The Game Catchers run into their headquarters and startle Mr. Moustache. Mr. Moustache wears a blue suit with a red bowtie. His long blue moustache is darker at the pointed ends. Mr. Moustache has four arms and wears large round eyeglasses. He sits on a stool in front of a computer built into a large claw machine. The top of the machine has a claw hanging over small light blue game spheres. Text reads, “Directors: Andrea Bozzetto, Branko Rakic.”
The Game Catchers shout, GOOD MORNING!
Mr. Moustache says, OH!

[He chuckles]

Nina, Boxy, Pigi and Kate stand behind Mr. Moustache. He leans over his computer keyboard.
[Mr. Moustache laughs, typing]
Mr. Moustache says, I'M ALMOST THERE.
I'M GETTING CLOSE!
[Gasping, whirring]
Mr. Moustache says, I JUST NEED TO MOVE--
[Loud electric guitar music plays, gasping]
Dino walks past the other Game Catchers. He plays an indigo electric guitar.
[Guitar riff plays, ding]
Dino says, OH, SORRY.
Dino throws down his guitar.
[Whoosh, Mr. Moustache laughs]
Mr. Moustache says, ALRIGHT, THEN.
On the screen, two aliens run on a planet. They each carry a large box in front of their face. Pigi points at the screen.
[Whirring, laughing, Pigi coos]
Kate shouts, THOSE ARE KIDS!
[Upbeat music plays]
Mr. Moustache says, AND WHERE
THERE ARE KIDS, THERE ARE GAMES.
GAME CATCHERS, READY TO GO?
Nina, Boxy, Kate and Dino cheer, YEAH!
[Pigi coos]
Soon, the Game Catchers stand in a tube.
Nina, Boxy, Dino and Kate say, THERE'S A NEW GAME
TO CATCH, GO!
They fly up the tube and emerge from the headquarters in their individual spaceships.
[Rhythmic music plays]
Boxy, Nina, Kate and Dino sing, LET'S TAKE
OFF EXPLORING,
THROUGH SPACE OUR SHIP
IS SOARING.
AS WE SEARCH FOR GAMES
AND NEW FRIENDS.
The Game Catchers stop their spaceships at a red traffic light. They wait for a delivery driver on a space motor scooter to drive past. The traffic light turns green.
[Tires screech, motor putters, whirring]
Boxy, Nina, Kate and Dino sing, WE DO LOVE EXPLORING,
WE NEVER FIND IT BORING.
TOURING GALAXIES AND PLANETS,
OUR UNIVERSE'S FULL OF GAMES
AND FUN.
[Pigi coos]
Boxy, Nina, Kate and Dino sing, FOR EVERYONE.
[Pigi coos]
Boxy, Nina, Kate and Dino shout, WE'RE THE GAME CATCHERS!
The Game Catchers fly their spaceships to a blue planet with orange and yellow trees. They land on grey rocks on the surface.
[Cheerful music plays, whirring]
They all say, WOW!
The Game Catchers jump high into the air.
One of the Game Catchers shouts, BOING.
[Laughing, boings]
Nina says, I FEEL SO LIGHT!
She spins high in the air. Dino spins in the air.
[Whooshing]
Dino says, ME TOO! OH!
Kate catches Dino.
[Kate giggles]
Dino says, THANKS.
[Slide whistle, Pigi coos excitedly, gasps]
Dino and Kate say, OH?
Pigi points.
[He coos]
A smiling acorn-shaped alien child jumps beside a tree. It puts a green circle on the tree. Two other acorn-shaped alien children wait for their turns. One holds a light blue circle and the other holds a green circle. Purple, pink, light blue, orange, white, blue, green and yellow circles already decorate the brown tree.
[Gentle music plays, whooshing, bonk]
An alien child says, OH!
[Boings]
Dino, Kate, Boxy and Nina say, WOW!
HOW BEAUTIFUL!
An alien child who wears a pink bow says, HELLO.
Dino, Kate, Boxy and Nina say, HELLO!
A tall alien child says, WELCOME TO OUR PLANET.
Nina says, THANK YOU.
WE'RE THE GAME CATCHERS!
Boxy says, AND WE GO FROM PLANET
TO PLANET...
Kate says, TO LEARN...
[Pigi coos]
Dino makes faces at himself in a reflecting circle hanging from the tree.
[He laughs, lips smack]
Kate says, DINO...
Dino says, UH, NEW GAMES!
The alien children say, OH!
Boxy asks, WHAT GAME DO YOU
PLAY ON YOUR PLANET?
An alien child with long eyelashes says,
WE USUALLY PLAY A FUN GAME
CALLED, "I CAN'T SEE YOU,
BUT I'LL CATCH YOU!"
[Triumphant music flourishes]
Kate asks, CAN WE PLAY TOO?
[Gentle music plays]
The alien child with the pink bow says,
OF COURSE! BUT FIRST,
WE HAVE TO FINISH DECORATING.
THIS IS THE LAST TREE.
OH, OH.
[Boing]
Dino asks, OH, WHAT'S WRONG?
The alien child with the pink bow gestures at a yellow decoration.
The alien child with the pink bow says,
THE TREE TOPPER IS MISSING,
BUT IT'S TOO HIGH.
WE CAN'T REACH IT.
The alien child with the long eyelashes says,
AND WITHOUT THE TREE TOPPER,
IT ISN'T FINISHED.
[Heroic music plays]
Dino says, WE'LL HELP YOU!
I'M GREAT AT JUMPING.
Everyone cheers, GO, DINO!
Dino says, SUPER JUMP!
OH, OH!
Dino cannot reach the top of the tree.
[Boing, whoosh]
Kate says, LET ME TRY.
I... JUST MIGHT BE...
ABLE TO REACH UP THE...
Kate extends her arms but falls short of the top of the tree.
[Slide whistle, grunt, sigh]
Kate says, OH, NO.
IT'S REALLY HIGH.
Nina tells Pigi, GIVE ME A BIG PUSH.
I'LL TRY.
[Pigi coos]
Pigi spins and throws Nina up into the air.
[Boing, whoosh]
Nina cheers, WOOHOO! NO!
Nina misses the top of the tree.
Boxy searches in his box.
[Rustling, whoosh]
Boxy says, MAYBE I FOUND SOMETHING.
HERE! I'LL TRY WITH THIS.
Boxy blows into a pink balloon. He picks up the tree topper and the balloon lifts him off the ground.
[Deep inhaling, blowing, clink]
Boxy says, WHOA!
The balloon loses air and he flies in circles around the tree.
[Boxy screams]
Boxy says, WHOA, WHOA!
[Balloon hisses, concerned exclamations, Pigi coos]
Boxy lands on the ground. The balloon lands in his open box
[Everyone sighs, bloop]
Dino gestures towards a tree.
Dino says, THIS TREE IS AS HIGH
AS A TOWER.
Kate exclaims, OH! THAT'S IT DINO,
WHAT A GREAT IDEA.
Dino says, OH, REALLY?
[Energetic music plays]
Kate says, YES! IF WE MAKE A TOWER,
ONE ON TOP OF THE OTHER,
WE CAN DO IT!
The Game Catchers stand on each others shoulders to reach the top of the tree. Dino is on the bottom, with Pigi on his shoulders, Boxy on his shoulders, Nina on his shoulders and Kate on Nina’s shoulders. They pass the tree topper up to Kate.
Dino says, UP!
[Clinking, light thumping]
Kate extends her arms and puts the tree topper on the top of the tree. It gleams.
[Slide whistle, upbeat music plays]
Everyone cheers, HOORAY!
The decorations on the tree light up.
[Upbeat music plays]
The Game Catchers say, OOH!
Nina says, WOW!
Dragon asks, CAN WE NOW PLAY
"I CAN'T SEE YOU, BUT I'LL CATCH YOU"?
The alien children say, YES!
Kate asks, HOW DO WE PLAY?
The tall alien child says, WE'LL SHOW YOU!
Soon, Kate is it and wears a blue sash covering her eyes. The other Game Catchers and the alien children stand around her and smile.
[Energetic music plays]
The tall alien child narrates, THE ONE
WHO IS "IT" IS BLINDFOLDED,
BUT HAS TO TRY AND
CATCH SOMEONE.
[Pigi coos, Kate grunts]
Kate reaches for Pigi and he jumps away.
The alien child with the pink bow says, OVER HERE!
Nina says, I'M BEHIND YOU...
Kate says, I GOT YOU!
Kate tags Nina’s back. She gives the sash to Nina.
[Exclamation, slap]
The tall alien child narrates, IF YOU GET CAUGHT,
YOU BECOME THE NEXT "IT".
Nina says, I'LL CATCH YOU TOO!
Nina chases the other players.
[Laughing]
Later, Boxy is it.
Dino says, OVER HERE!
Dino jumps over Dino’s head.
[Boing, energetic music continues]
Dino laughs, AH-HA!
[Dino whistles, boing]
Boxy says, OH!
Dino somersaults over Boxy’s head.
Dino says, BOING!
[He laughs]
Dino and Boxy jump and crash into each other.
[Smack, thump]
Dino says, OW!
Boxy says, GOTCHA!
[Laughter]
Soon, Dino is it. He smiles broadly. Kate extends her arms and taps Dino on his shoulder. She pulls her arm away.
[Slide whistle, tapping]
Dino says, I'LL CATCH YOU! OH!
Kate gently tugs his tail.
[Squeaking, laughing, slide whistles]
Kate stands on a rock and taps Dino with her extended arms.
Dino says, AH!
[Kate laughs]
Dino says, AH!
Later, Pigi is it. He chases Nina and the tall alien child. They hide behind a sleeping pink alien.
[Upbeat music plays]
Both shout, WRONG WAY!
[Laughing]
Pigi runs back and rubs the pink alien.
[Squeaking, Pigi coos]
Pigi lifts the sash and drops it. He runs away from the pink alien.
[Slide whistle, panicked cooing, energetic music plays]
The pink alien, Nina, and tall alien child look amused.
[Laughter]
Boxy shouts, I'M HERE!
The bow-wearing alien child says, OH!
She wears the blue sash over her eyes and chases Boxy. She stops running and turns towards boxes. She grabs a box.
[Slide whistle]
The bow-wearing alien child says, I GOT YOU, BOXY!
[Clatter, Boxy giggles]
The bow-wearing alien child lifts the sash and smiles at Boxy.
[Slide whistle, they both laugh]
Later, Dino is it.
Dino staggers forward and asks, ANYBODY HERE?
Nina, Boxy and Kate smile.
Nina says, NO! THERE'S NOBODY HERE.
[Giggling]
Dino says, HMM! THEN I'LL TRY
THIS WAY.
[Laughing]
The alien child with the long eyelashes is it.
Everyone else shouts, OVER HERE!
[Laughing, panting, energetic music continues]
The alien child runs past the decorated tree and the other plays look down from beneath its branches.
[Whistling, brakes screech, giggling, whooshing]
The smiling alien with the long eyelashes leaps into the tree.
[Boing, laughter, exclamations, rustling]
The alien child with the long eyelashes says, I GOT YOU ALL!
[Laughing, cooing]
Later, the Game Catchers fly their spaceships back to their headquarters.
[Cheerful music plays, whooshing, popping, boinging, chime]
Soon, they stand with Mr. Moustache by the game sphere machine.
Nina says, AND THEN, WE PLAYED
"I CAN'T SEE YOU, BUT I'LL CATCH YOU!"
Nina closes her eyes and walks into Mr. Moustache.
[Nina grunts, ding]
Mr. Moustache says, OH, WAS IT FUN?
Kate exclaims, LOTS OF FUN!
YOU HAD TO CATCH THE OTHERS
BLINDFOLDED, LIKE THIS!
Kate covers her eyes and tickles Boxy.
[Slide whistle, Boxy laughs]
[Everyone laughs, Mr. Moustache types]
The grabber in the machine picks up a game sphere. It fills with yellow light and shows a flashback of the Game Catchers and alien children playing their game. Boxy and Dino crash into each other.
[Whirring, chiming, inspiring music plays]
The yellow game sphere rolls out of the machine.
Mr. Moustache says, THERE WE GO.
THE GAME SPHERE OF
"I CAN'T SEE YOU,
BUT I'LL CATCH YOU."
[Nina screams excitedly, exclamations everyone laughs]
Mr. Moustache puts the game sphere on a shelf in his game archive.
[Clunk]
Mr. Moustache says, GREAT JOB, GAME CATCHERS.
ONCE AGAIN, YOU'VE CAUGHT
A BEAUTIFUL GAME
TO PLAY ALL TOGETHER.
[Cheering, laughing]

"I CAN'T SEE YOU, BUT I'LL CATCH YOU"?
The alien children say, YES!
Kate asks, HOW DO WE PLAY?
The tall alien child says, WE'LL SHOW YOU!
Soon, Kate is it and wears a blue sash covering her eyes. The other Game Catchers and the alien children stand around her and smile.
[Energetic music plays]
The tall alien child narrates, THE ONE
WHO IS "IT" IS BLINDFOLDED,
BUT HAS TO TRY AND
CATCH SOMEONE.
[Pigi coos, Kate grunts]
Kate reaches for Pigi and he jumps away.
The alien child with the pink bow says, OVER HERE!
Nina says, I'M BEHIND YOU...
Kate says, I GOT YOU!
Kate tags Nina’s back. She gives the sash to Nina.
[Exclamation, slap]
The tall alien child narrates, IF YOU GET CAUGHT,
YOU BECOME THE NEXT "IT".
Nina says, I'LL CATCH YOU TOO!
Nina chases the other players.
[Laughing]
Later, Boxy is it.
Dino says, OVER HERE!
Dino jumps over Dino’s head.
[Boing, energetic music continues]
Dino laughs, AH-HA!
[Dino whistles, boing]
Boxy says, OH!
Dino somersaults over Boxy’s head.
Dino says, BOING!
[He laughs]
Dino and Boxy jump and crash into each other.
[Smack, thump]
Dino says, OW!
Boxy says, GOTCHA!
[Laughter]
Soon, Dino is it. He smiles broadly. Kate extends her arms and taps Dino on his shoulder. She pulls her arm away.
[Slide whistle, tapping]
Dino says, I'LL CATCH YOU! OH!
Kate gently tugs his tail.
[Squeaking, laughing, slide whistles]
Kate stands on a rock and taps Dino with her extended arms.
Dino says, AH!
[Kate laughs]
Dino says, AH!
Later, Pigi is it. He chases Nina and the tall alien child. They hide behind a sleeping pink alien.
[Upbeat music plays]
Both shout, WRONG WAY!
[Laughing]
Pigi runs back and rubs the pink alien.
[Squeaking, Pigi coos]
Pigi lifts the sash and drops it. He runs away from the pink alien.
[Slide whistle, panicked cooing, energetic music plays]
The pink alien, Nina, and tall alien child look amused.
[Laughter]
Boxy shouts, I'M HERE!
The bow-wearing alien child says, OH!
She wears the blue sash over her eyes and chases Boxy. She stops running and turns towards boxes. She grabs a box.
[Slide whistle]
The bow-wearing alien child says, I GOT YOU, BOXY!
[Clatter, Boxy giggles]
The bow-wearing alien child lifts the sash and smiles at Boxy.
[Slide whistle, they both laugh]
Later, Dino is it.
Dino staggers forward and asks, ANYBODY HERE?
Nina, Boxy and Kate smile.
Nina says, NO! THERE'S NOBODY HERE.
[Giggling]
Dino says, HMM! THEN I'LL TRY
THIS WAY.
[Laughing]
The alien child with the long eyelashes is it.
Everyone else shouts, OVER HERE!
[Laughing, panting, energetic music continues]
The alien child runs past the decorated tree and the other plays look down from beneath its branches.
[Whistling, brakes screech, giggling, whooshing]
The smiling alien with the long eyelashes leaps into the tree.
[Boing, laughter, exclamations, rustling]
The alien child with the long eyelashes says, I GOT YOU ALL!
[Laughing, cooing]
Later, the Game Catchers fly their spaceships back to their headquarters.
[Cheerful music plays, whooshing, popping, boinging, chime]
Soon, they stand with Mr. Moustache by the game sphere machine.
Nina says, AND THEN, WE PLAYED
"I CAN'T SEE YOU, BUT I'LL CATCH YOU!"
Nina closes her eyes and walks into Mr. Moustache.
[Nina grunts, ding]
Mr. Moustache says, OH, WAS IT FUN?
Kate exclaims, LOTS OF FUN!
YOU HAD TO CATCH THE OTHERS
BLINDFOLDED, LIKE THIS!
Kate covers her eyes and tickles Boxy.
[Slide whistle, Boxy laughs]
[Everyone laughs, Mr. Moustache types]
The grabber in the machine picks up a game sphere. It fills with yellow light and shows a flashback of the Game Catchers and alien children playing their game. Boxy and Dino crash into each other.
[Whirring, chiming, inspiring music plays]
The yellow game sphere rolls out of the machine.
Mr. Moustache says, THERE WE GO.
THE GAME SPHERE OF
"I CAN'T SEE YOU,
BUT I'LL CATCH YOU."
[Nina screams excitedly, exclamations everyone laughs]
Mr. Moustache puts the game sphere on a shelf in his game archive.
[Clunk]
Mr. Moustache says, GREAT JOB, GAME CATCHERS.
ONCE AGAIN, YOU'VE CAUGHT
A BEAUTIFUL GAME
TO PLAY ALL TOGETHER.
[Cheering, laughing]
[Playful music plays]
