Isadora says, I KNOW!
Isadora pulls out her fairy star wand. The wand lights up pink.

[J.J. grunting]
The ball slowly floats toward the net. Oscar catches the ball, and his smile falls.
Isadora cheers, WOO! WHAT A SAVE!

Oscar groans, OH, I'LL NEVER BE ANY GOOD AT THIS GAME.
Oscar throws the ball aside.

[Isadora giggling]
Isadora flies away with Oscar. Later on the soccer field, J.J. bounces the ball off his knee and between his feet.
[Light, upbeat music plays]

[Armour clanking]
From close by, Isadora says, YOU'RE WELCOME.
Oscar hovers beside Isadora in the suit of armour.

Oscar nods, and the helmet visor closes.
[Metal clanking]
Oscar yelps, AH!
Oscar raises the helmet.
[Oscar grunting]
[Oscar giggling]
Oscar says, UH, RIGHT.
Oscar flies across the field and takes his place in front of the soccer net as goalie.

J.J. runs and kicks the ball toward the net. Oscar frantically waves the arms and legs of the suit of armour. He kicks the ball high into the air.
[Metal clanking]
J.J. frowns and watches the ball soar high into the sky. With a look of surprise, he watches it fall back toward him and smiles. The ball falls toward a chimney with two vents, and J.J.’s smile drops.
[J.J. gasping]
The ball bounces off one of the vents.
[J.J. sighing with relief]
The ball bounces between the two vents, and J.J. bites his lip. The ball falls down a vent.
J.J. wails, NO!
J.J. drops to his knees and says, MY PRECIOUS FOOTBALL!
Oscar says, OH, IT'S ALL MY FAULT! I'M SO SORRY!
[Oscar crying]
[Metal clanking]
Isadora cringes. She flies over to the suit of armour in a pile by the net.
Isadora says, OSCAR?
J.J. wails, MY BALL.
Isadora flies over to J.J. and says, HE MUST'VE GONE INSIDE. COME ON!
J.J. follows Isadora. In the classroom, Isadora peeks through the door.
[Faint crying]
Isadora says, OSCAR, ARE YOU IN HERE?
J.J. follows Isadora into the room.
J.J. stops and says, LISTEN.
[Oscar crying]
J.J. and Isadora look around the room.
Isadora says, OH! IT'S COMING FROM IN HERE!
Isadora kneels beside her backpack and takes out her black and white striped pencil case.
[Oscar crying heavily]
Isadora says, ACTUALLY, IT'S COMING FROM IN HERE.
Isadora stands and takes a pen out of her pencil case. The pen lid glows.
Isadora says, WOW, OSCAR! I DIDN'T KNOW YOU COULD MAKE YOURSELF SO TINY!
J.J. says, THAT'S AMAZING! WILL YOU COME OUT NOW?
From inside the lid, Oscar says, NO! I'M STAYING IN HERE TILL ISADORA TAKES ME HOME, AND THEN I'LL STAY IN THE ATTIC FOREVER SO I CAN'T RUIN ANYONE ELSE'S LIFE EVER AGAIN!
Isadora says, YOU HAVEN'T RUINED ANYONE'S LIFE. J.J.'S GOT OTHER FOOTBALLS. RIGHT?
J.J. says, NOT SIGNED BY DONNA MARALDIÑO, I HAVEN'T.
J.J. scratches the back of his head. Isadora waves her hand and shakes her head.
J.J. says, UH, I MEAN, PLEASE DON'T HIDE FOREVER. WE REALLY MISS YOU! HAVING A GHOST FOR A FRIEND IS AWESOME!
From inside the lid, Oscar says, YOU, YOU MEAN THAT?
J.J. and Isadora smile.
Isadora says, OF COURSE! OKAY. SO, YOU CAN'T KICK A BALL, BUT YOU CAN FLY THROUGH WALLS!
J.J. adds, AND FIT INSIDE PEN LIDS! THAT'S SO COOL!
From inside the lid, Oscar says, IS IT?
J.J. nods.
Isadora says, YEAH! COME OUT, OSCAR!
From inside the lid, Oscar says, OKAY, BUT STAND BACK. WHEN I GO FROM SMALL TO BIG, THINGS MIGHT SWOOSH ABOUT A BIT.
The lid pops off the pen, and Oscar bursts out.
[Popping]
Oscar yelps, WHOA!
Oscar spins around the classroom. He knocks a stack of books off Miss Cherry’s desk.
Isadora says, WHOA!
[Isadora and J.J. giggling]
Oscar steadies himself.
J.J. cheers, WAY TO GO, OSCAR!
Oscar says, OH, TOO KIND. TOO KIND.
[Oscar briefly giggling]
Oscar says, BUT YOUR BALL'S STILL MISSING.
Isadora says, MAYBE YOU CAN USE YOUR AMAZING GHOST SKILLS TO WHOOSH J.J.'S BALL OUT OF THE CHIMNEY!
Isadora puts Miss Cherry’s books back on the desk.
Oscar says, OH, WONDERFUL IDEA! FANTASTIC PLAN! STUPENDOUS SCHEME!
Oscar frowns and says, I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE PLAN IS.
[Isadora giggling]
Oscar and Isadora fly to the soccer field. J.J. follows close behind. Isadora lands beside J.J.
Isadora says, IN YOU GO!
Oscar nervously asks, DO YOU REALLY THINK I CAN DO IT?
J.J. says, OF COURSE. YOU'RE BRILLIANT!
Oscar smiles and flies through the chimney wall. Isadora and J.J. cup their ears beside the wall.
From inside, Oscar says, OH, WHERE CAN IT BE? WHERE CAN IT BE? I JUST – OH! OH, I FOUND IT!
Isadora and J.J.’s smiles grow.
From inside, Oscar says, NO, NO. THAT'S A PUMPKIN.
Isadora and J.J.’s smiles fall.
From inside, Oscar says, OOH. OH. GROSS! HOW LONG HAS THIS THING BEEN IN HERE?
Isadora and J.J. cringe.
From inside, Oscar says, I – OH, I FOUND IT!

Isadora cheers, YES!
J.J. cheers, OH, YEAH!
From inside, Oscar asks, READY OUT THERE?

Oscar joins Isadora.
Oscar says, I DID IT! OH, THANK YOU, ISADORA! THANK YOU!
Oscar and Isadora fly over to J.J., who stands by the pile of armour in the soccer net with his ball.
J.J. says, OSCAR, YOU’RE A LEGEND!
J.J. raises his fist and says, QUICK. PUT THE ARMOUR BACK ON SO WE CAN PLAY!
Oscar says, OH, NO. I'D LOVE TO PLAY FOOTBALL WITH YOU, BUT I CAN'T. I'M TERRIBLE AT CONTROLLING THE BALL.
J.J. says, YOU JUST NEED TO PRACTISE! I MEAN, WHEN I FIRST TRIED PLAYING FOOTBALL WITH MY PROSTHETIC LEG, I WASN'T MUCH GOOD AT CONTROLLING THE BALL, EITHER. I COULD'VE JUST GIVEN UP, BUT I LOVE FOOTBALL WAY TOO MUCH TO DO THAT!
Isadora asks, SO, WHAT DID YOU DO?
J.J. says, KEPT TRYING. I LET MY FRIENDS HELP ME, AND NOW I'M PRETTY GOOD AT BALL CONTROL.
J.J. bounces the ball between his feet.
[Isadora giggling]
Oscar says, OH, VERY GOOD!
Isadora says, YES!
Oscar looks at the suit of armour and says, HUH. I KNOW I'M GOOD AT FLOATING THROUGH WALLS AND WHOOSHING THINGS AROUND, BUT I GUESS WITH THE ARMOUR, I COULD DO OTHER FUN STUFF, TOO!
Isadora says, YES! YOU JUST HAVE TO GIVE IT A CHANCE. WE'LL BOTH HELP YOU. RIGHT?
J.J. says, DEFINITELY. WHAT DO YOU SAY, OSCAR?
Oscar says, I SAY, BRING IT ON!

J.J. says, I'LL GET IT!
J.J. runs after the ball. Isadora flies over to Oscar.
Oscar says, OH. THIS WONDERFUL NEW FRIENDSHIP IS DOOMED!
Isadora asks, WHAT DO YOU MEAN?
Oscar says, WHEN THINGS MOVE THAT FAST, THEY GO STRAIGHT THROUGH ME, SO I CAN NEVER PLAY THIS BEAUTIFUL GAME THAT J.J. LOVES SO MUCH!
Isadora says, THERE HAS TO BE A WAY.
[Isadora gasping]
Isadora says, I KNOW!
Isadora pulls out her fairy star wand. The wand lights up pink.
Isadora says, FLOAT LIKE A BALLOON!
Isadora waves her wand toward J.J.’s soccer ball. A pink light glows around the ball, and it floats out of J.J.’s hands.
J.J. says, HUH?
The ball starts to float away.
[J.J. gasping]
J.J. jumps and grabs the ball.
J.J. says, HEY!
Isadora says, IT'S TO HELP OSCAR!
Isadora puts away her wand and says, GO ON, J.J. SHOOT!
J.J. says, UM, OKAY.
J.J. puts down his soccer ball and swings his foot.
[J.J. grunting]
The ball floats into the air, and J.J. falls.
[J.J. yelping]
Oscar and Isadora share a look. Isadora smiles. J.J. scowls and puts the ball back on the ground.
[J.J. grunting]
J.J. tries to kick the ball. It floats into the air, he spins, and falls.
[J.J. grunting]
Oscar looks determined. J.J. tires again. He takes a few steps back, runs, and kicks the ball.
[J.J. grunting]
The ball slowly floats toward the net. Oscar catches the ball, and his smile falls.
Isadora cheers, WOO! WHAT A SAVE!
Oscar says, THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS, IS IT?
J.J. says, NOPE.
Oscar groans, OH, I'LL NEVER BE ANY GOOD AT THIS GAME.
Oscar throws the ball aside.
Isadora says, HMM. YES, YOU WILL! COME INSIDE WITH ME, SIR OSCAR!
[Isadora giggling]
Isadora flies away with Oscar. Later on the soccer field, J.J. bounces the ball off his knee and between his feet.
[Light, upbeat music plays]
The suit of armour wobbles toward J.J. J.J. stops bouncing the soccer ball and raises his eyebrows.
[Armour clanking]
From close by, Isadora says, YOU'RE WELCOME.
Oscar hovers beside Isadora in the suit of armour.
Isadora says, THERE'S NO WAY THE BALL CAN GO THROUGH OSCAR NOW!
Isadora looks toward Oscar and asks, ARE YOU READY TO BE A WORLD-CLASS GHOSTY GOALIE?
Oscar nods, and the helmet visor closes.
[Metal clanking]
Oscar yelps, AH!
Oscar raises the helmet.
[Oscar grunting]
[Oscar giggling]
Oscar says, UH, RIGHT.
Oscar flies across the field and takes his place in front of the soccer net as goalie.
Oscar says, BRING THE THING THAT YOU'RE BRINGING! THE THING – WHAT WAS IT I WAS SUPPOSED TO SAY?
Isadora flies over to Oscar and whispers in his ear.
Isadora says, "BRING IT ON."
[Isadora giggling]
Isadora flies away.
Oscar says, YES, YES, YES. BRING IT ON!
J.J. takes a few steps back from his soccer ball. Isadora lands beside the ball.
Isadora asks, READY?
J.J. runs and kicks the ball toward the net.
Isadora and J.J. high-five.
Isadora cheers, YES!
J.J. cheers, OH, YEAH!
From inside, Oscar asks, READY OUT THERE?
Isadora, J.J. and Oscar say, THREE, TWO, ONE. WHOOSH!
The soccer ball soars out of the chimney vent.
Isadora, J.J. and Oscar cheer, WOO-HOO!
Oscar spins out of the vent.
[Oscar yelping]
The soccer ball falls to the ground.
Isadora cheers, YAY!
J.J. runs after the ball.
Isadora says, OSCAR, THAT WAS FANTASTIC!
Later on the soccer field, J.J. and Isadora stand behind the ball.
Isadora shouts, READY, OSCAR?
Oscar wears the suit of armour and stands in front of the net.
[Metal clanking]
Oscar says, THIS GHOSTY GOALIE IS GOOD TO GO!
J.J. says, ALL RIGHT!
J.J. runs and kicks the ball toward the net.
[J.J. grunting]
Oscar jumps with the armour and blocks the ball with the chest plate.
[Metal clanking]
The ball bounces off the chest plate and rolls back to J.J.
Isadora cheers, YES! WHAT A SAVE!
J.J. says, OSCAR, YOU WERE GREAT!
Oscar says, I DID IT. I DID IT! THIS GAME IS WONDERFUL! THANK YOU BOTH FOR PERSUADING ME TO TRY AGAIN!
Oscar flies over to J.J. and Isadora and cheers, OOH! I LOVE PLAYING FOOTBALL!
[Isadora gasping]
Isadora says, WE JUST INVENTED A WHOLE NEW SPORT! GHOST GOAL!
J.J. cheers, WOO-HOO!
Oscar cheers, YAY!
Oscar and J.J. cheer, GHOST GOAL!
J.J. says, I LOVE IT! WE NEED A GHOST GOAL CHANT. HOW ABOUT…
Oscar says, OH, OH! I KNOW. I KNOW!
Oscar sings, GHOST GOAL, GHOST GOAL! HEY NONI-NONI-NO, WOO!
J.J. says, I'M NOT SURE ABOUT THE LAST BIT. LET'S WORK ON IT TOGETHER!
Isadora says, YOU GUYS FIGURE OUT THE CHANT. I'M GOING TO SCORE A GOAL!
Isadora flies over to J.J. and grabs the ball.
J.J. says, OH, NO, YOU'RE NOT!
J.J. runs after Isadora. Oscar follows. Isadora kicks the ball into the net.
Isadora cheers, YES!
J.J. says, NO WAY!
Isadora cheers, GHOST GOAL!
[Everyone giggling and laughing]
Oscar high-fives J.J. and Isadora.
