[Upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: In animation, the Paw Patrol pups run into the Lookout tower. In the observation deck, Ryder taps his pup pad, and a large screen lowers from the ceiling.
[Song] Paw Patrol, Paw Patrol, we'll be there on the double. Whenever there's a problem 'round Adventure Bay, Ryder and his team of pups will come and save the day. Marshall, Rubble, Chase, Rocky, Zuma, Skye, yeah, they're on the way.
DESCRIPTION: Marshall, a Dalmatian, Rubble, a Bulldog, Chase, a German Shepherd, Rocky, a grey-and-white pup, Zuma, a chocolate Labrador, and Skye, a Cockapoo, ride down a slide wrapped around the tower to their vehicles. In the garage, Ryder jumps on his ATV.
[Song] Paw Patrol, Paw Patrol, whenever you're in trouble, Paw Patrol, Paw Patrol, we'll be there on the double. No job's too big, no pup's too small, Paw Patrol, we're on a roll. So here we go, Paw Patrol, whoa-oh-oh.
DESCRIPTION: Outside the Lookout, Ryder throws treats to each of the pups. The pups gather around Ryder.

DESCRIPTION: In Adventure Bay, Liberty zooms down a street on her scooter. Outside the train station, Alex flies a kite. He wipes sweat off his forehead.
[Wind gusting]
DESCRIPTION: Liberty zooms past Alex. Alex waves as Liberty continues past Julia and Julius, who look tired. Julia kicks a soccer ball over to Julius. Julia and Julius wave as Liberty continues through town.
[Julius sighing]
DESCRIPTION: Liberty slows to a stop outside Mr. Porter’s Café, where she meets the Junior Patrollers, Pomeranians Nano, Mini and Tot.
NANO: Liberty!
TOT: Come see what we made!
LIBERTY: Are those frozen pup treats?
DESCRIPTION: Mr. Porter walks over with a tray of red bones on popsicle sticks.
MR. PORTER: Think of them as a pup-friendly version of my famous Porter Pops. Nano, Mini, and Tot love 'em. Here, take some for the Paw Patrol!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot each take a Porter Pop. Mr. Porter puts the tray in Liberty’s sidecar.
LIBERTY: Thanks. Will do. Junior Patrollers, I'll be back.
DESCRIPTION: Mr. Porter waves, and Liberty drives off.
MINI: Mm, they taste so good.
DESCRIPTION: Mini’s Porter Pop sticks to her tongue.
MINI: But sometimes they stick to your tongue.
TOT: That's not all they stick to.
DESCRIPTION: Tot turns around, revealing a Porter Pop stuck to his bottom.
[Pups giggling]
DESCRIPTION: Outside his lair on the Foggy Bottom beach, Mayor Humdinger sinks his feet into a small pool. He wears purple kitten toe socks.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Ah, feels so good on the old tootsies.
[Mayor Humdinger chuckling]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger sits in a purple chair, drinking from a metal water bottle. His kitties lounge nearby under a beach umbrella. On the other side of Mayor Humdinger, Harold fans himself.
HAROLD: Ah! It's so hot. Can we go to Adventure Bay for a couple Porter Pops?
MAYOR HUMDINGER: In this heat? Pah! I don't think so. Now, make yourself useful and bring that umbrella closer.
[Harold groaning]
DESCRIPTION: Harold takes the umbrellas from the kitties.
[Kitties meowing angrily]
DESCRIPTION: Harold pushes the umbrella pole into the sand near Mayor Humdinger.
[Harold grunting]
[Metal clanging]
HAROLD: Huh?
DESCRIPTION: Harold pulls the umbrella out of the sand and finds a piece of a meteor stuck on the end.
[Harold grunting]
HAROLD: A mighty meteor?
DESCRIPTION: Harold grabs the meteor, and a purple crystal falls out.
HAROLD: With a crystal inside!
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Oh, why do you always find the meteor crystals? It's not fair!
[Whirring]
DESCRIPTION: Harold drops the meteor. His hands glow, and he floats off the ground.
[Harold laughing evilly]
[Crystal buzzing]
DESCRIPTION: The beach umbrella and other beach items, including the kitties’ snacks and drinks, float over to Harold. Mayor Humdinger’s water bottle is pulled from his hand.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Huh?
[Harold laughing evilly]
DESCRIPTION: The beach items swirl around Harold and transform into his purple crystal suit.
HAROLD: Time to beat the heat the mighty way with a new freeze ray.
[Harold laughing evilly]
DESCRIPTION: Harold blasts a beam of white light at Mayor Humdinger’s pool with a freeze ray built into the suit and freezes Mayor Humdinger’s feet in ice.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Ah!
[Mayor Humdinger shivering]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: C-Cold!
HAROLD: With this freeze ray, I can freeze the whole town and keep things cool while I eat my Porter Pop. Stay cool, Uncle.
DESCRIPTION: Harold walks away.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Harold, get back here this instant!
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger stands, then falls over with the block of ice.
[Mayor Humdinger yelping]
DESCRIPTION: The kitties cringe.
[Kitties meowing]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger lies face down in the sand. The ice breaks off his feet, and a chunk knocks off his top hat.
[Ice cracking]
[Mayor Humdinger crying]
DESCRIPTION: In Adventure Bay, Harold walks down the sidewalk toward Mr. Porter’s Café.
[Harold gasping]
DESCRIPTION: A long line of townspeople stand before Mr. Porter’s Porter Pop cart. Mr. Porter stands beside the cart with Nano, Mini and Tot.
HAROLD: No way am I waiting in that line.
DESCRIPTION: Harold blasts the sidewalk with his freeze ray.
HAROLD: Ha!
DESCRIPTION: The townspeople slip on a sheet of ice.
FIRST TOWNSPERSON: Whoa!
SECOND TOWNSPERSON: Whoa!
THIRD TOWNSPERSON: Whoa, whoa!
DESCRIPTION: The townspeople slip away on the ice. A brown-haired Townsman falls on the ice and slips away on his bottom.
BROWN-HAIRED TOWNSMAN: Whoa!
MR. PORTER: What on earth?
HAROLD: Ha-ha!
DESCRIPTION: Harold approaches the cart.
TOT: Hey! You can't just skip the line.
HAROLD: You can't tell me what to do, so how 'bout you, uh, cool it?
DESCRIPTION: Harold takes a Porter Pop from Mr. Porter and freezes the entrance to the café. Mr. Porter, Nano, Mini and Tot slip and slide into the café.
[Mr. Porter and Junior Patrollers yelping]
DESCRIPTION: The doors close behind Mr. Porter and the Junior Patrollers. Harold eats his Porter Pop.
HAROLD: Ah! That hit the spot. You know, I never thought Adventure Bay was all that cool, but with my new freeze ray...
DESCRIPTION: Harold blasts the café with his freeze ray.
HAROLD: I can freeze the whole town. Then it'll be the coolest place on Earth.
[Harold laughing evilly]
DESCRIPTION: Harold freezes Alex’s kite, and it drops to the ground.
[Ice cracking]
DESCRIPTION: Inside Mr. Porter’s Café, Mr. Porter and the Junior Patrollers slide across the floor.
MR. PORTER: We need the Paw Patrol! Has anyone seen my phone?
MINI: Nope.
NANO: Not me.
TOT: Check the freezer section!
MR. PORTER: This whole place is a freezer section. Wh…wh… whoa!
DESCRIPTION: Mr. Porter slips through the swinging kitchen doors. Outside the Lookout, the sun shines brightly.
[Pups giggling]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder scratches Rubble’s head.
[Engine revving]
DESCRIPTION: Liberty zooms up the driveway. She parks and hops off her scooter.
LIBERTY: Hey, pups. Who wants frozen pup treats?
PUPS: Ooh!
RUBBLE: Me, me!
CHASE: I do! I do!
DESCRIPTION: Rubble takes a Porter Pup from the tray in Liberty’s sidecar. He licks the frozen treat.
RUBBLE: Mm! Bacon flavour!
[Slurping]
[Pup pad ringing]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder answers a video call from Mr. Porter on his pup pad.
MR. PROTER: Ryder, my café is covered in ice, and people are slipping all over the place.
DESCRIPTION: Mr. Porter shows Ryder the Townspeople slipping on the sidewalk.
[Townspeople yelping]
RYDER: Ice? In this heat? How can that –
[Harold laughing evilly]
DESCRIPTION: On the street, Harold grins.
RYDER: It's Harold.
DESCRIPTION: Harold blasts ice onto the street with his freeze ray. A van slips on the ice.
[Tires squealing]
RYDER: No café is too frozen. No pup is too small!
DESCRIPTION: Ryder taps the rainbow Might Pup icon on his pup pad. He taps a button, and Liberty, Rocky and Marshall’s pup tags light up.
[Pup pad beeping]
RYDER: Mighty Pups, to the Lookout!
LIBERTY, ROCKY AND MARSHALL: Ryder needs us!
DESCRIPTION: Ryder, Liberty and Rocky run toward the Lookout tower. Marshall starts to follow and slips on a Porter Pop.
MARSHALL: Whoa, whoa!
DESCRIPTION: The other pups gather in the Lookout elevator.
SKYE: Marshall!
CHASE: Watch out!
DESCRIPTION: Marshall summersaults into the Lookout.
MARSHALL: Whoa!
[Crashing]
[Grunting]
MARSHALL: Sorry about that, pups. I hope you can, uh, let it slide.
DESCRIPTION: In the elevator, Marshall lies on top of the other pups with the Porter Pop.
[Pups giggling]
DESCRIPTION: The elevator doors close, and the pups ride up the tower. Behind the Paw Patrol pawprint badge, the elevator pauses. A bright light flashes across the badge, and the badge becomes the Mighty Pups rainbow badge. Inside the tower, a meteor shakes, then bursts open. Blue, yellow, orange, pink, green and red crystals float out.
[Song] Mighty Pups!
DESCRIPTION: The Lookout tower transforms into Mighty Pups headquarters. Bright yellow light filled with sparks shines up the elevator shaft. An observatory replaces the observation deck. It slides backward, leaving a platform at the top of the shaft. The Paw Patrol pups float up the shaft in their Mighty Pup uniforms. The coloured crystals click into place in their paw print badges. The pups reach the platform and run up to the observatory, where they line up side by side with Liberty in front of Ryder.
[Pups barking and howling]
CHASE: Mighty Pups, ready for mighty action, Ryder, sir!
DESCRIPTION: In his Mighty Pups uniform, Ryder taps the pup pad in his wrist band and pulls up a large screen on a control panel.
[Pup pad beeping]
RYDER: Thanks for hurrying, pups. It looks like Harold used a meteor crystal to make a freeze ray, and now, he's freezing things all over town!
DESCRIPTION: On the screen, the pups watch Harold freeze Mr. Porter’s café. Cars slip past on the icy road.
RYDER: We need to defrost Mr. Porter's café and stop Harold before he can freeze anything else! So, for this mission, I'll need Mighty Liberty. I need you to use your stretching power to stop the cars on the icy road.
[Liberty howling]
LIBERTY: Let's stretch and fetch!
RYDER: And, Mighty Marshall, I need you to use your heat power to melt the ice around town.
MARSHALL: I'm ready for a red-hot rescue
RYDER: All right, Mighty Pups are on a roll!
DESCRIPTION: A zipline of yellow light wraps around the tower like a slide. On the platform below the observatory, Liberty hops onto a circle with her badge.
DESCRIPTION: The platform rotates and moves Liberty to the zipline.
[Liberty howling]
DESCRIPTION: Liberty hops onto the zipline and rides it around the tower.
LIBERTY: Woo-hoo!
[Song] Mighty Pups!
DESCRIPTION: On the platform, Marshall runs down to his badge. The platform spins Marshall around to the zipline, and he follows Liberty around the tower.
[Song] Go, go, go, go, go, go.
[Marshall barking]
[Song] Go, go, go, go, go, go.
[Marshall howling]
[Song] Go, go, go, go, go, go.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty soars through a hologram of her skyscraper shield.
[Song] Go, go, go, go, go, go. Liberty!
DESCRIPTION: At the end of the zipline, Liberty drops into a garage and lands on her scooter.
LIBERTY: Power paws!
[Song] Go, go, go, go, go, go.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty presses her paws onto the controls. The scooter powers up, and she zooms out of the garage.
[Tires squealing]
DESCRIPTION: On the zipline, Marshall soars through a hologram Mighty Pups shield of flames.
[Song] Marshall!
DESCRIPTION: At the end of the zipline, Marshall drops into a garage and lands on his Mighty Pups firetruck.
MARSHALL: Power paws!
DESCRIPTION: Marshall presses his paws onto the controls. The firetruck powers up, and he zooms out of the garage.
[SONG] Go, go, go, go, go, go.
[Tires squealing]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder leads the way down the Lookout driveway on his Mighty Pups ATV. Liberty and Marshall follow in their Mighty Pups vehicles.
[Engines whirring]
DESCRIPTION: In town, Ryder, Liberty and Marshall pull up to Mr. Porter’s frozen café and park next to a sheet of ice. Liberty hops out of her scooter and slides toward the entrance.
LIBERTY: Whoa, whoa, whoa!
DESCRIPTION: Liberty slides into a patio chair.
[Liberty grunting]
[Liberty shivering]
LIBERTY: Listen. I love chilling out at the café, but this is ridiculous.
DESCRIPTION: A nearby customer holds a frozen tea cup and shivers.
[Engine revving]
DESCRIPTION: On the street, Mayor Goodway drives toward the café with Chickaletta.
[Chickaletta squawking]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Goodway drives onto the ice, and her car spins.
[Tires squealing]
MAYOR GOODWAY: Oh, oh, oh! Oh, no! Don't look, Chickaletta!
RYDER: It's all you, Liberty.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty leaps across the ice toward Mayor Goodway’s car.
[Liberty grunting]
DESCRIPTION: Liberty stretches herself between two light posts outside City Hall as Mayor Goodway spins toward her.
[Tires squealing]
MAYOR GOODWAY: Oh!
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Goodway slides into Liberty and slows to a stop. Liberty stretches.
[Elastic stretching]
[Chickaletta squawking]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Goodway slingshots back across the ice, onto the road and slows to a stop on the boardwalk.
[Mayor Goodway yelping]
MAYOR GOODWAY: Oh! See, Chickums? This is why we always wear our seatbelts.
[Chickaletta squawking]
DESCRIPTION: From inside the café, Mr. Porter peers through the windows of the door with Nano, Mini and Tot.
MR. PORTER: Hello, out there!
DESCRIPTION: Mr. Porter knocks on the glass.
[Knocking]
RYDER: One second, Mr. Porter. Marshall, Porter's Café needs a big-time thaw-out.
MARSHALL: Setting my hot paws to defrost!
DESCRIPTION: Marshall rubs his paws together and blasts the ice around the café with bright, fiery flames. He melts the ice around the customer on the patio, and the customer relaxes. Nano, Mini and Tot run out of the café.
[Nano barking]
TOT: Hurray!
MINI: We're free.
DESCRIPTION: Mr. Porter walks out of the café behind the Junior Patrollers.
MR. PORTER: Brr! Another minute in there and I'd be a Porter Pop.
RYDER: Did you see where Harold went?
MR. PORTER: I didn't get a good look.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty joins Ryder and Marshall. Nano, Mini and Tot hop onto Mr. Porter’s head and look around.
NANO: Look!
MINI: There he is!
TOT: Over there!
DESCRIPTION: Down the street, Harold slides down a frozen sidewalk with Mayor Humdinger on a video call.
[Mayor Humdinger whining]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: But it's hot here again. Can you at least bring me a Porter Pop?
HAROLD: Not until I'm done freezing this place. Have fun in Foggy Bottom, Uncle. Or should I say "Sweaty Bottom"?
[Harold laughing]
DESCRIPTION: Harold freezes the sidewalk ahead of him and continues down the street.
RYDER: We've gotta stop him. Fast!
NANO: Yeah, let's do it! Junior Patrol...
MINI: ...is on...
NANO, MINI AND TOT: ...a roll!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot hop off Mr. Porter and jump in Liberty’s sidecar.
MINI: Are you guys coming or what?
[Ryder, Marshall and Liberty laughing]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder, Liberty and Marshall return to their vehicles and race down the street.
[Engines revving]
DESCRIPTION: Harold glances back at the Might Pup team.
HAROLD: Ha! Those silly Mighty Pups will never get my crystal.
DESCRIPTION: Harold sticks a Porter Pop between his teeth and freezes more of the street with his freeze ray. In a forest, he freezes the grass.
HAROLD: Ah! I can't shake those pups. But maybe I can stop them cold!
DESCRIPTION: Harold reaches behind him and creates a wall of ice between him and the Might Pup team.
RYDER: Pups, look out!
DESCRIPTION: Ryder swerves away from the ice. Liberty and Marshall skid to a stop.
RYDER: Marshall, how 'bout a mighty melt?
MARSHALL: You got it!
DESCRIPTION: Marshall melts the wall of ice with his Mighty Melt powers. Harold slips onto a dirt path and falls. His freeze ray hits the ground, and he drops his three Porter Pops.
HAROLD: Whoa!
[Harold grunting]
DESCRIPTION: Sparks flicker around the freeze ray.
[Freeze ray sputtering]
HAROLD: No! Aw. My Porter Pops.
DESCRIPTION: Harold picks up his Porter Pops.
HAROLD: I know. I'll refreeze them!
DESCRIPTION: Harold aims the freeze ray at the Porter Pops, and sparks flicker.
[Freeze ray whirring]
HAROLD: Huh?
[Freeze ray sputtering]
DESCRIPTION: The freeze ray freezes.
HAROLD: Oops. I froze the whole freeze ray. And now it's overloading.
DESCRIPTION: Harold tosses the Porter Pops as the freeze ray turns into a block of ice around his hand.
HAROLD: Ah! Get this thing off me!
DESCRIPTION: Harold activates the jetpack in his suit. The suit blasts off him, and he falls.
[Whooshing]
[Harold grunting]
DESCRIPTION: The suit soars through the air, then crashes into a hill of snow. A bright ball of light shines from the snow. The crystal inside the suit bursts out of the snow in a giant ball of ice and rolls down the hill. On the dirt path, Ryder runs over to Harold.
RYDER: Harold, are you okay?
HAROLD: Yeah, yeah. I'm –
[Ice crunching]
DESCRIPTION: Harold looks past Ryder.
HAROLD: What is that?
DESCRIPTION: Ryder looks behind him with binoculars.
RYDER: It's a giant ice ball, and it looks like... like the crystal is inside!
HAROLD: I made a mighty mega ice ball? That's so cool!
MARSHALL: We have to stop it before it hits Adventure Bay!
HAROLD: Wait! What am I supposed to do? Walk back to Adventure Bay?
DESCRIPTION: Ryder leaves with Marshall and Liberty.
[Harold groaning]
HAROLD: Wonder if there's any of those Porter Pops left.
DESCRIPTION: On the dirt path, the Mighty Pup team catch up with the giant ice ball as it rolls over a hill.
RYDER: We've gotta melt this thing. Give it some mighty heat, Marshall.
DESCRIPTION: Marshall rubs his paws together and blasts the ice with flames.
MARSHALL: Huh? It's not working!
RYDER: The frozen crystal in the middle of the ice ball must be making it unmeltable. We have to get it out of there!
LIBERTY: But how?
NANO: Ooh, ooh!
MINI: We know!
TOT: We can go in there and get the crystal for you.
MARSHALL: But it's frozen solid. There's no way to get you inside.
RYDER: Not yet, but there will be.
DESCRIPTION: Ryder taps his pup pad and calls Rocky.
[Pup Pad beeping]
RYDER: Rocky, we need you!
ROCKY: On my way!
DESCRIPTION: On a highway, Rocky pulls up to a road worker in his Mighty Pups recycling truck. The Road Worker spots the ice ball rolling toward him between Ryder, Liberty and Marshall and runs away.
[Road Worker yelping]
ROCKY: Ryder, that thing is huge!
RYDER: Yeah, and we have to get the Junior Patrollers inside to stop it. Can you find something to poke a hole in it?
DESCRIPTION: Rocky spots a large pipe on the road.
ROCKY: Sure can! And I can use my mighty magnetic powers to lift it!
DESCRIPTION: Rocky picks up the pipe with giant magnets on the forks of his truck. As the ice ball rolls up to Rocky, Rocky releases the magnets and pushes the end of the pipe into the ice ball.
RYDER: There's your way in, Junior Patrollers. Liberty! Launch them inside!
DESCRIPTION: Liberty speeds ahead of the pipe and skids to a stop.
[Engine revving]
[Tires squealing]
DESCRIPTION: Liberty stretches herself between the road and the scooter. Nano, Mini and Tot back up against her.
LIBERTY: Here goes.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty launches the Junior Patrollers like a slingshot through the pipe and into the ice ball.
[Liberty grunting]
[Junior Patrollers howling]
DESCRIPTION: In the ice ball, Nano, Mini and Tot put their paws on the purple crystal.
NANO: Time to get mighty and multiply!
DESCRIPTION: The crystal multiplies by three and drops into Nano, Mini and Tot’s hats.
[Junior Patrollers howling and barking]
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot multiply.
[Popping]
MARSHALL: Sounds like they got the crystal!
ROCKY: I just hope they get it out in time!
DESCRIPTION: The ice ball rolls into town. In the ice ball, the many Nanos, Minis and Tots break free.
[Crystal whirring]
[Junior Patrollers yelping]
DESCRIPTION: The Nano, Mini and Tot multiples rain down across Town Square.
[Junior Patrollers grunting]
DESCRIPTION: The crystals in the original Nano, Mini and Tot’s hats glow, and the multiples come together as one.
NANO: Yes!
MINI: That was so cool!
DESCRIPTION: Ryder walks over with Rocky and Liberty.
RYDER: Good job, Junior Patrol.
LIBERTY: I knew you feisty, little fluffballs could do it. Woo-hoo!
ROCKY: But what happened to the meteor crystal?
DESCRIPTION: On the sidewalk, Harold walks through town.
[Harold groaning]
DESCRIPTION: A few steps ahead of Harold, the purple crystal sparkles.
[Harold gasping]
HAROLD: I see it!
MAYOR GOODWAY: Ryder! Mighty Pups!
DESCRIPTION: Harold dives toward the crystal. Mayor Goodway steps onto the sidewalk and knocks away the crystal.
[Crystal clinking]
DESCRIPTION: The crystal falls down a sewer cover into the sewer.
HAROLD WAILING: No!
MAYOR GOODWAY: Oh! I suppose we solved that problem, Chickums.
[Chickaletta squawking]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Goodway joins the Mighty Pup team with Chickaletta in her purse. Marshall blasts fiery flames into the air.
MAYOR GOODWAY: And once again, you saved the day.
RYDER: Whenever there's a big ball of ice headed for town, just yelp for help.
DESCRIPTION: Mr. Porter pushes a cart with bone Porter Pops across the square.
MR. PORTER: Cold snacks, anyone?
JUNIOR PATROLLER: Yes, please!
MAYOR GOODWAY: Oh, yes. Thank you.
JUNIOR PATROLLER: Yes, please.
JUNIOR PATROLLER: Thanks!
[Liberty chuckling]
DESCRIPTION: Mr. Porter gives Nano, Mini and Tot a Porter Pop. Tot turns and frowns.
TOT: Hey. Where's mine?

DESCRIPTION: In animation, the Paw Patrol pups run into the Lookout tower. In the observation deck, Ryder taps his pup pad, and a large screen lowers from the ceiling.
[Song] Paw Patrol, Paw Patrol, we'll be there on the double. Whenever there's a problem 'round Adventure Bay, Ryder and his team of pups will come and save the day. Marshall, Rubble, Chase, Rocky, Zuma, Skye, yeah, they're on the way.
DESCRIPTION: Marshall, a Dalmatian, Rubble, a Bulldog, Chase, a German Shepherd, Rocky, a grey-and-white pup, Zuma, a chocolate Labrador, and Skye, a Cockapoo, ride down a slide wrapped around the tower to their vehicles. In the garage, Ryder jumps on his ATV.

DESCRIPTION: Liberty zooms past Alex. Alex waves as Liberty continues past Julia and Julius, who look tired. Julia kicks a soccer ball over to Julius. Julia and Julius wave as Liberty continues through town.
[Julius sighing]
DESCRIPTION: Liberty slows to a stop outside Mr. Porter’s Café, where she meets the Junior Patrollers, Pomeranians Nano, Mini and Tot.
NANO: Liberty!
TOT: Come see what we made!
LIBERTY: Are those frozen pup treats?
DESCRIPTION: Mr. Porter walks over with a tray of red bones on popsicle sticks.
MR. PORTER: Think of them as a pup-friendly version of my famous Porter Pops. Nano, Mini, and Tot love 'em. Here, take some for the Paw Patrol!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot each take a Porter Pop. Mr. Porter puts the tray in Liberty’s sidecar.
LIBERTY: Thanks. Will do. Junior Patrollers, I'll be back.
DESCRIPTION: Mr. Porter waves, and Liberty drives off.
MINI: Mm, they taste so good.
DESCRIPTION: Mini’s Porter Pop sticks to her tongue.
MINI: But sometimes they stick to your tongue.
TOT: That's not all they stick to.
DESCRIPTION: Tot turns around, revealing a Porter Pop stuck to his bottom.
[Pups giggling]
DESCRIPTION: Outside his lair on the Foggy Bottom beach, Mayor Humdinger sinks his feet into a small pool. He wears purple kitten toe socks.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Ah, feels so good on the old tootsies.
[Mayor Humdinger chuckling]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger sits in a purple chair, drinking from a metal water bottle. His kitties lounge nearby under a beach umbrella. On the other side of Mayor Humdinger, Harold fans himself.
HAROLD: Ah! It's so hot. Can we go to Adventure Bay for a couple Porter Pops?
MAYOR HUMDINGER: In this heat? Pah! I don't think so. Now, make yourself useful and bring that umbrella closer.
[Harold groaning]
DESCRIPTION: Harold takes the umbrellas from the kitties.
[Kitties meowing angrily]
DESCRIPTION: Harold pushes the umbrella pole into the sand near Mayor Humdinger.
[Harold grunting]
[Metal clanging]
HAROLD: Huh?
DESCRIPTION: Harold pulls the umbrella out of the sand and finds a piece of a meteor stuck on the end.
[Harold grunting]
HAROLD: A mighty meteor?
DESCRIPTION: Harold grabs the meteor, and a purple crystal falls out.
HAROLD: With a crystal inside!
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Oh, why do you always find the meteor crystals? It's not fair!
[Whirring]
DESCRIPTION: Harold drops the meteor. His hands glow, and he floats off the ground.
[Harold laughing evilly]
[Crystal buzzing]
DESCRIPTION: The beach umbrella and other beach items, including the kitties’ snacks and drinks, float over to Harold. Mayor Humdinger’s water bottle is pulled from his hand.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Huh?
[Harold laughing evilly]
DESCRIPTION: The beach items swirl around Harold and transform into his purple crystal suit.
HAROLD: Time to beat the heat the mighty way with a new freeze ray.
[Harold laughing evilly]
DESCRIPTION: Harold blasts a beam of white light at Mayor Humdinger’s pool with a freeze ray built into the suit and freezes Mayor Humdinger’s feet in ice.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Ah!
[Mayor Humdinger shivering]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: C-Cold!
HAROLD: With this freeze ray, I can freeze the whole town and keep things cool while I eat my Porter Pop. Stay cool, Uncle.
DESCRIPTION: Harold walks away.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Harold, get back here this instant!
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger stands, then falls over with the block of ice.
[Mayor Humdinger yelping]
DESCRIPTION: The kitties cringe.
[Kitties meowing]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger lies face down in the sand. The ice breaks off his feet, and a chunk knocks off his top hat.
[Ice cracking]

DESCRIPTION: In Adventure Bay, Harold walks down the sidewalk toward Mr. Porter’s Café.
[Harold gasping]
DESCRIPTION: A long line of townspeople stand before Mr. Porter’s Porter Pop cart. Mr. Porter stands beside the cart with Nano, Mini and Tot.
HAROLD: No way am I waiting in that line.
DESCRIPTION: Harold blasts the sidewalk with his freeze ray.
HAROLD: Ha!
DESCRIPTION: The townspeople slip on a sheet of ice.
FIRST TOWNSPERSON: Whoa!
SECOND TOWNSPERSON: Whoa!
THIRD TOWNSPERSON: Whoa, whoa!
DESCRIPTION: The townspeople slip away on the ice. A brown-haired Townsman falls on the ice and slips away on his bottom.
BROWN-HAIRED TOWNSMAN: Whoa!
MR. PORTER: What on earth?
HAROLD: Ha-ha!
DESCRIPTION: Harold approaches the cart.
TOT: Hey! You can't just skip the line.
HAROLD: You can't tell me what to do, so how 'bout you, uh, cool it?
DESCRIPTION: Harold takes a Porter Pop from Mr. Porter and freezes the entrance to the café. Mr. Porter, Nano, Mini and Tot slip and slide into the café.
[Mr. Porter and Junior Patrollers yelping]
DESCRIPTION: The doors close behind Mr. Porter and the Junior Patrollers. Harold eats his Porter Pop.
HAROLD: Ah! That hit the spot. You know, I never thought Adventure Bay was all that cool, but with my new freeze ray...
DESCRIPTION: Harold blasts the café with his freeze ray.
HAROLD: I can freeze the whole town. Then it'll be the coolest place on Earth.
[Harold laughing evilly]
DESCRIPTION: Harold freezes Alex’s kite, and it drops to the ground.
[Ice cracking]
DESCRIPTION: Inside Mr. Porter’s Café, Mr. Porter and the Junior Patrollers slide across the floor.
MR. PORTER: We need the Paw Patrol! Has anyone seen my phone?
MINI: Nope.
NANO: Not me.
TOT: Check the freezer section!
MR. PORTER: This whole place is a freezer section. Wh…wh… whoa!
DESCRIPTION: Mr. Porter slips through the swinging kitchen doors. Outside the Lookout, the sun shines brightly.
[Pups giggling]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder scratches Rubble’s head.
[Engine revving]
DESCRIPTION: Liberty zooms up the driveway. She parks and hops off her scooter.
LIBERTY: Hey, pups. Who wants frozen pup treats?
PUPS: Ooh!
RUBBLE: Me, me!
CHASE: I do! I do!
DESCRIPTION: Rubble takes a Porter Pup from the tray in Liberty’s sidecar. He licks the frozen treat.
RUBBLE: Mm! Bacon flavour!
[Slurping]
[Pup pad ringing]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder answers a video call from Mr. Porter on his pup pad.
MR. PROTER: Ryder, my café is covered in ice, and people are slipping all over the place.
DESCRIPTION: Mr. Porter shows Ryder the Townspeople slipping on the sidewalk.
[Townspeople yelping]
RYDER: Ice? In this heat? How can that –
[Harold laughing evilly]
DESCRIPTION: On the street, Harold grins.
RYDER: It's Harold.
DESCRIPTION: Harold blasts ice onto the street with his freeze ray. A van slips on the ice.
[Tires squealing]
RYDER: No café is too frozen. No pup is too small!
DESCRIPTION: Ryder taps the rainbow Might Pup icon on his pup pad. He taps a button, and Liberty, Rocky and Marshall’s pup tags light up.
[Pup pad beeping]
RYDER: Mighty Pups, to the Lookout!
LIBERTY, ROCKY AND MARSHALL: Ryder needs us!
DESCRIPTION: Ryder, Liberty and Rocky run toward the Lookout tower. Marshall starts to follow and slips on a Porter Pop.
MARSHALL: Whoa, whoa!
DESCRIPTION: The other pups gather in the Lookout elevator.
SKYE: Marshall!
CHASE: Watch out!
DESCRIPTION: Marshall summersaults into the Lookout.
MARSHALL: Whoa!
[Crashing]
[Grunting]
MARSHALL: Sorry about that, pups. I hope you can, uh, let it slide.
DESCRIPTION: In the elevator, Marshall lies on top of the other pups with the Porter Pop.
[Pups giggling]
DESCRIPTION: The elevator doors close, and the pups ride up the tower. Behind the Paw Patrol pawprint badge, the elevator pauses. A bright light flashes across the badge, and the badge becomes the Mighty Pups rainbow badge. Inside the tower, a meteor shakes, then bursts open. Blue, yellow, orange, pink, green and red crystals float out.
[Song] Mighty Pups!
DESCRIPTION: The Lookout tower transforms into Mighty Pups headquarters. Bright yellow light filled with sparks shines up the elevator shaft. An observatory replaces the observation deck. It slides backward, leaving a platform at the top of the shaft. The Paw Patrol pups float up the shaft in their Mighty Pup uniforms. The coloured crystals click into place in their paw print badges. The pups reach the platform and run up to the observatory, where they line up side by side with Liberty in front of Ryder.
[Pups barking and howling]
CHASE: Mighty Pups, ready for mighty action, Ryder, sir!
DESCRIPTION: In his Mighty Pups uniform, Ryder taps the pup pad in his wrist band and pulls up a large screen on a control panel.
[Pup pad beeping]
RYDER: Thanks for hurrying, pups. It looks like Harold used a meteor crystal to make a freeze ray, and now, he's freezing things all over town!
DESCRIPTION: On the screen, the pups watch Harold freeze Mr. Porter’s café. Cars slip past on the icy road.
RYDER: We need to defrost Mr. Porter's café and stop Harold before he can freeze anything else! So, for this mission, I'll need Mighty Liberty. I need you to use your stretching power to stop the cars on the icy road.
[Liberty howling]
LIBERTY: Let's stretch and fetch!
RYDER: And, Mighty Marshall, I need you to use your heat power to melt the ice around town.
MARSHALL: I'm ready for a red-hot rescue
RYDER: All right, Mighty Pups are on a roll!
DESCRIPTION: A zipline of yellow light wraps around the tower like a slide. On the platform below the observatory, Liberty hops onto a circle with her badge.
DESCRIPTION: The platform rotates and moves Liberty to the zipline.
[Liberty howling]
DESCRIPTION: Liberty hops onto the zipline and rides it around the tower.
LIBERTY: Woo-hoo!
[Song] Mighty Pups!
DESCRIPTION: On the platform, Marshall runs down to his badge. The platform spins Marshall around to the zipline, and he follows Liberty around the tower.
[Song] Go, go, go, go, go, go.
[Marshall barking]
[Song] Go, go, go, go, go, go.
[Marshall howling]
[Song] Go, go, go, go, go, go.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty soars through a hologram of her skyscraper shield.
[Song] Go, go, go, go, go, go. Liberty!
DESCRIPTION: At the end of the zipline, Liberty drops into a garage and lands on her scooter.
LIBERTY: Power paws!
[Song] Go, go, go, go, go, go.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty presses her paws onto the controls. The scooter powers up, and she zooms out of the garage.
[Tires squealing]
DESCRIPTION: On the zipline, Marshall soars through a hologram Mighty Pups shield of flames.
[Song] Marshall!
DESCRIPTION: At the end of the zipline, Marshall drops into a garage and lands on his Mighty Pups firetruck.
MARSHALL: Power paws!
DESCRIPTION: Marshall presses his paws onto the controls. The firetruck powers up, and he zooms out of the garage.
[SONG] Go, go, go, go, go, go.
[Tires squealing]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder leads the way down the Lookout driveway on his Mighty Pups ATV. Liberty and Marshall follow in their Mighty Pups vehicles.
[Engines whirring]
DESCRIPTION: In town, Ryder, Liberty and Marshall pull up to Mr. Porter’s frozen café and park next to a sheet of ice. Liberty hops out of her scooter and slides toward the entrance.
LIBERTY: Whoa, whoa, whoa!
DESCRIPTION: Liberty slides into a patio chair.
[Liberty grunting]
[Liberty shivering]
LIBERTY: Listen. I love chilling out at the café, but this is ridiculous.
DESCRIPTION: A nearby customer holds a frozen tea cup and shivers.
[Engine revving]
DESCRIPTION: On the street, Mayor Goodway drives toward the café with Chickaletta.
[Chickaletta squawking]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Goodway drives onto the ice, and her car spins.
[Tires squealing]
MAYOR GOODWAY: Oh, oh, oh! Oh, no! Don't look, Chickaletta!
RYDER: It's all you, Liberty.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty leaps across the ice toward Mayor Goodway’s car.
[Liberty grunting]
DESCRIPTION: Liberty stretches herself between two light posts outside City Hall as Mayor Goodway spins toward her.
[Tires squealing]
MAYOR GOODWAY: Oh!
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Goodway slides into Liberty and slows to a stop. Liberty stretches.
[Elastic stretching]
[Chickaletta squawking]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Goodway slingshots back across the ice, onto the road and slows to a stop on the boardwalk.
[Mayor Goodway yelping]
MAYOR GOODWAY: Oh! See, Chickums? This is why we always wear our seatbelts.
[Chickaletta squawking]
DESCRIPTION: From inside the café, Mr. Porter peers through the windows of the door with Nano, Mini and Tot.
MR. PORTER: Hello, out there!
DESCRIPTION: Mr. Porter knocks on the glass.
[Knocking]
RYDER: One second, Mr. Porter. Marshall, Porter's Café needs a big-time thaw-out.
MARSHALL: Setting my hot paws to defrost!
DESCRIPTION: Marshall rubs his paws together and blasts the ice around the café with bright, fiery flames. He melts the ice around the customer on the patio, and the customer relaxes. Nano, Mini and Tot run out of the café.
[Nano barking]
TOT: Hurray!
MINI: We're free.
DESCRIPTION: Mr. Porter walks out of the café behind the Junior Patrollers.
MR. PORTER: Brr! Another minute in there and I'd be a Porter Pop.
RYDER: Did you see where Harold went?
MR. PORTER: I didn't get a good look.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty joins Ryder and Marshall. Nano, Mini and Tot hop onto Mr. Porter’s head and look around.
NANO: Look!
MINI: There he is!
TOT: Over there!
DESCRIPTION: Down the street, Harold slides down a frozen sidewalk with Mayor Humdinger on a video call.
[Mayor Humdinger whining]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: But it's hot here again. Can you at least bring me a Porter Pop?
HAROLD: Not until I'm done freezing this place. Have fun in Foggy Bottom, Uncle. Or should I say "Sweaty Bottom"?
[Harold laughing]
DESCRIPTION: Harold freezes the sidewalk ahead of him and continues down the street.
RYDER: We've gotta stop him. Fast!
NANO: Yeah, let's do it! Junior Patrol...
MINI: ...is on...
NANO, MINI AND TOT: ...a roll!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot hop off Mr. Porter and jump in Liberty’s sidecar.
MINI: Are you guys coming or what?
[Ryder, Marshall and Liberty laughing]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder, Liberty and Marshall return to their vehicles and race down the street.
[Engines revving]
DESCRIPTION: Harold glances back at the Might Pup team.
HAROLD: Ha! Those silly Mighty Pups will never get my crystal.
DESCRIPTION: Harold sticks a Porter Pop between his teeth and freezes more of the street with his freeze ray. In a forest, he freezes the grass.
HAROLD: Ah! I can't shake those pups. But maybe I can stop them cold!
DESCRIPTION: Harold reaches behind him and creates a wall of ice between him and the Might Pup team.
RYDER: Pups, look out!
DESCRIPTION: Ryder swerves away from the ice. Liberty and Marshall skid to a stop.
RYDER: Marshall, how 'bout a mighty melt?
MARSHALL: You got it!
DESCRIPTION: Marshall melts the wall of ice with his Mighty Melt powers. Harold slips onto a dirt path and falls. His freeze ray hits the ground, and he drops his three Porter Pops.
HAROLD: Whoa!
[Harold grunting]
DESCRIPTION: Sparks flicker around the freeze ray.
[Freeze ray sputtering]
HAROLD: No! Aw. My Porter Pops.
DESCRIPTION: Harold picks up his Porter Pops.
HAROLD: I know. I'll refreeze them!
DESCRIPTION: Harold aims the freeze ray at the Porter Pops, and sparks flicker.
[Freeze ray whirring]
HAROLD: Huh?
[Freeze ray sputtering]
DESCRIPTION: The freeze ray freezes.
HAROLD: Oops. I froze the whole freeze ray. And now it's overloading.
DESCRIPTION: Harold tosses the Porter Pops as the freeze ray turns into a block of ice around his hand.
HAROLD: Ah! Get this thing off me!
DESCRIPTION: Harold activates the jetpack in his suit. The suit blasts off him, and he falls.
[Whooshing]
[Harold grunting]
DESCRIPTION: The suit soars through the air, then crashes into a hill of snow. A bright ball of light shines from the snow. The crystal inside the suit bursts out of the snow in a giant ball of ice and rolls down the hill. On the dirt path, Ryder runs over to Harold.
RYDER: Harold, are you okay?
HAROLD: Yeah, yeah. I'm –
[Ice crunching]
DESCRIPTION: Harold looks past Ryder.
HAROLD: What is that?
DESCRIPTION: Ryder looks behind him with binoculars.
RYDER: It's a giant ice ball, and it looks like... like the crystal is inside!
HAROLD: I made a mighty mega ice ball? That's so cool!
MARSHALL: We have to stop it before it hits Adventure Bay!
HAROLD: Wait! What am I supposed to do? Walk back to Adventure Bay?
DESCRIPTION: Ryder leaves with Marshall and Liberty.
[Harold groaning]
HAROLD: Wonder if there's any of those Porter Pops left.
DESCRIPTION: On the dirt path, the Mighty Pup team catch up with the giant ice ball as it rolls over a hill.
RYDER: We've gotta melt this thing. Give it some mighty heat, Marshall.
DESCRIPTION: Marshall rubs his paws together and blasts the ice with flames.
MARSHALL: Huh? It's not working!
RYDER: The frozen crystal in the middle of the ice ball must be making it unmeltable. We have to get it out of there!
LIBERTY: But how?
NANO: Ooh, ooh!
MINI: We know!
TOT: We can go in there and get the crystal for you.
MARSHALL: But it's frozen solid. There's no way to get you inside.
RYDER: Not yet, but there will be.
DESCRIPTION: Ryder taps his pup pad and calls Rocky.
[Pup Pad beeping]
RYDER: Rocky, we need you!
ROCKY: On my way!
DESCRIPTION: On a highway, Rocky pulls up to a road worker in his Mighty Pups recycling truck. The Road Worker spots the ice ball rolling toward him between Ryder, Liberty and Marshall and runs away.
[Road Worker yelping]
ROCKY: Ryder, that thing is huge!
RYDER: Yeah, and we have to get the Junior Patrollers inside to stop it. Can you find something to poke a hole in it?
DESCRIPTION: Rocky spots a large pipe on the road.
ROCKY: Sure can! And I can use my mighty magnetic powers to lift it!
DESCRIPTION: Rocky picks up the pipe with giant magnets on the forks of his truck. As the ice ball rolls up to Rocky, Rocky releases the magnets and pushes the end of the pipe into the ice ball.
RYDER: There's your way in, Junior Patrollers. Liberty! Launch them inside!
DESCRIPTION: Liberty speeds ahead of the pipe and skids to a stop.
[Engine revving]
[Tires squealing]
DESCRIPTION: Liberty stretches herself between the road and the scooter. Nano, Mini and Tot back up against her.
LIBERTY: Here goes.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty launches the Junior Patrollers like a slingshot through the pipe and into the ice ball.
[Liberty grunting]
[Junior Patrollers howling]
DESCRIPTION: In the ice ball, Nano, Mini and Tot put their paws on the purple crystal.
NANO: Time to get mighty and multiply!
DESCRIPTION: The crystal multiplies by three and drops into Nano, Mini and Tot’s hats.
[Junior Patrollers howling and barking]
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot multiply.
[Popping]
MARSHALL: Sounds like they got the crystal!
ROCKY: I just hope they get it out in time!
DESCRIPTION: The ice ball rolls into town. In the ice ball, the many Nanos, Minis and Tots break free.
[Crystal whirring]
[Junior Patrollers yelping]
DESCRIPTION: The Nano, Mini and Tot multiples rain down across Town Square.
[Junior Patrollers grunting]
DESCRIPTION: The crystals in the original Nano, Mini and Tot’s hats glow, and the multiples come together as one.
NANO: Yes!
MINI: That was so cool!
DESCRIPTION: Ryder walks over with Rocky and Liberty.
RYDER: Good job, Junior Patrol.
LIBERTY: I knew you feisty, little fluffballs could do it. Woo-hoo!
ROCKY: But what happened to the meteor crystal?
DESCRIPTION: On the sidewalk, Harold walks through town.
[Harold groaning]
DESCRIPTION: A few steps ahead of Harold, the purple crystal sparkles.
[Harold gasping]
HAROLD: I see it!
MAYOR GOODWAY: Ryder! Mighty Pups!
DESCRIPTION: Harold dives toward the crystal. Mayor Goodway steps onto the sidewalk and knocks away the crystal.
[Crystal clinking]
DESCRIPTION: The crystal falls down a sewer cover into the sewer.
HAROLD WAILING: No!
MAYOR GOODWAY: Oh! I suppose we solved that problem, Chickums.
[Chickaletta squawking]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Goodway joins the Mighty Pup team with Chickaletta in her purse. Marshall blasts fiery flames into the air.
