ESPECIALLY IF YOU EAT THE SKIN.

The narrator says, SPUDS CONTAIN SOLANINE,
WHICH CAN BE TOXIC
IN LARGE QUANTITIES.

The narrator says, THE CHEMICAL SYMBOL
FOR POTASSIUM IS K,
AS IN K FOR KARATE.
POTASSIUM HELPS THE MUSCLES
WE USE WHEN WE DO KARATE KICKS.
NOT BAD, EH?
