Zam explains, PICTURES AND SOUND
CAN'T BE SENT THROUGH THE AIR.
THEY HAVE TO BE TURNED INTO
ELECTRICAL SIGNALS FIRST.
WHEN THE SIGNALS REACH YOUR

BACK INTO SOUND AND PICTURES AGAIN.

[Static hisses, whirring, gentle music plays]

Messy exclaims, WOW!

ARE BEAMED INTO SPACE BY A
DISH LIKE THIS.
YOU SEE? THEY'RE ALL TRANSMITTERS,
LIKE THIS.
Zim says, ALL THE WAY UP TO A SATELLITE.
[Beeping]
Zoe asks, WHAT'S A SATELLITE?
A signal bounces off a satellite and returns to the planet.
[Beeping]
Zim says, IT'S LIKE A LITTLE SPACE
SHIP THAT STAYS UP IN SPACE.
IT CAPTURES THE SIGNALS AND
BOUNCES THEM BACK DOWN TO OKIDO.
THAT'S HOW THE SIGNALS TRAVEL
AROUND TO ALL THE DIFFERENT PLACES.
Felix asks, SO, WHAT'S GONE WRONG TODAY?
HAVE THE CABLES GOT ALL MIXED UP?
Zim says, NO, WE CHECKED THOSE.
Zoe suggests, THEN MAYBE THE TRANSMITTERS
ARE BROKEN.
Zam says, NO, WE CHECKED THOSE TOO.
Messy, Felix and Zoe say, SO IT MUST BE...
[Drum roll, cymbal clashes]
Zim says, YES, THE SATELLITE!
[Beeping]
Zoe asks, HOW DO WE FIX IT?
Zam says, WE HAVE TO GO UP THERE NOW, IN--
Zim says excitedly, THE ROCKET!
[Cheering, beeping]
Soon, the rocket door closes.

The rocket blasts off.
[Whooshing, beeping]
Zim says, THE SATELLITE SHOULD
BE STRAIGHT AHEAD.
Zam says, WATCH OUT FOR SPACE JUNK.
Zoe asks, WHAT'S SPACE JUNK?
Zim explains, PIECES THAT HAVE
BROKEN OFF OTHER SATELLITES
AND SPACESHIPS.
The rocket moves between pieces of space junk.
[Alarm blares, Messy screams, shouting, whooshing]
Zoe pilots the rocket out of the space junk.

Felix says, OH, THERE IT IS!
[Solemn music plays]
Zim says, HEY, THE DISH IS
THE WRONG WAY UP!

TO OKIDO SO IT CAN PICK UP AND

Zam says, BUT IT'S POINTING UP INSTEAD.

YOU SEE? THEY'RE ALL TRANSMITTERS,
LIKE THIS.
Zim says, ALL THE WAY UP TO A SATELLITE.
[Beeping]
Zoe asks, WHAT'S A SATELLITE?
A signal bounces off a satellite and returns to the planet.
[Beeping]
Zim says, IT'S LIKE A LITTLE SPACE
SHIP THAT STAYS UP IN SPACE.
IT CAPTURES THE SIGNALS AND
BOUNCES THEM BACK DOWN TO OKIDO.
THAT'S HOW THE SIGNALS TRAVEL
AROUND TO ALL THE DIFFERENT PLACES.
Felix asks, SO, WHAT'S GONE WRONG TODAY?
HAVE THE CABLES GOT ALL MIXED UP?
Zim says, NO, WE CHECKED THOSE.
Zoe suggests, THEN MAYBE THE TRANSMITTERS
ARE BROKEN.
Zam says, NO, WE CHECKED THOSE TOO.
Messy, Felix and Zoe say, SO IT MUST BE...
[Drum roll, cymbal clashes]
Zim says, YES, THE SATELLITE!
[Beeping]
Zoe asks, HOW DO WE FIX IT?
Zam says, WE HAVE TO GO UP THERE NOW, IN--
Zim says excitedly, THE ROCKET!
[Cheering, beeping]
Soon, the rocket door closes.
[Upbeat music plays, door whooshes, whirring]
Zim asks, EVERYBODY READY?
Zim, Zam, Messy, Zoe and Felix wear seatbelts in the cockpit of the rocket.
Messy, Zoe and Felix say, READY! YEAH!
Zim says, COUNTDOWN COMMENCING!
[Zoom squeaks]
Zam says, TEN, NINE.
Messy says, OOH, A BUTTON.
A RED BUTTON, OH...
Zoe warns, BEST NOT PRESS THAT
QUITE YET.
[Messy grunts]
Messy moves his finger over the red button.

[Upbeat music continues]
Zam counts, FOUR.
Felix says, MESSY, NOT YET!
Messy says, CAN'T STOP MYSELF!
Messy hits his hand.
[Slap]
Zam says, ONE.
Messy smiles and pushes the red button.
[Beeping]
Zam sings, LIFT OFF!
The rocket blasts off.
[Whooshing, beeping]
Zim says, THE SATELLITE SHOULD
BE STRAIGHT AHEAD.
Zam says, WATCH OUT FOR SPACE JUNK.
Zoe asks, WHAT'S SPACE JUNK?
Zim explains, PIECES THAT HAVE
BROKEN OFF OTHER SATELLITES
AND SPACESHIPS.
The rocket moves between pieces of space junk.
[Alarm blares, Messy screams, shouting, whooshing]
Zoe pilots the rocket out of the space junk.
[Alarm blares, tense music plays, alarm stops]
Messy says, PHEW!
Felix says, OH, THERE IT IS!
[Solemn music plays]
Zim says, HEY, THE DISH IS
THE WRONG WAY UP!
Felix asks, WHAT DO YOU MEAN?
[Beeping, whooshing]
Zim says, IT SHOULD BE FACING DOWN
TO OKIDO SO IT CAN PICK UP AND
SEND OUR SIGNALS.
Zam says, BUT IT'S POINTING UP INSTEAD.
An alien rides a skateboard inside the satellite’s dish.
[Happy exclamation, clank, soft music plays]
Messy exclaims, WHOA, LOOK AT THAT!
Zoe says, HUH?
Felix asks, SKATEBOARDERS?
Zam says, NOT JUST SKATEBOARDERS.
Zim says, ALIEN SKATEBOARDERS.
Zoe says, WE'D BETTER LAND.
The rocket lands on the side of the satellite dish. Messy, Zoe and Felix hop out wearing clear space helmets.
[Whoosh]
Felix says, UH, HI THERE.
An alien with one eye and blond hair holds a skateboard under their arm.
[Beep, alien gibbering]
Messy says, SORRY, I DON'T UNDERSTAND.
Zim says, ACTIVATE THE TRANSLATOR, ZOOM.
[Whirring, beeping]
Zoe says, HELLO.
Felix says, NICE TRICKS.
A second alien, with three eyes and blue hair, stops beside the one-eyed alien.
[Clank]
The three-eyed alien says, OH, THANK YOU, WE...
Messy rides a skateboard in the satellite dish.
Messy cheers, WHOO!
[Clank, upbeat music plays]
The one-eye alien says, WOW.
Zoe says, THAT'S MESSY.
[Wheels scrape]
A voice shouts, WHOA!
Messy says, OH YEAH, COME ON!
The three-eyed alien says, HE IS BRILLIANT!
The one-eyed alien says, WE COME FROM
THE PLANET OG. WE SEEK THE BEST
SKATEBOARD PARK IN THE GALAXY.
AND HERE IT IS!
A second voice shouts, AWESOME!
Zim says, AH...
[Chuckles nervously, upbeat music continues]
Zim says, NOW, THAT'S INTERESTING,
BECAUSE, UH...
Zam says, YES, THERE'S A TEENY BIT
OF A PROBLEM.
[Beeping]
Zoe explains, THIS ISN'T A SKATEBOARD PARK.
The one-eyed alien says, PFFT, YEAH IT IS.
IT'S THE BEST IN THE GALAXY.
Felix says, UH, NO IT ISN'T.
IT'S A SATELLITE.
The three-eyed alien repeats, SATELLITE?
The one-eyed alien asks, WHAT'S "SATELLITE?"
Zoe shouts, LOOK OUT!
[Whooshing]
Messy shouts, OKIDO!
Zim explains, WE USE SATELLITES TO SEND
ALL THE TV AND RADIO AND INTERNET
AND PHONE SIGNALS AROUND OKIDO.
[Beeping]
Zam says, AND, UM, BECAUSE YOU'VE
TURNED IT THE WRONG WAY UP...
Felix says, THE SIGNALS DON'T WORK.
SO WE'VE LOST ALL OUR TV CHANNELS.
[Beeping]
The one-eyed alien says, OH, WE'RE
TOTALLY SORRY, WE DIDN'T KNOW.
Zoe says, OH, THAT'S OKAY. WE'LL JUST
TURN IT THE RIGHT WAY UP.
The one-eyed alien says, UH, YEAH,
THAT'S NOT GONNA BE POSSIBLE.
YOU SEE, WE'VE SENT SIGNALS TO
ALL OUR FRIENDS, AND NOW...
A fleet of spaceships flies towards the satellite.
The one-eyed alien says, EVERYBODY
WANTS TO SKATE HERE.
[Dramatic music plays]
Messy ands and shouts, HEY, LOOK, MORE
SKATEBOARDERS!
[Upbeat music plays]
Zim says, OH DEAR, A LOT
MORE SKATEBOARDERS!
Messy says, UH-OH.
[Skateboarders zoom]
Felix says, OH NO!
WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO?
Zim says, I'VE GOT A BAD FEELING
ABOUT THIS.
[Beeping, whooshing]
Zam says, SO HAVE I.

I'VE HAD AN IDEA!
[Beeping]
Zoe, Felix, Zoom and Messy catch space junk on a large net.
[Clunking]
Zoe says, YES, THAT'S IT, THIS WAY.

THIS WAY, ZOOM.
Messy says, THIS IS LIKE FISHING!
[Beeping, clunking, soft music plays]
Felix says, YEAH, IT IS!
FISHING FOR SPACE JUNK.
Messy asks, WHAT ARE WE GOING
TO DO WITH IT?
Zoe says, WE ARE GOING TO MAKE...
[Beeping]
Zoe and the two alien skateboards stand on a green block.
Zoe proclaims, THE SECOND BEST
SKATEBOARD PARK IN THE GALAXY.

Skateboards ride down ramps scattered on a large floating platform.
[Beep, dramatic music plays]
The skateboards say, WHOA!
[Upbeat music plays]
The three-eyed alien says, NOT SECOND BEST.
The one-eyed alien says, THE BEST!
Skateboarders ride down ramps. One rides along a hand railing.
[Upbeat music continues, rattling wheels]

The three-eyed alien high fives Zoe.
[Hands slap, wheel clicks]

Zam says, RIGHT, TIME TO FIX
THAT SATELLITE.
[Beeping, whirring, beeping]
Messy says, UP A BIT. DOWN A BIT.
[Satellite creaks]
Messy says, AND... AND... AND...
AND THAT'S PERFECT!
[Beeping, seatbelt snaps, triumphant music plays softly]
Zim says, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED, EVERYONE.
[Cheering, Zoe sighs softly]
Zoe says, LET'S GO HOME!
[Rocket whooshes, beeping]
At the house, Messy, Zoe and Felix run into the living room.
[Door slams]
[Watch beeps]
Zoe says, HELLO, ZAM!
Zam says, HI, ZOE!
I'VE GOT A SURPRISE FOR YOU.
JUST TURN ON YOUR TV.
[Click, upbeat music plays]
An image of the skateboard park appears on the television.
Messy says, HEY, IT'S THE SKATEBOARDERS!
Felix says, ZOOM MUST HAVE
SET UP A CAMERA!
Zoe says, AND THE SATELLITE IS
BEAMING THE SIGNALS BACK HERE
TO US! SO EVERYTHING IS FIXED!
Felix says, AND EVERYBODY IS HAPPY!
[Messy sighs happily]
Messy says, TIME I WAS HEADING HOME. BYE!
Felix says, OH, BYE, MESSY!
Zoe says, BYE, MESSY!
Messy travels back to his living room and lands beside the television remote.
[Whirring]
Messy says, SO THAT'S HOW THE
CARTOONS GET INTO MY TV! SIG-NALS.
Messy steps on the television remote.
[Click, whirring]
Messy says, SIG-NALS ARE EVERYWHERE.
BYE-BYE!
Messy sings, BA-LA BA-LA BOOM-BOOM!
[Upbeat music plays]
