[Doorbell ringing, energetic music plays, whistling, doorbell ringing]

In an animation, a takeout restaurant has a countertop with jars of paint and a box of paintbrushes. Jars and cups with art supplies fill two coolers by a drink machine. A menu features pictures of food, brushes, paint, scissors, and condiment bottles. Live-action video clips show Bec Hill, age 38, holding her staff card. She has curly pink hair. She speaks on a banana-shaped telephone and sifts flour. In the animation, straws, paint bottles, sunglasses, and drinks move on a conveyor belt. In a live-action video clip, children paint.

Title: “Makeaway Takeaway.”

[Lively music plays]

In live action in the Makeaway Takeaway, Bec stacks pails, cups, straws, trays, and boxes. She taps a handful of straws on the cover of a book featuring a trophy and emojis.

Bec says, HI. I'M BEC, AND THIS IS MAKEAWAY TAKEAWAY! I'M TRYING TO GET TO THE BIG BOOK OF WACKY RECORDS. NEARLY THERE. WHILE I DO THIS LAST BIT, HERE'S TODAY'S MENU.

[Whooshing]

Title: “Makeaway Takeaway.”

Video clips show Bec putting tape on a piece of paper, three boys wearing aprons in the art studio, and children peering around a large tree trunk in the woods.

Bec says, COMING UP ON TODAY'S SHOW, A TECHNIQUE WITH A STICKY SOLUTION TO CREATING THE PERFECT STRAIGHT LINE, A CALL FROM A CUSTOMER WITH A PROBLEM THAT I CAN REALLY GET MY TEETH INTO, AND I'M BRANCHING OUT BY DEER-LIVERING A WILD SURPRISE IN THE WOODS.

[Whooshing, lively music plays]

Bec crouches beside her stack and extends a measuring tape.

Bec says, I'M TRYING TO BUILD THE WORLD'S HIGHEST TOWER OF BALANCED OBJECTS. PRETTY GOOD!

[Slide whistle, thumping]

Bec leans on a ruler on a table, and it flicks an eraser at her stacked tower. The eraser bounces off.

Bec slowly says, NO!

Bec says, OKAY. I MAY HAVE HAD SOME HELP FROM MY LITTLE FRIEND HERE.

[Bec whistling]

Bec holds masking tape.

Bec says, BUT THIS TAPE DOES GIVE ME AN IDEA FOR A TAKEAWAY TECHNIQUE!

[Animated scissors snipping]

Bec sits at a table with paper, masking tape, paint and sponges.

Bec says, USING MASKING TAPE AND PAINT, I'M GOING TO MAKE AN ABSTRACT PICTURE. I'M STARTING WITH A PIECE OF PAPER AND STICKING ON MY TAPE.

[Upbeat music plays, tape tearing]

Bec tears long pieces of tape off a tape dispenser and puts the pieces on the paper.

Bec says, AND I'M DOING IT AT DIFFERENT ANGLES TO CREATE LOVELY GEOMETRIC SHAPES. IT'S OKAY IF WE GO OFF THE EDGE OF THE PAPER, 'CAUSE WE'RE GOING TO PEEL THIS OFF LATER. IT'S IMPORTANT TO USE MASKING TAPE RATHER THAN STICKY TAPE, OTHERWISE WHEN YOU REMOVE IT, IT COULD TEAR THE PAPER. GONNA USE SOME THINNER PIECES AS WELL. DO THAT. CAREFULLY CUTTING DOWN THE CENTRE OF MY MASKING TAPE. MIGHT WANT AN ADULT TO HELP WITH THIS BIT.

[Whooshing]

Bec cuts masking tape in half lengthwise. She puts more lines of masking tape on the paper at different angles.

Bec says, AND THERE'S NO RULES FOR THIS. JUST PUT THEM WHEREVER FEELS RIGHT. THIS IS A GREAT TECHNIQUE IF YOU STRUGGLE WITH DRAWING OR PAINTING NEATLY. ONCE YOU'RE HAPPY WITH YOUR SHAPES, IT'S TIME TO PAINT. I'VE GOT DIFFERENT SHADES OF PURPLE HERE AND SOME PINK. YOU CAN USE ANY SHADE OF COLOUR YOU LIKE. I'M USING A RECYCLED SPONGE TO PUT ON MY PAINT, STARTING WITH THE DARKER PURPLE.

[Upbeat music continues]

Bec puts paint on a sponge and dabs paint on the paper between some tape strips.

Bec says, I'M JUST DABBING AND SMUDGING THE PAINT ONTO THE PAPER. IT'S SO QUICK. TOP TIP, USE THE ROUND END OF YOUR SPONGE TO GET A MORE EVEN COVERAGE.

Bec dabs red paint on the paper.

She says, THOSE SHAPES ARE DONE. MOVING ON TO ANOTHER COLOUR. THESE BITS. DAB, DAB, DAB. OBVIOUSLY, YOU MIGHT WANT TO DO THIS OVER SOME OLD NEWSPAPER. WHERE THE COLOURS ARE MEETING, I'M JUST SMUDGING TO BLEND THEM TOGETHER. OH, THAT MAKES A REALLY NICE COLOUR. LET'S MIX IT UP A BIT. GO WITH A LIGHTER PURPLE. PASTEL.

Bec dabs on light purple and bright pink paint.

Bec says, AND A LOT OF BRIGHT PINK. I'M USING DIFFERENT SHADES OF PURPLE AND PINK, BUT YOU COULD USE DIFFERENT SHADES OF BLUE OR GREEN. ANY COLOUR YOU LIKE.

[Splattering, upbeat music plays]

Bec pulls the masking tape off the painting.

Bec says, LET'S START TO REMOVE THE TAPE. IT'S IMPORTANT YOU DO THIS WHILE THE PAINT IS WET. YOU'LL SEE WHY. READY? I MEAN, ISN'T THAT JUST THE EASIEST WAY TO CREATE A STRAIGHT LINE WITH PAINT? OH, THAT IS NICE. LOOK AT THIS! GET THIS LITTLE PIECE HERE. I'M USING MY FINGER TO HOLD DOWN THE PAPER SO IT DOESN'T TEAR AS I LIFT UP THE TAPE. IT'S A NICE, NEAT LINE. LAST PIECE! AH, THIS IS SO SATISFYING.

[Whooshing, chiming]

An animated red frame appears around Bec’s painting.

Bec says, AND THAT IS HOW YOU MAKE AN ABSTRACT PIECE OF ART USING MASKING TAPE AND PAINT.

[Splatting]

Later, Bec reads the record book.

Bec says, THE WORLD RECORD FOR THE MOST AMOUNT OF JUMPING JACKS IN A MINUTE IS 116!

[Book thumping]

She closes the book and puts it on the counter.

Bec says, I CAN BEAT THAT.

[Upbeat music plays]

Bec does jumping jacks.

[Whooshing]

Bec says, 113, 114, 115.

[Ringing, whirring, happy music plays]

A slip of paper prints beneath a screen on the wall.

Bec says, A CUSTOMER! I SO NEARLY DID IT. OH, WELL.

A boy with short blond hair appears on the screen on the wall.

The blond-haired boy says, HELLO, MAKEAWAY TAKEAWAY. BEC, WE NEED YOUR HELP. ME AND MY FRIENDS ARE ALWAYS STRUGGLING TO MAKE UP OUR MINDS OVER WHAT TO DO IN OUR FREE TIME. BEC, CAN YOU HELP US DECIDE?

Bec says, I CERTAINLY CAN. I KNOW JUST THE THING. ONE ARTY DELIVERY COMING RIGHT UP!

[Rustling, energetic music plays, whistling, footsteps pattering, whooshing, chiming]

Bec grabs the piece of paper and runs. She jumps into a comic panel, ties her shoelaces, and straightens her socks. Then, she snaps her suspenders, puts on a hat, and fastens a belt with dangling markers around her waist. Bec winks and gives a thumbs-up.

Bec says, LET'S DO THIS!

[Whooshing, zooming, upbeat music plays]

Bec jumps out of the comic panel.

In a room, the blond-haired boy, Daniel, stands with a taller blond-haired boy and a boy with short dark brown hair. They hold a soccer ball, handheld video game console, and rugby ball.

Daniel says, HI, I'M DANIEL, AND THESE ARE MY BEST FRIENDS, FELIX AND CHRISTOPHER. WE LIKE PLAYING FOOTBALL, RUGBY, AND VIDEO GAMES, BUT MOST OF ALL WE LOVE TO PRANK EACH OTHER.

[Flatulence tooting, boys giggling, horn honking, giggling]

The brown-haired boy, Christopher, squeezes a whoopie cushion at Daniel's face. Felix, the tall boy, toots a horn, and Christopher wears false teeth and crosses his eyes.

Daniel says, WE ALSO LOVE TO DRAW, READ COMICS, AND EAT PIZZA. IN FACT, WE LIKE TO DO SO MANY THINGS, WE NEVER KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT.

Felix says, FOOTBALL.

Christopher says, RUGBY.

Felix says, NO, FOOTBALL.

Christopher says, NO, RUGBY.

Christopher says, IT HAS TO BE RUGBY.

Felix says, FOOTBALL.

Christopher says, NO, RUGBY.

Daniel says, HELP, BEC! WE NEED SOMETHING TO STOP US SQUABBLING.

[Whooshing]

In the art studio, the boys and Bec wear aprons.

Bec says, HI, CHRIS, DANIEL, AND FELIX.

The boys say, HI, BEC.

Bec says, THIS CALLS FOR A SPECIAL DELIVERY. I'VE BROUGHT SOME OLD BOTTLES, BUT WHAT HAVE YOU GOT HERE?

The boys say, A PIZZA BOX.

Bec says, OH, IT'S A DOUBLE RECYCLE TRANSFORMATION. THIS IS GOING TO BE THE BEST MAKE EVER. NOW, WE ALL KNOW IT'S DIFFICULT DECIDING WHAT TO DO WITH OUR SPARE TIME. SO, WE'RE GOING TO MAKE SOME DECISION DENTURES TO SOLVE ALL YOUR DILEMMAS.

[Upbeat music notes play, applause]

A red box opens and reveals large white teeth.

The boys say, AWESOME!

[Splatting, upbeat music plays]

Someone lifts a tooth out of the box, revealing a picture of a video game controller. Bec draws an oval inside the pizza box.

Bec says, FIRST, YOU'LL NEED A PIZZA BOX LIKE THIS. WE NEED TO MAKE IT INTO A MOUTH. SO, WE'RE GOING TO DRAW HALF A MOON SHAPE HERE, AND THEN ON THE OTHER SIDE. ONCE YOU'VE DRAWN THAT, YOU JUST NEED TO CUT OFF THE EDGES.

[Upbeat music plays, whooshing, slide whistle, slide whistle, snipping]

Bec cuts out the shape. She picks up an empty plastic soda bottle with a line drawn around it about a third of the way down and cuts along the line.

Bec says, NOW, IT'S TIME FOR THE TEETH. WE'RE GOING TO BE MAKING THESE OUR OF PLASTIC BOTTLES, AND AS YOU CAN SEE, I'VE DRAWN A LINE WHERE I'M GOING TO CUT. THE BOTTOM OF THE BOTTLE IS GOING TO BE MY TOOTH. THE REST OF THE BOTTLE WILL BE USED TO MAKE THE GUM, WHICH WILL HOLD THE TOOTH IN PLACE. BE CAREFUL, BECAUSE THE EDGES CAN BE SHARP.

[Splatting, upbeat music plays]

Bec fits two pieces of a bottle together. She picks up the gum piece of the bottle and makes small cuts around one side. She then bends the cut segments up.

Bec says, NOW THESE ARE CUT OUT, YOU CAN START TO SEE HOW THE GUM WILL HOLD THE TOOTH. NOW I'M GOING TO CUT AND SPLAY THE EDGES OF MY GUM. THIS IS SO IT CAN BE ATTACHED TO THE CARDBOARD BASE. YOU'VE GOT A BUNCH OF GUMS THERE. CAN YOU STICK THEM INTO YOUR PIZZA BOX WITH SOME MASKING TAPE FOR ME?

Felix, Daniel, and Christopher say, YUP.

Bec says, GREAT.

The boys tape the splayed edges to the inside of the box.

Bec says, WHO DO YOU THINK WOULD HAVE A MOUTH THIS BIG?

Daniel and Christopher point at Felix.

[Felix laughing]

Felix says, I TALK SO MUCH.

[Laughing, splatting]

The plastic teeth are taped to the inside of the mouth. The boys dip paper towel strips into a small bowl of glue and put the strips on the teeth.

Bec says, HERE THEY ARE, ALL ATTACHED TO THE MOUTH. NOW WE JUST NEED TO COVER UP THE MASKING TAPE WITH SOME KITCHEN TOWEL AND GLUE. WE'RE USING A MIX OF TWO PARTS P.V.A. AND ONE PART WATER. THAT'LL MAKE IT NICE AND STRONG AND GIVE IT A GOOD GUMMY TEXTURE.

[Upbeat music plays]

Bec and the boys stand beside the box.

Bec says, NOW THAT'S DRY, I CAN PAINT MY MOUTH AND GUMS, AND YOU'RE GOING TO PAINT THE TEETH.

Bec paints the inside of the mouth pink.

Bec says, I'M GOING TO PAINT THE INSIDE OF MY MOUTH A NICE PINK, AND GIVE THE GUMS A NICE RED.

Bec says, FOR THE TEETH, YOU'LL NEED SOME WHITE PAINT, WHICH WILL GO INSIDE THE BOTTLE. WE'RE USING ACRYLIC PAINT, BUT YOU CAN USE A MIX OF P.V.A. AND WHITE POSTER PAINT. IT'LL HELP IT STICK TO ANY PLASTIC. ARE YOU ENJOYING BRUSHING YOUR TEETH?

[Boys laughing, groaning, splatting]

The boys paint the inside of the teeth white.

Bec says, FOR OUR DECISION DENTURES, WE NEED SOME ACTIVITY IDEAS TO GO INSIDE THE TEETH. SO, WHAT SORT OF THING DO YOU LIKE TO GET UP TO?

Daniel says, FOOTBALL AND SPORTS.

Felix says, ART.

Christopher says, UM, PRANKING, GAMING, AND PLAYING MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS.

Round cardboard pictures on the table include a book, dice, popcorn, a controller, a hamburger, a puzzle piece, an artist’s palette, and a television.

Bec says, AMAZING. WELL, I'VE DRAWN SOME ACTIVITIES ONTO SOME CARD ALREADY. I'VE GOT A CONTROLLER FOR GAMING, SOME PAINT FOR ART, AND NOW I'M GOING TO DO A MUSICAL NOTE FOR YOUR MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS.

[Clicking]

Bec pulls a cap off her marker and draws a musical note. She puts the cardboard discs into the bottom of the teeth.

Bec says, THESE DISCS WILL GO INSIDE THE TEETH, SO WHEN YOU PULL ONE OUT, IT REVEALS YOUR CHOSEN ACTIVITY.

[Splattering]

Bec puts the teeth in place over the discs.

Bec says, EVERYTHING'S DRY AND THE TEETH ARE IN. NOW WE JUST HAVE TO ADD THE LIPS. THEY'RE MADE OF TWO STRIPS OF RED CARD. I'VE CUT TABS ALONG THE EDGES, AND NOW I'M GOING TO FOLD ALONG.

Bec says, NOW WE'RE GOING TO STICK IT DOWN WITH SOME MASKING TAPE.

[Upbeat music plays]

Bec tapes the lips to the top and bottom of the front of the box.

Bec says, I'VE STUCK BOTH MY LIPS ON, AND I'VE ADDED SOME MATCHING RED CARD TO HIDE THE MASKING TAPE ON THE TOP AND THE BOTTOM. NOW, ALL THAT'S LEFT IS TO ADD A BIG TONGUE.

Bec puts a long pink tongue in the mouth.

Bec says, THERE YOU GO. NEXT TIME YOU'RE NOT SURE WHAT TO DO, YOU CAN MAKE YOUR DECISION DENTURES DECIDE FOR YOU.

Daniel says, OKAY.

Felix says, THIS ONE.

Daniel says, THAT ONE.

Christopher says, THAT ONE.

Daniel lifts a tooth and reveals the controller disc.

Daniel and Felix say, GAMING.

Christopher says, GAMING, YES!

[Splattering, upbeat music plays, video game beeping, chiming]

In his bedroom, Daniel sits on the bed between Felix and Christopher. He holds the decision dentures while his friends play video games.

Daniel says, THANKS FOR YOUR HELP, BEC. WE'LL NEVER ARGUE OVER WHAT TO DO AGAIN.

In Makeaway Takeaway, Bec says, THAT'S GREAT NEWS, DANIEL. I'M GLAD THE DECISION DENTURES HELP YOU ALL "CHEWS" WHAT TO DO. SOME MORE HAPPY CUSTOMERS.

[Dinging]

Bec puts the slip of paper in a tray. She walks to a glass and the record book on the counter.

Bec says, WONDER IF I CAN GET MAKEAWAY TAKEAWAY INTO THE BIG BOOK OF WACKY RECORDS BY BEING THE WORLD'S LOUDEST SINGER. I'LL TRY AND BREAK THIS GLASS.

[Bec singing loudly, dogs barking, howling]

Bec says, WELL, AT LEAST THE DOGS LIKE IT.

[Dogs barking, howling]

Bec says, HERE'S SOME PAPER PUPPETRY.

[Whooshing, zooming]

Title: “Makeaway Takeaway.”

[Classical music plays, operatic singing]

In a drawing, a woman wears a horned Viking helmet. Her mouth opens and shuts, and she appears to sing. Bec stands beside the drawing and moves a slip of paper at the top.

Bec says, NOW, LET'S SEE HOW IT'S DONE.

[Classical music plays, operatic singing]

Bec moves the paper up and down through a small slit in the mouth of the drawing.

[Whooshing, zooming]

Title: “Makeaway Takeaway.”

[Upbeat music plays]

Beside the counter, Bec holds a cardboard tube that is taller than she is. A mop leans against the counter, and a red bucket is on the floor by her feet.

Bec says, I KNOW THIS LOOKS LIKE A NORMAL TUBE, BUT IT'S ACTUALLY THE WORLD'S LARGEST STRAW. SURELY THIS IS ENOUGH TO GET ME IN THE BIG BOOK OF WACKY RECORDS.

[Splashing, slurping, groaning, splashing, grumpy music notes play]

Bec puts the tube into the bucket and drinks. She spits the water onto the floor.

Bec says, MOP WATER! THINK I'LL STICK TO PAPER STRAWS.

[Chiming]

Bec says, BUT THAT'S GIVEN ME AN IDEA FOR A MEGA MINI MAKE.

[Splattering, upbeat music plays]

Bec sits at a small table with a piece of paper, a straw, a glue stick, scissors, and a marker.

Bec says, I'M GOING TO MAKE A SHOOTING GHOST STRAW. LOVE THIS MAKE BECAUSE IT'S SO QUICK. TAKE YOUR PIECE OF PAPER, FOLD IT IN HALF, YOU'LL SEE WHY LATER AND DRAW A GHOST.

Bec folds the paper and draws a ghost. She draws a wavy line at the bottom, eyes, eyebrows, and a smiling mouth.

Bec says, GET SOME WISPY BITS DOWN THE BOTTOM. THERE'S ITS EYES AND ITS MOUTH. MY LITTLE GHOST, AND THEN CUT IT OUT.

Bec cuts out her ghosts.

Bec says, THE REASON THAT I FOLDED THE PIECE OF PAPER IN HALF, IS SO THAT AS I CUT IT OUT, I'LL END UP WITH TWO EQUAL PIECES. YOU DON'T HAVE TO USE SCRAP PAPER. YOU COULD USE A NAPKIN. ANYTHING YOU GO LYING AROUND.

Bec separates the two ghosts and glues three edges together.

Bec says, OPEN THAT UP AND GLUE DOWN THE EDGES. MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE THE BOTTOM EDGE CLEAR. I'M GLUING AROUND THE EDGES SO MY PAPER STRAW CAN GO INSIDE. AND I WANT THIS TO BE AIRTIGHT TO MAKE SURE WHEN YOU STICK IT TOGETHER, PRESS DOWN NICE AND FIRMLY, TO MAKE SURE THERE'S NO WAY THAT AIR CAN ESCAPE. IT'S ALL STUCK DOWN AND OPEN IT UP AT THE BOTTOM.

Bec puts the ghost on top of the straw.

Bec says, POP IN YOUR PAPER STRAW, AND THERE YOU HAVE YOUR SHOOTING GHOST STRAW.

[Slide whistle, ghost laughing]

Bec blows into the straw, and the ghost flies off.

[Upbeat music plays]

At the counter, Bec has a can of beans, a bowl, her smartphone, and the record book on the counter.

Bec says, THIS IS IT. THIS IS HOW I WILL GET MAKEAWAY TAKEAWAY INTO THE BIG BOOK OF WACKY RECORDS. I'M GOING TO EAT THIS ENTIRE TIN OF BAKED BEANS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE WITH A PAIR OF CHOPSTICKS. JUST SET MY TIMER.

[Beeping, gushing]

Bec tips the bean can toward the bowl, but nothing comes out. She holds it over her face and looks inside. Beans and tomato sauce fall onto Bec’s face and shirt.

Bec says, I WONDER IF THAT COUNTS.

[Bell ringing, upbeat music plays]

Bec says, A CUSTOMER! BETTER CLEAN MYSELF UP.

Bec wipes beans and tomato sauce off her face. On the screen, a girl with long brown hair sits on a chair.

The brown-haired girl says, IT'S THE MAKE OF THE DAY! HI, BEC. I'M RUBY DREW, AND I'M FROM GLASGOW.

Bec says, HI, RUBY DREW. THANKS FOR CALLING MAKEAWAY TAKEAWAY.

[Conveyor whirring]

Ruby Drew’s ingredients move on the conveyor belt on the counter.

Ruby Drew says, BEC, WHAT CAN YOU MAKE OUT OF THESE THREE INGREDIENTS? CRAFT FOAM. STRING. AND SOME COLOURED CARD.

Bec says, OOH. THANKS FOR THESE. BEFORE I GET TO WORK, I NEED TO KNOW, WOULD YOU RATHER HAVE AN ERASER FOR YOUR NOSE OR A PENCIL SHARPENER FOR YOUR BELLY BUTTON?

[Ruby Drew laughing]

Ruby Drew says, I THINK A BELLY BUTTON AS A PENCIL SHARPENER WOULD BE KINDA COOL. I DON'T KNOW WHY. I JUST THINK IT'S AMAZING.

[Both laughing, chiming]

Bec says, YEAH. BELLY BUTTON. BE--OOH, BELLY. FOOD. YES! I KNOW. ONE MAKE OF THE DAY COMING RIGHT UP.

[Whooshing, zooming]

Title: “Makeaway Takeaway.”

Bec walks to a table with paper, pencils, a ruler, and Ruby Drew’s ingredients.

Bec says, I'M GOING TO MAKE A BURRITO PENCIL CASE WITH RUBY DREW'S INGREDIENTS.

[Splatting, cheering, applause, dramatic music notes play]

A string holds a foam burrito together.

[Splattering, upbeat music plays]

Bec says, TAKING ONE OF THE PIECES OF CRAFT FOAM AND A RULER, I'M GOING A THIRD OF THE WAY IN, AND I'M GOING TO MEASURE SOME LINES.

[Marker scratching]

Bec draws a straight line with gaps in it. On the other side, she makes a parallel broken line.

Bec says, I'M STARTING IN AT TWO CENTIMETRES. DRAWING TWO CENTIMETRES AND LEAVING A ONE-CENTIMETRE GAP. THEN, JUST REPEATING THAT UNTIL I REACH THE END. THE REASON FOR THIS IS BECAUSE THIS IS GOING TO BE MARKING OUT WHERE OUR PENCILS ARE GOING TO GO. NOW, THE OPPOSITE SIDE. AGAIN, A THIRD OF THE WAY IN. USING THE SAME MEASUREMENTS TO MAKE SURE THAT IT'S PARALLEL SO THAT OUR PENCILS WILL BE STRAIGHT. ONCE YOU'VE DRAWN ALL YOUR LINES, IT'S TIME TO CUT THEM.

Bec folds the craft foam paper and cuts two small lines. She moves the fold and cuts two more small lines. She repeats the cutting along the broken lines on both sides.

Bec says, THE EASIEST WAY TO DO THIS IS TO FOLD IT OVER SO THAT YOU'RE ABOUT HALFWAY DOWN THE LINE, PINCH IT, AND THEN SNIP IT WITH YOUR SCISSORS. SEE THAT? DO THE OTHER SIDE. PINCH. AND SNIP. KEEP GOING ALL THE WAY DOWN 'TIL YOU REACH THE END. YOU MIGHT WANT AN ADULT TO HELP YOU WITH THIS. IT'S IMPORTANT TO LINE UP YOUR FOAM SO THAT WHEN YOU SNIP, IT'S NICE AND STRAIGHT FOR YOUR PENCILS TO GO THROUGH. LAST ONE.

[Whooshing]

Bec makes the last cut. She folds the craft foam paper in half lengthwise and pinches a corner together.

Bec says, ALL CUT OUT. TIME FOR RUBY DREW'S SECOND INGREDIENT, THE PIECE OF STRING. TO ADD THIS, I'M GOING TO FOLD IT IN HALF THE OTHER WAY. NEAR THE END. CUT. TINIEST HOLE. WATCH YOUR FINGERS.

[Upbeat music plays]

Bec threads the string through the hole and ties a knot.

Bec says, AND THREAD THE STRING THROUGH. THIS IS GOING TO TIE YOUR PENCIL CASE TOGETHER LATER. I'M JUST TYING A KNOT IN THE END OF THE STRING SO THAT IT DOESN'T SLIP THROUGH THAT HOLE.

[Whooshing]

Bec glues the edges of another piece of craft foam paper on top of the first, pressing down on the edges.

Bec says, TAKE THE OTHER PIECE OF CRAFT FOAM AND BUILD ON TOP. I'M USING A GLUE STICK, BUT YOU CAN ALSO USE STRONG GLUE FOR DURABILITY. I'M ONLY GLUING DOWN THE EDGES. YOU'LL SEE WHY LATER. PUTTING THAT ON TOP.MAKING SURE ALL MY EDGES MATCH. THIS IS GOING TO BE THE OUTSIDE OF MY BURRITO PENCIL CASE. SO, I'M GOING TO ADD SOME TOASTY BITS USING BROWN PAINT.

Bec paints brown dots and waves on the craft foam paper.

Bec says, DO SOME DOTS. SOME WAVES. SOME LITTLE SPECKLES. YOU DON'T WANT TO COVER THE ENTIRE THING. JUST WANT TO GIVE THE ILLUSION IT'S BEEN TOASTED. WHILE THAT DRIES, I CAN MAKE THE FILLINGS FOR THE BURRITO PENCIL CASE WITH RUBY DREW'S FINAL INGREDIENT. THE COLOURED CARD.

[Marker scraping, scissors snipping]

Bec moves the craft foam paper to the side and picks up the construction paper. She draws a wedge of cheese and cuts it out.

Bec says, THIS YELLOW IS THE PERFECT COLOUR FOR MY CHEESE. I'LL DO A TRIANGLE WEDGE OF CHEESE, AND LET'S GIVE IT SOME BIG HOLES. CUT IT OUT. THE GREAT THING IS, ONCE YOU'VE CUT IT OUT YOU CAN ACTUALLY USE THIS AS A STENCIL TO MAKE OTHERS.

[Splattering]

Later, Bec has paper cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce on the table.

Bec says, I'VE CUT OUT ALL THE FILLINGS, AND I'VE ADDED DETAILS ON BOTH SIDES. YOU'LL SEE WHY IN A SECOND. DONE SOME TOMATO AND SOME LETTUCE. BRING BACK THE CRAFT FOAM AND ADD THE FILLINGS.

Bec puts glue on the two long sides of her craft foam paper and glues the toppings to the edge.

Bec says, POP SOME GLUE DOWN THE SIDES. START FILLING. I WANT THEM TO BE VISIBLE FROM THE OUTSIDE, SO I'M HAVING THEM OVERLAP AT THE SIDES. LAST PIECE OF LETTUCE. ALL THAT'S LEFT IS TO ADD SOME PENCILS.

Bec slides coloured pencils into the parallel slits in the foam.

Bec says, SEE THOSE HOLES THAT WE CREATED EARLIER? THIS IS WHY WE DIDN'T GLUE DOWN THE CENTRE. WE'D HAVE SPACE FOR THESE GUYS. YUM. YOU DON'T JUST HAVE TO KEEP PENCILS IN HERE. YOU CAN KEEP PAINT BRUSHES, OR EVEN YOUR FELT TIP PENS. AND THERE IS YOUR BURRITO PENCIL CASE.

Bec rolls the pencil case and ties it shut with the string.

Bec says, JUST ROLLING IT UP. USING THE STRING TO TIE IT UP. OH, YES! THAT LOOKS GOOD ENOUGH TO EAT. NOM-NOM-NOM-NOM. WHILE I WRAP THIS UP FOR RUBY DREW, HERE'S SOME OTHER IDEAS.

[Whooshing, animated scissors snipping, upbeat music plays]

A Swiss roll pencil case has chocolate and whipped cream shapes glued to the side, while a sushi roll pencil case has sushi, cucumber, and chopped vegetables.

Bec says, HOW ABOUT A SWISS ROLL WITH CREAM, JAM, AND CHOCOLATE SAUCE DETAILS? OR A SUPER SUSHI ROLL FOR ALL YOUR FELT TIP PENS.

[Whooshing, animated scissors snipping, beeping]

Bec puts a blue gab into a slot on the wall and pushes a button.

Bec says, THIS WRAP IS READY TO ROLL. THERE YOU GO, RUBY DREW.

At home, Ruby Drew opens the bag and takes out the pencil case.

Ruby Drew says, WHAT? WHAT IS THIS?! THANKS, BEC. IT'S AMAZING. I LOVE IT.

Bec says, ANOTHER HAPPY CUSTOMER.

[Whooshing, zooming]

Title: “Makeaway Takeaway.”

[Slide whistle]

By the counter, Bec balances a stack of hats on her head while playing with two yo-yos.

Bec says, YO-YO HAT BALANCING! WHOA!

[Crashing]

Bec falls sideways to the floor.

[Upbeat music plays]

Bec says, OH, IT'S NO USE. I'LL NEVER GET MAKEAWAY TAKEAWAY INTO THE BIG BOOK OF WACKY RECORDS.

[Bell dinging]

Bec takes a certificate with a picture of a trophy out of the slot on the wall.

Bec says, A DELIVERY FOR ME? IT'S A CERTIFICATE FROM THE BIG BOOK OF WACKY RECORDS COMMITTEE. IT SAYS, "MOST AMOUNT OF RECORDS ATTEMPTED IN ONE DAY BUT FAILED." YAY!

[Cheering, applause, telephone ringing

Bec says, A CUSTOMER!

[Beeping]

Bec picks up the banana phone.

Bec says, HELLO, MAKEAWAY TAKEAWAY BANANA HOTLINE. HOW CAN I HELP?

[Whooshing]

In a split screen with Bec, a boy with short brown hair who wears eyeglasses and a yellow jacket holds a smartphone.

The brown-haired boy says, HI, BEC. MY NAME IS SEAN, AND MY COUSINS AND I WOULD LOVE IT IF YOU COULD DELIVER AN ARTY SURPRISE FOR OUR FAVOURITE WOODS.

Bec says, OF COURSE! I'LL BE RIGHT THERE.

[Beeping, splattering]

Bec says, TIME TO SPLIT.

Happy music plays]

In the woods, the brown-haired boy, Sean, sits on a log with two children.

Sean asks, REMEMBER WHEN WE WENT TO WENDEN WOODS AND WE MADE A DEN?

The other children say, YES.

Sean says, I WISH WE COULD MAKE A DEN--

Bec says, HI, SEAN!

Sean says, HELLO!

[Soothing music plays, birds chirping]

Bec says, HEY. SO, TELL ME MORE.

Sean says, MY COUSIN AND I LIKE TO GO FOR WALKS AND MAKE DENS IN THE WOODS.

Bec says, OH, THAT'S SO COOL.

Sean says, WE'D LIKE TO THANK DAN, WHO LOOKS AFTER THE WILDLIFE AND THE TREES.

Bec says, THAT'S A GREAT IDEA. OKAY. LEAVE IT WITH ME. ALL WOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT. LET'S MAKE SOME ART.

[Upbeat music plays, clattering, drill whirring, whooshing, drumming, Bec squawking]

Sean and his two cousins gather sticks from the ground and drop them on the grass. Bec builds a metal frame and attaches a piece of wood from a tree. Next, she drills two branches together. The children bring more sticks and Bec drums on top of the metal frame. Bec moves two pieces of wood by her mouth, imitating a bird. She builds a wooden sculpture around the frame.

[Rustling]

The children pick up sticks with small branches and give them to Bec. She puts them on the top of the sculpture and positions them as antlers.

Bec says, OOH, THESE ARE PERFECT.

Bec says, HOPEFULLY, THIS SHOULD MAKE A LOVELY SURPRISE FOR DAN AND ANYONE ELSE WHO VISITS THE WOODS.

Sean says, THE BUGS AND THE ANIMALS WILL LOVE THIS.

Bec says, THEY WILL! DO YOU RECKON WE'RE READY FOR THE BIG REVEAL?

The children say, YES!

Bec says, GO GET DAN!

The children run away and return with Dan. He walks with his hands covering his eyes.

Sean says, DAN, WE WANTED TO MAKE YOU SOMETHING TO SAY THANK YOU FOR LOOKING AFTER THIS BEAUTIFUL PLACE. HAVE A LOOK.

Dan uncovers his eyes. The deer sculpture stands in a clearing.

Dan says, WOW! THAT'S AMAZING. THANK YOU.

[Upbeat music plays]

Dan admires the sculpture.

Dan says, THANK YOU, GUYS. I LOVE IT, AND ANYONE ELSE WHO COMES TO THE WOODS WILL LOVE IT, TOO.

[Children cheering]

Bec says, THAT'S ANOTHER GREAT DAY OF DELIVERING ART TO YOUR DOOR. SEE YOU NEXT TIME ON—

Everyone shouts, MAKEAWAY TAKEAWAY!
