Brody heads to Warkworth, Ontario to meet up with a renowned blacksmith named Douglas. Douglas turns the heat up as he shows Brody his tools, and the coal forge he uses to heat up metal to make it bend. They get to work getting the steel to the right temperature before manipulating it. Brody gets to bend the steel using a fork tool, and with Douglas’s help they weld steel together to make a bracket.

In the meantime, she makes an ice cream image using a salad spinner, a customer calls asking Bec to transform his old baking trays into something arty, and in the ‘Make of the Day’, Bec makes ‘Box Ball Game’ out of three ingredients. Finally, she travels to an air cadet base to thank a flight sergeant with a gigantic piece of flying art.

Cookie decides that he wants to become a mountain explorer too! He wants to start training and carry a heavy backpack just like the brave explorers do. Pudding helps him find Daddy's hiking backpack and the kittens fill it up until it becomes really heavy. The kittens head to the playground and Cookie is able to handle all the obstacles there so he needs an even bigger challenge. The kittens head home so Cookie can try to climb the stairs to the attic. The kittens learn that it is best to exercise slow and steady and take your time getting to the top of the mountain!

The Game Catchers travel tp a planet where snacking on some delicious local fruit makes them glow! Their narwhale alien friends teach them how to play the game Hide and Seek but first they have to work out how to stop glowing!

The babies and their friends use their senses to explore the world around them. They love to feel textures, smell the fresh air, taste yummy foods, see the flowers and listen to the birds. Life is beautiful!

Ginger finds a healthy green egg all alone in the jungle park, and with no other Vegesaurs around, she scoops it up, knowing the seed has very little chance of survival out here without its parents. Together, the Pea-Rexes and Ginger incubate it - the Pea-Rexes sitting on it, singing to it, going to ridiculous lengths to make sure it's never alone, never cold, never in direct sun. It finally cracks and hatches - an Avocadodon! Ginger is thrilled - it's the same size as her! They play together, their likeness of size a nice change for Ginger who is used to much smaller playmates - but seeing the instant rapport between them causes the Pea-Rexes to feel left out, and they try to win Ginger back, pulling all sorts of shenanigans to get her attention. Ginger assures the Pea-Rexes that they can play all together, that sharing friends can create opportunities for new sorts of play. The time comes for the Avocadodon to find its herd, so Ginger and the Pea-Rexes help to track them down. Once found, the Avocadodon tries to get Ginger to join too - but as tempting as it is to go on such an adventure, Ginger chooses her family/friends the Pea-Rexes and bids her new friend goodbye, promising she'll visit when she can.

While Rubble and Rocky make repairs to keep the castle from falling apart, the others rescue Slick's sunken pirate sub from the ocean floor and return the magical shell to the Puplantis!

Meanwhile, Elinor and her friends follow a bee to its hive and observe the honey-making process, where they discover that honey is goopier when it has less water in it. Using this new-found knowledge, the kids are inspired to solve Mrs. Llama's ketchup problem by adding water and making it less goopy, just in time for Ari to enjoy his delicious sandwich. Yum!

B.O.T. drops into Jungly, Splashy World. A fluffy little Joggly Jiggler appears, jiggling its pompom arms and cartwheeling around joyfully. It is joined by two other brightly coloured Jigglers and their playfulness causes problems for B.O.T.! They jiggle fruit loose from a branch and it bounces off the little robot's head... then they jiggle B.O.T. to pieces! To collect the data for this mission B.O.T. has to keep up with the energetic little beasties as they jiggle through the jungle.

The friends put together a circus with everyone performing a different circus skill. Frankie tries everyone else's skill but isn't very good at them. The friends realize that Frankie has made them all laugh so give her the best job of all: the clown.

One day Daddy takes the kittens to summer camp. They have to stay there for two days and complete all the tasks to earn the title of "Forest Kittens". The kittens are excited to begin their training but don't understand why things are so different from their routine at home. The kittens need to wash their own dishes after dinner, collect firewood and there are no pastries for desert! The kittens must learn to be stronger and more independent by finishing tasks all on their own.

Luckily Action Chugger comes to the rescue, clearing the landslide and airlifting the king to the Park for his tour. However it is now getting dark and Mtambo panics. All the animals have gone to bed and there will be nothing for the King to see now! Mtambo gets an idea... using night vision goggles, the King gets a splendid night time tour. He's so pleased, he issues Mtambo with a Royal Warrant!

Howie and Baboo visit concrete expert Dino where they watch a cement truck pour cement and construction workers smooth it until the concrete hardens into a sidewalk!

Ginger and the baby Pea-Rexes are alarmed to discover the source of an awful smell is a flower, even more so when the stench transfers onto Wasabi who can't seem to get it off!
