A big beastie called the Purple Muncher loves the taste of the plant but gets covered with Flying Itchies every time he tries to take a bite. This makes the Purple Muncher very itchy. The Muncher loves the taste of the plant so much that, despite the itchiness, it keeps trying to eat it! B.O.T. must collect data on the fast moving Flying Itchies and keep clear of the Purple Muncher as it stomps about looking for something to help relieve the itchiness.

Papatsie is an Inuk girl who lives in Ottawa, Ontario. She's 9 years old. Papatsie's English name is Keely, but she likes to be called Papatsie, which means "great provider". It's a name she inherited from her Grandfather, who once saved his Northern village from hunger by bringing back seals to feed everyone. Papatsie's room is filled with paintings by her father - he's an artist. Papatsie likes to draw and make art projects too! She plays the ukulele, and shows us one of her favourite photos of a trip she took to Niagara Falls with her family. Her best friend is Kendal, and when they aren't doing arts and crafts or playing in the park together, they throat sing. Papatsie explains that throat singing is a friendly competition, usually between two women. You win when you make the other person laugh. At the Museum, Papatsie and Kendal show us the Inuit exhibit. One of Papatsie's favourite places is the Ottawa Inuit Children's Centre where she and Kendall go after school. They play traditional games and learn about their culture. Papatsie and Kendall have a throat singing competition, and Papatsie wins!

JoJo and Gran Gran are at the library trying to find a new Captain Chloe book, but it seems that she's read them all. JoJo asks Terrence the librarian if there's a book about Captain Chloe and pandas. Terrence isn't sure there's a book like that, so JoJo would need to speak with the author. When JoJo asks what an author is, Terrence explains that every book in the library was written by someone. This gives Gran Gran an idea for a Gran Gran plan - JoJo could become an author and make her own book! But where can JoJo find ideas for a story?

The twins demonstrate their love of Nigerian fashion by modeling Ankara print clothing that have beautiful bold patterns! Their beads are also a fashion piece and are said to protect people from evil! That's good to know! Now it's time to eat, and Kara and Zara show us how to make their favourite Nigerian meal, Pepper Soup! They share it with the entire family - yummy! After lunch, Kara and Zara teach us a few dance moves of a Nigerian folklore dance, while dancing to the beats of an Igba drum! Next stop is a tour of the Africville Museum, where Kara and Zara learn about Black Nova Scotian history. After, the twins give us a tour of their bedroom! They show us their pretty artwork and read us a poem about their love of animals. Then, their Dad gives them a special message from a Canadian veterinarian who motivates them to pursue their goal of becoming a veterinarian too!

While flying over the Amazon rainforest, the gang share a bowl of colorful jelly beans. Martin tells them that the jelly beans remind him of parrots. This confuses everybody until he says it's because parrots come in almost every color. Soon, the bros are off on a creature mission to find as many colorful parrots as they can in the Amazon.

The friends play a concert, but Jasmine is disappointed because she ends up with the cymbals, which only show up at the end. To make things worse, during the concert, a fly starts to buzz round her nose: when Jasmine tries to catch it with the cymbals, she always misses (and everyone else has to stop the music). Jasmine has to concentrate hard, and wait for the right moment, to catch the fly and make sure the concert ends exactly as it should.
