When it is cloudy Klomp is sad and its huge tears fall on B.O.T. and make the surrounding ground muddy. The beastie becomes really grumpy when it snows; B.O.T. must try to change the weather in order to collect the data needed to complete this mission.

Cookie, Candy, and Pudding are upset and ask Mommy to take the squirt toys away and give them back only once they get to the beach. Meanwhile, Daddy is going to wash the car, and Mommy is going to water the flowers. The kittens learn that squirt toys can be very helpful at home, if used correctly.

The kittens head to the playground and Cookie is able to handle all the obstacles there so he needs an even bigger challenge. The kittens head home so Cookie can try to climb the stairs to the attic. The kittens learn that it is best to exercise slow and steady and take your time getting to the top of the mountain!

At the ceremony they announce the winner is 'Best Times Park!' by Poppy. Poppy is confused and looks to Chaz who says, 'You said it, I just wrote it down!'

Oleander can't shake how much this is bothering her, so she tries to do some funny things to prove her point. Like dressing in a ridiculous outfit and telling jokes - but Sally is not impressed and definitely doesn't laugh in the way she laughed at Poppy's joke. Oleander decides to play with Massimo and begins impersonating an elephant to make him laugh. Sally comes out and sees this and laughs and laughs, Oleander is hilarious!
