Olga narrates, WELL, IF KAREN WAS EXCITED, I WAS TOO. IT WAS ALWAYS NICE TO MEET A NEW FRIEND.
Karen takes the guinea pig water bottle off the hutch.

Mrs. Sawdust says, HUH?
Mr. Sawdust ducks under the table. Karen and Marie furrow their brows. Mr. Sawdust stands and raises an umbrella in the middle of the table.
[Mr. Sawdust sighing]
Chuckling, Mr. Sawdust says, HEY! FINISHED!
The umbrella closes on Mr. Sawdust.
Mrs. Sawdust says, OH!
[Karen, Marie and Mrs. Sawdust laughing]
[Olga squeaking]
Mr. Sawdust wrestles with the umbrella.
Mrs. Sawdust says, RIGHT. LET'S GET THIS TIDIED UP AND WE CAN ALL HAVE A NICE PICNIC.
[Mr. Sawdust grunting]
Karen and Marie turn to the cardboard packaging on the ground. Marie picks up one of the boxes. Olga runs around the pen.
[Olga squeaking]
Mr. Sawdust pushes at the umbrella. Mrs. Sawdust shakes her head and walks over to Karen and Marie.
[Gentle music plays]
In one of the gardens, a purple butterfly flies off a rhubarb leaf. Fangio strolls between potted plants.
[Fangio singing]
Noel walks alongside the stone half-wall near the guinea pig hutch.
[Noel sighing]
In the pen, Olga asks, DID YOU HEAR THAT, NOEL? I CAN SPEAK FRENCH!
Standing beside the hutch, Noel says, WHAT NONSENSE.
[Noel grumbling]
[Gentle music plays]
The sun shines brightly over the backyard. Noel runs by Graham, who lies in the shade of his hutch. The wind gently blows daisies in the garden. By the shed, Karen, Marie and Mrs. Sawdust sit around the new table. Mr. Sawdust places a bowl on the table and joins them.
Mr. Sawdust says, THERE! AH-HA! A SPRING PICNIC!
Mrs. Sawdust says, OH! I ALMOST FORGOT!
Mrs. Sawdust grabs a miniature picnic table and umbrella.
Mrs. Sawdust says, FOR OLGA AND DAISY.
Mrs. Sawdust places the mini table on the table.
Karen and Marie say, AW!

Karne says, THERE YOU GO, OLGA.
Karen puts the mini picnic table inside the pen beside Olga.
Karen says, YOUR OWN PICNIC TABLE.
[Olga squeaking]
Karen takes a handful of leafy greens from the bowl and puts them on the picnic table. She adds half a carrot.
[Olga squeaking]
Karen says, THAT MEANS YOU CAN JOIN IN, TOO.
Marie asks, DO YOU LIKE IT?
Olga narrates, OUI, OUI, OUI!
Olga nibbles on a blade of grass at the picnic table.
Olga narrates, OUI! YES, OUI, OUI!
Olga nibbles on a piece of parsley.
Marie says, YOUR FRENCH HAS GOT SO GOOD, OLGA.
[Olga squeaking]
Olga stands at the picnic table with her front paws on the bench.
Mr. Sawdust says, SHE'S A VERY TALENTED GUINEA PIG.
Marie smiles and nods.
[Olga squeaking]
Sitting by a boxed garden, Noel says, WELL, I NEVER.
Olga says, I TOLD YOU, NOEL. GUINEA PIGS CAN SPEAK FRENCH.
Noel says, HMM.
Noel walks away. Daisy stands at the picnic table with Olga with her paws on the opposite bench.
[Olga and Daisy squeaking]
[Gentle music plays]
