy paws, too, so you go, "Ouch!"

[Pups gasp, giggle, upbeat music plays]

ROCKY: That's a really silly story, Danny.

RUBBLE: Yeah. So funny.

[Rubble chuckles nervously, Danny’s footsteps rustle]

DANNY: Yeah. Us extreme stunt guys like to tell it to scare each other.

[Whoosh, upbeat music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Danny sits on his sleeping pad.

RYDER: It's okay, Rubble. There's nothing scary out there.

[Whoosh, footsteps patter, rustle, insects chitter]

DESCRIPTION: Later, Ryder, Danny, and the pups sleep around the lantern as Arrby and Sid sneak from rock to rock nearby. Sid carries a shovel.

ARRBY: That "Ouchy Paws" sure was a scary story. Huh, Cap'n boss, Mr. Sid, sir?

[Map rustles]

DESCRIPTION: Sid takes out a map with an X marked on a small island.

SID: Aye. Almost as scary as trying to find my buried treasure in the middle of the desert.

ARRBY: Um, sir? I think you buried it on a desert island. Not the desert.

SID: Oh. Yeah. Argh!

[Map rustles, slide whistle, Sid gasps, exciting music plays, chimes, helmet thumps]

DESCRIPTION: Sid throws away his map. He and Arrby peer around a rock. Sid notices the skateboard, and it gleams. Sid puts his hands on Arrby’s helmet and pushes him down to the ground.

SID: Change of plans, Arrby. Forget the treasure. I need, need, need that skateboard!

ARRBY: That skateboard would be a step up from the tricycle you borrowed.

DESCRIPTION: Arrby looks at a tricycle with a ship wheel and a pirate flag on the back.

SID: And I won't have to pedal it.

ARRBY: But how do we borrow it when they're sleeping right next to it?

[Fingers snap]

DESCRIPTION: Sid snaps his fingers.

SID: Methinks we'll scare them away with a little help from Ouchy Paws.

[Arrby’s paws rustle]

ARRBY: Ouchy Paws? Where? Oh. You mean we're going to pretend to be ghosts.

SID: Aye, Arrby. Or should I say…

[Flashlight clicks]

DESCRIPTION: Sid turns on a flashlight and holds it under his chin.

SID, ECHOING: "Ouchy?"

[They both laugh, whoosh, distant howls, pads rustle, tense music plays]

DESCRIPTION: At the campsite, the pups wake up. Rocky, Zuma, and Chase stand.

CHASE: What’s that noise?

RUBBLE: It's Ouchy Paws. Danny's made-up story wasn't made up at all.

[Whoosh]

DESCRIPTION: Rubble lies down and covers his face.

RYDER: Easy, Rubble. I'm sure it's not—

SID, DISTANTLY: Ouch, ouch, ouch!

DANNY: Rubble is right. It's Ouchy Paws.

DESCRIPTION: Now, let's make ghost-y shadows.

SID, DISTANTLY: Ouch, ouch, ouch!

[Distant howls, flashlight taps, footsteps rustle]

DESCRIPTION: Sid puts a flashlight on the ground, and he and Arrby stand in front of the beam of light. They both lift alternating legs. Their shadows fall on boulders near the campsite.

DANNY: Ouchy Paws is coming.

[Distant howls]

DANNY: And he's brought a friend!

[Danny screams]

DESCRIPTION: Danny runs away from the campsite.

RYDER: Hey. What's going on out there?

[Click]

DESCRIPTION: The flashlight shuts off, and the shadows disappear. Ryder runs towards the boulders, and the pups follow.

MARSHALL: Careful of the prickle-berries.

[Slide whistle]

DESCRIPTION: Sid and Arrby watch the Paw Patrol run towards the shadows.

SID: It worked! Arr. Let's grab that skateboard.

[Footsteps rustle, skateboard beeps, whirrs, wheels rumble]

DESCRIPTION: Sid jumps on the skateboard and rides forward as Arrby runs beside him. Nearby, Ryder and the Paw Patrol look at the boulders where the shadows appeared.

RUBBLE: Stick close, Danny. Hey. Where is Danny?

MARSHALL: There goes his skateboard.

CHASE: Danny!

RYDER: Stop!

ROCKY: Come back!

MARSHALL: He's going to skate right into Half-Pipe Canyon.

SKYE: In the dark.

RYDER: We've got to rescue him. No, Danny is too daring. No pup is too small.

[Whirr, beeps, upbeat music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Ryder activates his pup-pad and touches the screen. The pup’s tags flash.

RYDER: Paw Patrol, to the Paw Patroller.

PUPS: Ryder needs us.

DESCRIPTION: Marshall runs and notices his shadow on the cliff face. He trips, and a sleeping pad rolls up around him.

MARSHALL: Whoa. What's that? Whoa!

[Slide whistle, pups bark]

DESCRIPTION: The other pups stand at the top of the ramp that leads to the back of the Paw Patroller.

ROCKY: Marshall, watch out.

MARSHALL: Whoa!

[Slide whistle, clatter]

DESCRIPTION: In the back of the Paw Patroller, Marshall stands a pile of pups.

[Insects chitter, the music stops]

MARSHALL: Don't worry. I'm not Ouchy Paws, but I am Ouchy Nose.

DESCRIPTION: Marshall touches his nose.

MARSHALL: Ouch.

[Everyone laughs, ramp whirrs, thuds, badge whirrs, pups giggle, whoosh, seatbelts click, doors thud, upbeat music plays]

DESCRIPTION: The back door closes, and the pups run through the Paw Patroller. They pause behind the badge on the side, change into their Paw Patrol uniforms and then continue to their seats. The swivel seats turn, and the pups face the driver’s seat. Their seatbelts fasten and screens activate in front of each pup.

CHASE: PAW Patrol ready for action, Ryder, sir.

RYDER: Thanks for hurrying, pups.

[Screens beep]

DESCRIPTION: Ryder touches the screen on his pup-pad, and a large screen activates at the front of the Paw Patroller.

RYDER: We have to stop Daring Danny before he gets hurt in Half-Pipe Canyon.

[Exclamation marks pop]

DESCRIPTION: On the screen, Danny’s silhouette rides the skateboard and exclamation marks appear over the canyon.

DANNY: Whoa!

[Whirr, beep]

DESCRIPTION: In the Paw Patroller, Ryder sits in his chair beside Robo-Dog. He swipes on his pup-pad, and Skye’s helicopter appears on the screen.

RYDER: So, for this mission, I'll need Skye. I need you to use your light to find Danny in the canyon.

[Whoosh]

DESCRIPTION: Skye’s seat turns.

SKYE: This puppy has got to fly.

[Whirr, beep]

DESCRIPTION: Ryder swipes on his pup-pad and Chase’s police vehicle and a net appear on the large screen.

RYDER: And Chase. I need you to use your net to stop Danny on those twisty trails.

[Whoosh]

DESCRIPTION: Chase’s seat turns.

CHASE: Chase is on the case.

[Exciting music plays]

RYDER: All right. Paw Patrol is on a roll.

DESCRIPTION: The large screen retracts, and Skye and Chase run into the vehicle area.

[Song] Paw Patrol.

[Bark, whirr]

DESCRIPTION: Skye’s helicopter lowers from the ceiling, with the rotor lowered and packed inside the body of the vehicle.

[Song] Go, go, go, go. Skye.

[Skye giggles, panel rumbles, whirr]

DESCRIPTION: Chase’s police vehicle lowers from the ceiling.

[Song] Go, go, go, go. Chase.

(Chase barks, ramps whirr, rumble, siren wails, whirr, engine rumbles]

DESCRIPTION: The side and back of the Paw Patroller open. Chase drives down a ramp, and Skye takes off from a raised platform. Ryder drives out of the Paw Patroller on his A.T.V.

[Danny pants, energetic music plays]

DESCRIPTION: On a ledge, Danny stops running, bends over, and puts his hands on his knees.

DANNY: Can't let Ouchy Paws get me.

[Wheels rumble]

DESCRIPTION: In the canyon, Sid rides Danny’s skateboard.

DANNY: Hey! That's my new skateboard. I don't care if it is a ghost. I want my board back.

[Thunk, footsteps rustle]

DESCRIPTION: Danny puts on his helmet. He runs to the canyon floor and finds Sid’s tricycle.

DANNY: Weird. But at least it has wheels.

[Tricycle creaks, Danny pants]

DESCRIPTION: Danny pedals the tricycle.

[Helicopter rotor blades whirr]

DESCRIPTION: Elsewhere, Skye flies above Ryder and Chase.

RYDER: Skye, let us know when you find Daring Danny.

SKYE: Roger that, Ryder.

[Helicopter rotor blades whirr, wheels rumble, light music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Skye pilots away from Ryder and flies over rocks on the canyon floor. On the skateboard, Arrby climbs up on the back and rides behind Sid.

ARRBY: Um, Cap'n boss, Mr. Sid, sir, maybe you should slow down.

SID: We're fine. Whoa! I just need a little more light.

[Rotor blades thump]

DESCRIPTION: A spotlight shines on Sid and Arrby.

BOTH: What?

SKYE: Danny, stop. Wait. You're not Danny. You're Sid Swashbuckle.

[Footsteps rustle]

DESCRIPTION: Arrby jumps off the back of the skateboard and pushes it.

SID: The one and only. Arrr! Got to go. Thanks.

[Wheels rumble, tense music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Arrby jumps back on the skateboard, and he and Sid roll away.

SKYE: Ryder, it turns out Sid the pirate swiped Danny's skateboard, and he's swerving off the path.

RYDER: What? Okay. Try to stop him before he hurts himself.

SKYE: Roger that.

RYDER: Chase, look for Danny. That's not him on the skateboard.

CHASE: On it, Ryder.

[Siren blares, engine rumbles, tense music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Chase drives away from Ryder and drives behind Danny.

CHASE: I think I found him, Ryder. Danny, stop!

[Tricycle wheels rustle]

CHASE: Not until I get my skateboard back. And it's Daring Danny X.

[Siren blares, engine rumbles, wheels squeak, skateboard rumbles, rotor blades whirr, Skye barks]

SKYE: Harness.

[Harness whirrs]

DESCRIPTION: A harness lowers from the helicopter.

SKYE: Sid, stop. It's too dangerous to skateboard in the dark. I'll carry you and Arrby out.

[Whooshes, wheels rustle]

DESCRIPTION: Arrby’s back legs drop off the skateboard, and he runs. He jumps back on behind Sid.

SID: No way. I need, need, need this skateboard, but I don't need, need, need you.

[Tricycle squeaks]

DANNY: There it is. Time for an extreme shortcut.

DESCRIPTION: Danny drives across Sid’s path.

DANNY: Woo-hoo!

[Slide whistles, tense music continues]

DESCRIPTION: Danny uses a tilted rock as a ramp. He flies high into the air, and the tricycle falls.

DANNY: I mean, oh, no!

[Siren blares]

CHASE: We've got to save him!

[Barks]

CHASE: Net.

[Whirr, tires screech]

DESCRIPTION: Chase’s net launcher lifts from his pup pack, and he shoots a net below Danny. The net sticks to three canyon walls, and Danny and the tricycle land on it.

DANNY: Oof.

[Pup pack rattles]

DESCRIPTION: The net launcher folds into Chase’s pup pack.

CHASE: Ryder, Danny is safe, but he's stuck up there.

[Rotors thump, tense music plays]

RYDER: Good work, Chase. Skye, I need you to airlift Danny out of the canyon.

SKYE: Roger. At least I can help him. Hang on, Sid and Arrby. Help is on the way.

[Arrby grunts, wheels rumble, tense music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Elsewhere, Arrby pushes the skateboard.

ARRBY: Um, Cap'n boss, Mr. Sid, sir? Maybe we should stop.

SID: Stop? Now? Without getting away with skateboard treasure?

[Sid screams, skateboard rattles, slide whistle]

DESCRIPTION: Sid rolls into the half-pipe-shaped canyon and rolls up one side and then up the other. He and Arrby both fly off the skateboard.

SID: Whoa.

ARRBY: Yikes!

[Slide whistle, thud, wheels rattle, thump]

DESCRIPTION: The skateboard lands on the ground, and Sid lands on the end, launching the skateboard back into the air. Arrby lands on Sid’s lap.

ARRBY: Oof.

[Thud, wheels rattle]

DESCRIPTION: The skateboard lands and rolls through a patch of prickle-berry bushes.

SID: I've got to get my new skateboard back.

DESCRIPTION: Sid follows the skateboard.

ARRBY: Cap'n boss, Mr. Sid, sir? Please be careful of those thorny prickle...

[Boing, hand taps, hand whooshes]

DESCRIPTION: Sid pricks his hand on a berry. He hurts his other hand on another prickle-berry bush.

SID: Berries. Ouch. Ouchy! Ow! Ouch. So sharp.

[The music stops, insects chitter]

ARRBY: Sorry. What can I do?

SID: I need, need, need that.

DESCRIPTION: Sid points towards the campsite and the Paw Patroller.

ARRBY: You want me to swipe—

[Ears flap]

DESCRIPTION: Arrby shakes his head.

ARRBY: Er, borrow the Paw Patroller?

SID: No. Their lantern. That way, I can see without stepping on more of these—

[Footsteps rustle, tense music plays, boing]

DESCRIPTION: Sid steps on a prickle-berry.

SID: Ouch! Prickle-berries. And hurry!

[Boing]

DESCRIPTION: Sid backs into a prickle-berry bush and hurts his bottom.

SID: Ouch!

[Helicopter rotor blades whirr, upbeat music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Elsewhere, Skye lowers Danny to the ground in front of Ryder.

SKYE: Safe and sound, Daring Danny.

DANNY: X. As in, I'm "x-tremely" thankful.

[Siren blares, tricycle rattles]

DESCRIPTION: Chase arrives, towing the tricycle behind his police vehicle.

RYDER: Great rescue, pups. But what happened to Sid and Arrby?

[Sid shrieks]

RYDER: There's that howling again.

DESCRIPTION: Ryder activates his pup-pad, and Zuma appears on the screen.

RYDER: Zuma, use your sonar to find out where those howls are coming from.

[Beeps, whirr]

DESCRIPTION: In the Paw Patroller, Zuma activates the screen on his seat, and a picture of boulders appears.

ZUMA: The sound waves are coming from behind some big boulders nearby.

RYDER: I see them. Rubble, you're going to need to move those big rocks.

[The music stops]

RUBBLE: You mean the ones Ouchy Paws is hiding behind?

RYDER: That's just a made-up story. Don't worry. We'll be there soon.

[Beep, light music plays]

RUBBLE: Okay.

[Gulps, whoosh]

DESCRIPTION: Rubble runs towards the vehicles in the back of the Paw Patroller.

RUBBLE: Rubble on the double.

[Sid screams, bushes rustle, boings]

DESCRIPTION: Elsewhere, Sid hops in the prickle-berry bushes.

SID: Argh! Ouchies. Oh, where's that lantern? I can't see.

[Rustle, lantern thumps, both shouting in pain, both howl]

DESCRIPTION: Arrby carries the lantern to Sid. Sid jumps and startles Arrby, who drops the lantern. They both step on berries.

SID AND ARRBY: Ouch!

[Exclamations, howls, engine rumbles, tense music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Sid and Arrby’s shadows fall on the side of the boulders. Rubble arrives and stops his bulldozer.

RUBBLE: Oh, no. Ryder, I'm at the boulders, but I'm pretty sure Ouchy Paws is, too.

[Siren blares, engines rumble]

DESCRIPTION: Ryder looks at the screen on his A.T.V.

RYDER: Rubble, Ouchy Paws isn't real. I know you can get the job done.

[Exclamations, howls, bulldozer bangs, engine rumbles, siren blares]

DESCRIPTION: Rubble’s bulldozer pushes a boulder, revealing Sid and Arrby in the prickle-berry bush patch. Ryder, Danny, Chase, and Skye arrive.

RUBBLE: Check it out, Ryder. Ouchy Paws turned out to be Sid and Arrby.

[Boing, skateboard rumbles, tense music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Sid and Arrby jump onto the skateboard and ride away.

SID: Aha!

DANNY: And they're getting away on my new board.

RYDER: Come on, pups. We've got to stop him.

[Engine revs, pups bark, siren blares, energetic music plays, engines rumble]

DESCRIPTION: Everyone follows Sid, and he points to a small gap between cliff faces.

SID: Let's go through that gap. Their rides will never fit through.

RYDER: Let's stop them. Everybody aim your lights at the cliff.

[Tires skid, siren stops]

DESCRIPTION: Ryder, Rubble, Chase, and Danny stop their vehicles.

RYDER: Skye, it's bright enough that Sid can't get away in the dark. Let's airlift him back.

[Rotor blades thump]

SKYE: Roger, Ryder.

[Whoosh, slide whistle, thump, whoosh]

DESCRIPTION: The harness fastens around Sid. Arrby jumps into his arms, and Skye lifts them into the air.

SID: Hey! What's the deal?

[Thump]

DESCRIPTION: Danny lifts his skateboard over his head.

DANNY: Yahoo!

[Ryder, Rubble, and Chase laugh, Rubble and Skye howl]

SID: What's that sound?

ARRBY: Uh

[Gasps]

DESCRIPTION: Arrby points to a shadow on a rock created by him and Sid dangling in the air below the helicopter.

ARRBY: And what is that?

BOTH: It's Ouchy Paws!

[Both scream, feet whoosh, upbeat music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Sid runs in the air.

DANNY: I got my board back. Thanks, Paw Patrol.

RYDER: Whenever a pretend ghost borrows your ride, just yelp for help.

SID AND ARRBY SHOUT: Arrr!

ARRBY: Huh?

RUBBLE: And howl, too.

[Pups howl, laugh]

DESCRIPTION: Skye lowers Sid and Arrby to the ground.
