Waddling Penguin

Penguins get around by waddling, so Mandisa has made a penguin craft from a paper plate that does just that. Xander and Piper follow along and learn how to make penguins with soft, fluffy cotton balls, black paint and a paper plate body that lets it waddle back and forth.
