At night, the stars and full moon shine above the Moon family’s mansion. Isadora Moon, a young half-vampire, half-fairy girl with long black hair, pointy ears, pink bat wings and vampire fangs, wears a light purple cardigan over a light pink dress with black stars.
[Upbeat music plays]
A singer sings, ISADORA MOON THE ONE AND ONLY, HERE I GO. I'M TOTALLY UNIQUE AND EXTRA-STARRY.
Isadora spins and waves her star wand.
The singer sings, WAVING MY WAND, FLYING FEARLESSLY, YEAH IT'S YOUR GIRL, ISADORA.
Isadora’s fairy mom, Cordelia, and vampire dad, Bartholomew, join Isadora. Cordelia has long, wavy pink hair, pointy ears and green wings. She wears a flower crown and a green cardigan over a pink dress. Bartholomew has short black hair and wears a black and purple cape with a striped, grey suit vest.
The singer sings, A LITTLE BIT OF BOTH. HALF A VAMPIRE, HALF A FAIRY.
Isadora flies over her neighbourhood with Pink Rabbit, a pink rabbit stuffed toy come to life.
The singer sings, READY FOR A NEW EXCITING JOURNEY!
Isadora dives into the ocean. Text reads, “Written by Stephanie Wahlstrom. Theme Song by Helen Park.”
The singer sings, SPARKLY AND EXTRAORDINARY.
Isadora swims underwater as a mermaid and transforms into a black cat. Text reads, “Series Director William Gordon. Showrunner Deborah Thorpe.”

[Light, cheerful music plays]
The episode title reads, “Unsleepover.” At the Moon family mansion, the sun begins to set. Inside, Cordelia and Bartholomew stand at the kitchen island with Honey Blossom in her highchair. Cordelia adds a daisy to a salad on the counter beside a bowl of green apples and a plate of sliced tomatoes.
[Cordelia humming]
Isadora runs in from the greenhouse with Pink Rabbit.
Isadora asks, DAD, WHAT TIME WILL AMMA BE HERE?
Bartholomew says, ANY MINUTE! AUNT OMI AND UNCLE FERDINAND ARE TAKING OMARI TO A V-POP CONCERT, AND THEY ARE DROPPING HER OFF ON THE WAY.
Cordelia asks, NOW, HAVE YOU GOT EVERYTHING READY FOR THE SLEEPOVER?
Isadora says, YOU MEAN UNSLEEPOVER! TONIGHT, WE'RE GONNA STAY UP ALL NIGHT AND DO VAMPIREY THINGS.
On the floor, Pink Rabbit looks bored.
Isadora says, WE'RE GOING TO SHAPESHIFT AND TELL SCARY VAMPIRE STORIES AND NIGHT FLY!
Isadora flies over to Honey Blossom.
[Honey Blossom giggling]
Isadora flies around the kitchen.
Isadora cheers, WHEE!
Isadora pauses and says, OH, BUT FIRST, BREAKFAST FOR DINNER!
Isadora drops onto a stool.
Bartholomew says, OH, THAT SOUNDS LIKE A FULL VAMPIRE NIGHT!
Isadora says, YEP. I EVEN HAD A NAP TODAY. THERE WILL BE NO SLEEPING AT THIS UNSLEEPOVER.
Pink Rabbit raises an eyebrow.
[Cordelia chuckling]
Cordelia says, THAT DOES SOUND LIKE FUN, BUT REMEMBER, AMMA MAY HAVE SOMETHING SHE'D LIKE TO DO AS WELL.
[Doorbell ringing]
Bartholomew says, HERE THEY ARE.
[Spooky music plays]
[Isadora gasping]
Isadora runs out of the kitchen.
[Isadora giggling]
The front doors open, and a girl with her long, curly black hair tied up with a flower crown smiles. The black-haired girl has fangs, wears pink fairy wings, carries a green and yellow star wand, and wears a light purple dress with black stars over a white long-sleeved shirt.
[Black-haired girl giggling]
The black-haired girl runs up to Isadora, twirls, and frowns. Isadora frowns.
Isadora and the black-haired girl say, OH.
Cordelia walks in and says, OH, AMMA, YOUR FAIRY WINGS ARE MAGNIFICENT!
Amma cheers, YAY!
Amma jumps and waves her wand.
Amma says, WHOOSH!
Isadora says, HUH?
Aunt Omi, a woman with long, curly black hair and fangs, walks into the house wearing a long purple gown.
Aunt Omi says, THANK YOU FOR WATCHING AMMA TONIGHT.
Cordelia says, OF COURSE! ENJOY THE V-POP.
Aunt Omi smiles and leaves.
Cordelia says, BYE!
Cordelia waves her star wand. Pink sparkles float out and close the doors.
Amma says, I STAYED UP ALL DAY, SO I'D BE TIRED FOR MY FAIRY SLEEPOVER. WE CAN MAKE FLOWER CROWNS, DO FAIRY MAGIC, EAT DINNER AT NIGHT, AND, OF COURSE, SLEEP!
Amma flies around Isadora and Cordelia. Isadora frowns. Cordelia smiles.
Isadora walks over and says, I'VE PLANNED AN AMAZING VAMPIRE UNSLEEPOVER, SO MAYBE WE CAN DO SOME OF THAT FAIRY STUFF LATER. FIRST, LET'S DO SOME SHAPESHIFTING BEFORE DINNER. I MEAN, BREAKFAST! COME ON. WE'RE GONNA HAVE LOADS OF FUN!
Isadora grabs Pink Rabbit and flies up the staircase with Amma.
[Giggling]
Upstairs, Isadora runs into her bedroom with Pink Rabbit.
Isadora says, I'VE BEEN PRACTISING SHAPESHIFTING LATELY.
Amma follows Pink Rabbit into the room, and Pink Rabbit runs into Isadora.
Isadora says, OH! SORRY, PINK RABBIT!
Pink Rabbit stumbles onto the floor. A purple cloud wraps around Isadora, and she shapeshifts into a cat with a pink and black striped tail. As a cat, Isadora leaps onto her bed.
As a cat, Isadora says, TA-DA! OKAY, YOUR TURN, AMMA.
Amma frowns.
Amma smiles and says, I KNOW! WHAT IF I'M A FAIRY AND YOU'RE MY PET KITTEN?
Isadora says, OOH, I KNOW! YOU SHAPESHIFT INTO A MOUSE, AND I CAN CHASE YOU!
Amma says, BUT I'VE ALREADY CHANGED INTO BEING A FAIRY.
Amma flies over to the bench under the large circular window.
Amma says, TRY AND CATCH ME.
Amma grabs a flower crown off the bench and jumps off.
Amma cheers, YAY!
Amma leaps across the room.
Amma says, WHOOSH!
[Amma giggling]
Amma tosses the flower crown onto Isadora, who, as a cat, frowns.
[Isadora sighs]
Amma sings, I'M A FLOATY, FLUTTERY FAIRY.
Cordelia pops in and says, ISADORA, I SEE YOU'VE CHANGED FOR DINNER.
Isadora groans, OH!
Isadora tosses the flower crown off her head.
Isadora wines, MUM!
Cordelia says, OH, SORRY. BREAKFAST.
[Cordelia chuckling]
Cordelia says, WELL, WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL IT, IT'S READY!
Cordelia leaves.
Amma says, DINNER FOR BREAKFAST? WAIT UNTIL MY FRIENDS HEAR ABOUT THIS.
Amma twirls out of the room. As a cat, Isadora leaps onto the floor beside Pink Rabbit.
[Isadora groaning]
Isadora shapeshifts back into her vampire-fairy self and follows Amma out the door. Pink Rabbit yawns. In the kitchen, Bartholomew places a plate of strawberries on the table with the plate of sliced tomatoes and now-sliced apples.
Bartholomew says, HERE YOU ARE, GIRLS, A VAMPIRE BREAKFAST FEAST! TOMATOES A LA FLAMBE, BAT APPLES AND STRAWBERRY SURPRISE.
Amma looks disappointed. Isadora smiles.
Isadora says, OOH!
Cordelia puts her flower salad on the table.
Amma smiles and says, FAIRIES EAT FLOWERS?
Cordelia says, OF COURSE, BUT NOT EVERY FLOWER. THESE ARE ONES I'VE GROWN SPECIALLY FOR EATING. AND WE NEED TO SAVE SOME FOR THE BEES.
Amma asks, IS IT AS DELICIOUS AS IT LOOKS?
Cordelia says, EVEN MORE DELICIOUS THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE.
Amma asks, CAN I HAVE A FLOWER SALAD FOR DINNER?
[Amma giggling]
Amma says, I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M EATING DINNER AT NIGHT! VAMPIRES NEVER DO THAT.
Isadora looks annoyed.
Isadora says, I WANTED TONIGHT TO BE ALL ABOUT VAMPIRES. WE CAN'T EAT FAIRY FOOD.
Cordelia frowns and says, MMM.
Isadora says, OKAY, FINE.
Cordelia smiles.
Isadora adds, BUT AFTER WE'VE HAD FLOWERS FOR BREAKFAST...
[Amma giggling]
Amma says, YOU MEAN DINNER?
[Isadora groaning]
Isadora says, FINE. DINNER! THEN, LET'S DO SOMETHING VAMPIREY, OKAY?
Amma says, OKAY!
[Isadora sighs]
Isadora eats an apple slice. Amma smells a daisy from the flower salad.
[Crunching and sniffing]
Later, in the entryway, Bartholomew walks toward Isadora and Amma.
Isadora asks, SO, WHAT VAMPIREY THING SHOULD WE DO NEXT?
Bartholomew says, YOU KNOW, I USED TO PLAY FLIGHT AND SEEK WITH YOUR UNCLE FERDINAND ALL THE TIME.
[Bartholomew gasping]
Bartholomew says, OH, IT WAS OUR FAVOURITE VAMPIRE GAME.
Bartholomew continues to the kitchen.
Isadora says, THAT SOUNDS LIKE FUN. AMMA, YOU FLY AND HIDE FIRST, AND I'LL LOOK FOR YOU. READY, STEADY, GO!
Amma flies up the staircase. Isadora quickly follows.
[Isadora giggling]
Upstairs, Isadora flies into her bedroom and looks around. She spots Pink Rabbit lying on the floor.
[Isadora gasping]
Isadora drops to the floor near Pink Rabbit.
[Isadora gasping]
Pink Rabbit wakes up and stands.
[Isadora sighs]
Isadora says, COME ON!
Pink Rabbit follows Isadora to the kitchen. Isadora pauses and watches her parents dance.
Bartholomew says, AH, AH, OH! AH, AH! OH!
Bartholomew dips Cordelia, and Cordelia smiles. Isadora flies up the lounge at the top of the stairs. She looks inside the horn of a gramophone and behind the lounge chair. Pink Rabbit reaches the top of the stairs, and Isadora flies back down. Pink Rabbit yawns. Downstairs, Isadora and Pink Rabbit peek inside the greenhouse. A butterfly flutters close by.
From inside the greenhouse, Amma asks, ISADORA, HAVE YOU EVER FLOWN WITH BUTTERFLIES?
Amma hovers among butterflies.
Amma says, THEY'RE SO BOUNCY, LIKE LITTLE, TINY, FLUTTERY FAIRIES.
Isadora says, AMMA! I THOUGHT WE WERE PLAYING FLIGHT AND SEEK. VAMPIRES DON'T FLY LIKE BUTTERFLIES.
Amma says, WELL, THEY SHOULD. IT'S THE MOST FUN EVER!
Amma drops to her feet beside Isadora.
[Isadora sighs]
Isadora asks, WHAT IF WE PRACTISE OUR VAMPIRE SPEED STOPS?
Amma frowns. Isadora leaps into the air and flies around the room. Pink Rabbit jumps onto a cushioned chair.
Isadora cheers, WHEE! YAY! WHOO-HOO!
[Isadora giggling]
Isadora cheers, YAY!
Isadora slips feet-first into a tree.
Isadora says, OOPS!
[Rustling]
Isadora pops out of the tree with leaves in her hair.
[Isadora giggling]
Amma asks, WHAT IF WE GOT INTO OUR P.J.’S AND READ SOME FAIRY BEDTIME STORIES?
Isadora drops out of the tree and walks over to Amma.
[Pink Rabbit softly snoring]
Isadora angrily says, THERE IS NO BEDTIME AT A VAMPIRE UNSLEEPOVER.
Pink Rabbit jolts awake.
Amma says, OKAY, FINE.
An orange butterfly lands on Amma’s flower crown.
[Amma giggling]
Isadora says, TIME FOR A PROPER VAMPIRE NIGHT FLY.
Isadora leaves. In the kitchen, Cordelia sips a cup of tea. Isadora runs in with Amma. Pink Rabbit closely follows.
Isadora asks, MUM, CAN WE DO A VAMPIRE NIGHT FLY AROUND THE GARDEN?
Cordelia says, OF COURSE, DARLING. I'VE ALSO SET UP THE TENT, IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP IN THERE UNTIL DAD GETS BACK FROM HIS NIGHT FLY.
Isadora says, THERE'S NO SLEEPING AT A VAMPIRE UNSLEEPOVER.
Cordelia says, RIGHT. OF COURSE. IT'S JUST THERE IN CASE SOMEONE NEEDS A SNOOZE.
Cordelia winks. Pink Rabbit smiles and follows Isadora and Amma into the backyard.
Amma says, WOW. YOU HAVE SO MANY WILDFLOWERS IN YOUR FAIRY GARDEN!
Amma looks at the colourful flowers growing in a small flower garden.
Isadora says, OKAY, LET'S FLY TO THE TURRET AND BACK, AND WHOEVER'S THE FASTEST WINS!
Isadora points toward a turret with a bat on top.
Isadora says, PINK RABBIT CAN TIME US.
Amma smells flowers in the flower garden.
[Sniffing]
Isadora asks, AMMA, ARE YOU READY?
Amma looks annoyed.
Amma says, ALL RIGHT.
Isadora says, READY, STEADY, GO!
Isadora leaps into the air. Amma turns toward a flower in the garden and smiles.
In the air, Isadora says, AMMA! ISN'T THIS AMAZING?
Isadora looks over her shoulder and frowns.
Isadora says, HUH?
Isadora flies into the bat on top of the turret.
Isadora yelps, WHOA!
Isadora spins around and hangs upside down on the bat.
Isadora groans, OH!
Oscar flies out of the turret.
Oscar asks, ISADORA, WHAT ARE WE DOING?
Oscar flies up to Isadora and frowns.
Oscar says, OH! ARE YOU OKAY?
Isadora says, YES. BUT NO. THIS WOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED IF AMMA HAD DONE ALL THE VAMPIRE STUFF I WANTED TO DO. BUT ALL AMMA WANTS TO DO IS FAIRY STUFF!
Oscar looks down toward Amma. Amma smells a blue tulip in the flower garden.
Isadora says, EVEN PINK RABBIT WON'T BE VAMPIRE FOR A NIGHT WITH ME.
Oscar looks toward Pink Rabbit sleeping at the entrance of a pink tent.
[Pink Rabbit snoring]
Oscar says, HMM... MAYBE YOU CAN MAKE IT A VAMPIRE FAIRY SLEEPOVER?
Isadora says, NO! IT'S NOT A PROPER UNSLEEPOVER IF IT'S VAMPIRE FAIRY. I HARDLY EVER GET TO STAY UP ALL NIGHT AND BE FULL VAMPIRE.
[Isadora groaning]
Isadora flips upright and flies down from the turret. Oscar follows. In the flower garden, Amma smells the blue tulip.
[Sniffing]
Isadora lands beside Amma. Oscar hovers beside Isadora.
Isadora says, AMMA.
Amma asks, ISADORA, CAN YOU MAKE FLOWERS DANCE? I'D LOVE TO HAVE A FAIRY FLOWER DANCE PARTY IN THE GARDEN!
[Isadora sighs]
Isadora says, NO!
Amma asks, HOW ABOUT YOU DO SOME MAGIC, SO THE TULIP IS BIG ENOUGH FOR ME TO GET INTO? THEN, I CAN BE A TEENY-TINY WEENY FAIRY.
[Isadora groaning]
Isadora says, FINE.
Isadora clenches her fists.
Amma cheers, YES!
Isadora waves her fairy star wand and zaps the blue tulip with a stream of pink light. Pink Rabbit wakes up and raises his eyebrows.
[Intense music plays]
The blue tulip starts to grow. Pink light sparkles across the flower. Oscar and Isadora look worried. Amma looks excited.
Oscar says, UH...
The tulip rises above the trees.
Amma cheers, WHEE! WHOA!
Amma flies around the tulip. She opens the petals and slips inside the flower.
[Amma giggling]
From inside the tulip, Amma says, IT SMELLS LOVELY IN HERE!
The tulip head swings around. Isadora takes a step back with Oscar.
From inside the tulip, Amma cheers, WHEE! WHOO!
Amma peeks out of the tulip and cheers, WHOO-HOO!
The tulip leaves sway and dislodge dirt from the garden.
Isadora yelps, WHOA!
Dirt hits the pink tent.
[Splattering]
The tulip leaves throw dirt around the yard.
Amma cheers, WHOO! WHOO!
Dirt hits a pink turret.
[Splattering]
Oscar asks, UM, IS THE FLOWER SUPPOSED TO BE THROWING DIRT LIKE CONFETTI?
Dirt flies over Oscar and Isadora.
Oscar and Isadora duck and yelp, WHOA!
Oscar flies away and wails, OOH!
Isadora dives behind a tree with Oscar. Dirt splatters against the tree.
Amma cheers, WHOO-HOO!
Isadora says, NO, IT'S DEFINITELY NOT SUPPOSED TO BE MAKING A HUGE MESS.
Amma swings around in the tulip.
Amma cheers, YAY! WHEE! WHOO!
Oscar says, THAT'S SOME ANGRY MAGIC RIGHT THERE.
Amma cheers, WHOO! THIS IS FUN!
The tulip swings Amma in circles.
Amma says, I'M A TINY FAIRY IN A GIANT FLOWER!
[Isadora gasping]
Isadora says, THIS IS MY FAULT. THE FLOWER IS ANGRY BECAUSE I DID ANGRY MAGIC. I HAVE TO MAKE THIS RIGHT.
Isadora flies away from the tree.
Oscar says, OOOH!
More dirt hits the tree. Oscar follows Isadora. Amma remains inside the tulip.
[Amma giggling]
Amma cheers, WHEE!
Isadora waves her wand, and a sparkly pink stream of light swirls around the flower.
Amma cheers, YAY! WHOOSH!
Isadora frowns and says, IT'S MOVING AROUND TOO MUCH.
[Oscar gasping]
Oscar says, MAYBE AMMA CAN HELP!
Isadora says, OF COURSE!
Isadora shouts, AMMA, CAN YOU HELP ME WITH MY FAIRY MAGIC?
Amma peeks out of the tulip and says, YES!
Isadora says, I NEED YOU TO DISTRACT THE FLOWER, SO IT STAYS STILL.
Amma says, FAIRY MAGIC TO THE RESCUE!
Isadora asks, READY?
Amma says, YES!
Amma flies out of the tulip. She hovers in front of the flower, and it stays still. Amma flies over to Isadora, and the tulip follows.
Isadora says, NOW!
Amma flies away from the tulip, and Isadora waves her wand. A stream of sparkly pink light wraps around the tulip, and it shrinks to its original size.
[Chimes]
Oscar cheers, WOO-HOO!
Amma and Isadora cheer, YES!
[Oscar and Isadora giggling]
Amma asks, DID YOU SEE HOW ENORMOUS THE FLOWER WAS?
Amma lands beside Isadora.
Amma says, AND I WAS BOUNCING AROUND INSIDE! I CAN'T BELIEVE I GOT TO RIDE IN A FLOWER. OH, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
Amma hugs Isadora.
Isadora says, YOU'RE WELCOME. I GUESS FAIRY STUFF IS KIND OF FUN.
Amma says, YEAH. WHOOSH! A FLICK OF YOUR WAND AND IT'S BACK TO NORMAL, LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED.
Isadora looks around at piles of dirt scattered around the yard and against the house.
Isadora says, MMM. NOT QUITE LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED.
Oscar says, UH... OH, WELL.
Oscar shrugs and flies away.
[Oscar giggling]
Isadora says, AMMA, I'M SORRY. I WAS UPSET YOU WOULDN'T DO ANY OF THE VAMPIRE THINGS I WANTED TO DO. I SHOULDN'T FORCE EVERYONE TO DO WHAT I WANT TO DO.
Amma says, BUT IT'S SO COOL THAT YOU GET TO DO VAMPIRE STUFF AND FAIRY STUFF! I NEVER GET TO DO FAIRY STUFF.
Isadora says, YEAH. YOU'RE RIGHT. I GUESS I AM PRETTY LUCKY.
Isadora hugs Amma. Amma smiles.
Amma asks, WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO ABOUT THE MESS?
Isadora looks around and says, HMM. AMMA, DO YOU WANT TO DO SOME MORE FAIRY MAGIC WITH ME?
Amma says, OF COURSE I DO!
Isadora and Amma hold up their wands.
[Isadora and Amma giggling]
[Gentle, cheerful music plays]
Elsewhere in the backyard, Amma waves and points her wand at piles of dirt. Isadora waves her wand. Streams of sparkly pink light wrap around the dirt. The dirt flies across the yard toward the flower garden. Pink Rabbit watches from inside the tent.
Amma says, OOH-WHOO!
[Isadora giggling]
The piles of dirt land in the flower garden. Pink Rabbit waves his paw at piles of dirt outside the tent, and Amma waves her wand.
Amma says, WHOOSH!
Isadora waves her wand and moves the piles of dirt to the flower garden.
Cordelia says, THAT'S SOME PRETTY AMAZING FAIRY MAGIC, AMMA!
[Amma and Isadora giggling]
Amma says, ANOTHER ONE!
Amma and Isadora wave their wands. Dirt on the pink turret moves to the flower garden.
From close by, Bartholomew says, OH! ARE YOU GIRLS STILL UP?
Bartholomew flies into the backyard and lands beside Amma and Isadora.
[Isadora yawning]
Isadora says, I COULD USE A LITTLE NAP IN THE FAIRY TENT.
Amma says, YES! FAIRY NAP TIME!
[Amma giggling]
Isadora cheers, WHOO!
Isadora follows Amma into the tent. Pink Rabbit lies asleep at the entrance.
[Giggling]
Bartholomew flies over and says, GOODNIGHT, GIRLS, AND SLEEP TIGHT.
Bartholomew smiles and flies through a window in the black bat turret.
[Upbeat music plays]

The episode title reads, “Unsleepover.” At the Moon family mansion, the sun begins to set. Inside, Cordelia and Bartholomew stand at the kitchen island with Honey Blossom in her highchair. Cordelia adds a daisy to a salad on the counter beside a bowl of green apples and a plate of sliced tomatoes.
[Cordelia humming]
Isadora runs in from the greenhouse with Pink Rabbit.
Isadora asks, DAD, WHAT TIME WILL AMMA BE HERE?
Bartholomew says, ANY MINUTE! AUNT OMI AND UNCLE FERDINAND ARE TAKING OMARI TO A V-POP CONCERT, AND THEY ARE DROPPING HER OFF ON THE WAY.
Cordelia asks, NOW, HAVE YOU GOT EVERYTHING READY FOR THE SLEEPOVER?
Isadora says, YOU MEAN UNSLEEPOVER! TONIGHT, WE'RE GONNA STAY UP ALL NIGHT AND DO VAMPIREY THINGS.
On the floor, Pink Rabbit looks bored.
Isadora says, WE'RE GOING TO SHAPESHIFT AND TELL SCARY VAMPIRE STORIES AND NIGHT FLY!
Isadora flies over to Honey Blossom.
[Honey Blossom giggling]
Isadora flies around the kitchen.
Isadora cheers, WHEE!
Isadora pauses and says, OH, BUT FIRST, BREAKFAST FOR DINNER!
Isadora drops onto a stool.
Bartholomew says, OH, THAT SOUNDS LIKE A FULL VAMPIRE NIGHT!
Isadora says, YEP. I EVEN HAD A NAP TODAY. THERE WILL BE NO SLEEPING AT THIS UNSLEEPOVER.
Pink Rabbit raises an eyebrow.
[Cordelia chuckling]
Cordelia says, THAT DOES SOUND LIKE FUN, BUT REMEMBER, AMMA MAY HAVE SOMETHING SHE'D LIKE TO DO AS WELL.
[Doorbell ringing]
Bartholomew says, HERE THEY ARE.
[Spooky music plays]
[Isadora gasping]
Isadora runs out of the kitchen.
[Isadora giggling]
The front doors open, and a girl with her long, curly black hair tied up with a flower crown smiles. The black-haired girl has fangs, wears pink fairy wings, carries a green and yellow star wand, and wears a light purple dress with black stars over a white long-sleeved shirt.
[Black-haired girl giggling]
The black-haired girl runs up to Isadora, twirls, and frowns. Isadora frowns.
Isadora and the black-haired girl say, OH.
Cordelia walks in and says, OH, AMMA, YOUR FAIRY WINGS ARE MAGNIFICENT!
Amma cheers, YAY!
Amma jumps and waves her wand.
Amma says, WHOOSH!
Isadora says, HUH?
Aunt Omi, a woman with long, curly black hair and fangs, walks into the house wearing a long purple gown.
Aunt Omi says, THANK YOU FOR WATCHING AMMA TONIGHT.
Cordelia says, OF COURSE! ENJOY THE V-POP.
Aunt Omi smiles and leaves.
Cordelia says, BYE!
Cordelia waves her star wand. Pink sparkles float out and close the doors.
Amma says, I STAYED UP ALL DAY, SO I'D BE TIRED FOR MY FAIRY SLEEPOVER. WE CAN MAKE FLOWER CROWNS, DO FAIRY MAGIC, EAT DINNER AT NIGHT, AND, OF COURSE, SLEEP!
Amma flies around Isadora and Cordelia. Isadora frowns. Cordelia smiles.
Isadora walks over and says, I'VE PLANNED AN AMAZING VAMPIRE UNSLEEPOVER, SO MAYBE WE CAN DO SOME OF THAT FAIRY STUFF LATER. FIRST, LET'S DO SOME SHAPESHIFTING BEFORE DINNER. I MEAN, BREAKFAST! COME ON. WE'RE GONNA HAVE LOADS OF FUN!
Isadora grabs Pink Rabbit and flies up the staircase with Amma.
[Giggling]
Upstairs, Isadora runs into her bedroom with Pink Rabbit.
Isadora says, I'VE BEEN PRACTISING SHAPESHIFTING LATELY.
Amma follows Pink Rabbit into the room, and Pink Rabbit runs into Isadora.
Isadora says, OH! SORRY, PINK RABBIT!
Pink Rabbit stumbles onto the floor. A purple cloud wraps around Isadora, and she shapeshifts into a cat with a pink and black striped tail. As a cat, Isadora leaps onto her bed.
As a cat, Isadora says, TA-DA! OKAY, YOUR TURN, AMMA.
Amma frowns.
Amma smiles and says, I KNOW! WHAT IF I'M A FAIRY AND YOU'RE MY PET KITTEN?
Isadora says, OOH, I KNOW! YOU SHAPESHIFT INTO A MOUSE, AND I CAN CHASE YOU!
Amma says, BUT I'VE ALREADY CHANGED INTO BEING A FAIRY.
Amma flies over to the bench under the large circular window.
Amma says, TRY AND CATCH ME.
Amma grabs a flower crown off the bench and jumps off.
Amma cheers, YAY!
Amma leaps across the room.
Amma says, WHOOSH!
[Amma giggling]
Amma tosses the flower crown onto Isadora, who, as a cat, frowns.
[Isadora sighs]
Amma sings, I'M A FLOATY, FLUTTERY FAIRY.
Cordelia pops in and says, ISADORA, I SEE YOU'VE CHANGED FOR DINNER.
Isadora groans, OH!
Isadora tosses the flower crown off her head.
Isadora wines, MUM!
Cordelia says, OH, SORRY. BREAKFAST.
[Cordelia chuckling]
Cordelia says, WELL, WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL IT, IT'S READY!
Cordelia leaves.
Amma says, DINNER FOR BREAKFAST? WAIT UNTIL MY FRIENDS HEAR ABOUT THIS.
Amma twirls out of the room. As a cat, Isadora leaps onto the floor beside Pink Rabbit.
[Isadora groaning]
Isadora shapeshifts back into her vampire-fairy self and follows Amma out the door. Pink Rabbit yawns. In the kitchen, Bartholomew places a plate of strawberries on the table with the plate of sliced tomatoes and now-sliced apples.
Bartholomew says, HERE YOU ARE, GIRLS, A VAMPIRE BREAKFAST FEAST! TOMATOES A LA FLAMBE, BAT APPLES AND STRAWBERRY SURPRISE.
Amma looks disappointed. Isadora smiles.
Isadora says, OOH!
Cordelia puts her flower salad on the table.
Amma smiles and says, FAIRIES EAT FLOWERS?
Cordelia says, OF COURSE, BUT NOT EVERY FLOWER. THESE ARE ONES I'VE GROWN SPECIALLY FOR EATING. AND WE NEED TO SAVE SOME FOR THE BEES.
Amma asks, IS IT AS DELICIOUS AS IT LOOKS?
Cordelia says, EVEN MORE DELICIOUS THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE.
Amma asks, CAN I HAVE A FLOWER SALAD FOR DINNER?
[Amma giggling]
Amma says, I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M EATING DINNER AT NIGHT! VAMPIRES NEVER DO THAT.
Isadora looks annoyed.
Isadora says, I WANTED TONIGHT TO BE ALL ABOUT VAMPIRES. WE CAN'T EAT FAIRY FOOD.
Cordelia frowns and says, MMM.
Isadora says, OKAY, FINE.
Cordelia smiles.
Isadora adds, BUT AFTER WE'VE HAD FLOWERS FOR BREAKFAST...
[Amma giggling]
Amma says, YOU MEAN DINNER?
[Isadora groaning]
Isadora says, FINE. DINNER! THEN, LET'S DO SOMETHING VAMPIREY, OKAY?
Amma says, OKAY!
[Isadora sighs]
Isadora eats an apple slice. Amma smells a daisy from the flower salad.
[Crunching and sniffing]
Later, in the entryway, Bartholomew walks toward Isadora and Amma.
Isadora asks, SO, WHAT VAMPIREY THING SHOULD WE DO NEXT?
Bartholomew says, YOU KNOW, I USED TO PLAY FLIGHT AND SEEK WITH YOUR UNCLE FERDINAND ALL THE TIME.
[Bartholomew gasping]
Bartholomew says, OH, IT WAS OUR FAVOURITE VAMPIRE GAME.
Bartholomew continues to the kitchen.
Isadora says, THAT SOUNDS LIKE FUN. AMMA, YOU FLY AND HIDE FIRST, AND I'LL LOOK FOR YOU. READY, STEADY, GO!
Amma flies up the staircase. Isadora quickly follows.
[Isadora giggling]
Upstairs, Isadora flies into her bedroom and looks around. She spots Pink Rabbit lying on the floor.
[Isadora gasping]
Isadora drops to the floor near Pink Rabbit.
[Isadora gasping]
Pink Rabbit wakes up and stands.
[Isadora sighs]
Isadora says, COME ON!
Pink Rabbit follows Isadora to the kitchen. Isadora pauses and watches her parents dance.
Bartholomew says, AH, AH, OH! AH, AH! OH!
Bartholomew dips Cordelia, and Cordelia smiles. Isadora flies up the lounge at the top of the stairs. She looks inside the horn of a gramophone and behind the lounge chair. Pink Rabbit reaches the top of the stairs, and Isadora flies back down. Pink Rabbit yawns. Downstairs, Isadora and Pink Rabbit peek inside the greenhouse. A butterfly flutters close by.
From inside the greenhouse, Amma asks, ISADORA, HAVE YOU EVER FLOWN WITH BUTTERFLIES?
Amma hovers among butterflies.
Amma says, THEY'RE SO BOUNCY, LIKE LITTLE, TINY, FLUTTERY FAIRIES.
Isadora says, AMMA! I THOUGHT WE WERE PLAYING FLIGHT AND SEEK. VAMPIRES DON'T FLY LIKE BUTTERFLIES.
Amma says, WELL, THEY SHOULD. IT'S THE MOST FUN EVER!
Amma drops to her feet beside Isadora.
[Isadora sighs]
Isadora asks, WHAT IF WE PRACTISE OUR VAMPIRE SPEED STOPS?
Amma frowns. Isadora leaps into the air and flies around the room. Pink Rabbit jumps onto a cushioned chair.
Isadora cheers, WHEE! YAY! WHOO-HOO!
[Isadora giggling]
Isadora cheers, YAY!
Isadora slips feet-first into a tree.
Isadora says, OOPS!
[Rustling]
Isadora pops out of the tree with leaves in her hair.
[Isadora giggling]
Amma asks, WHAT IF WE GOT INTO OUR P.J.’S AND READ SOME FAIRY BEDTIME STORIES?
Isadora drops out of the tree and walks over to Amma.
[Pink Rabbit softly snoring]
Isadora angrily says, THERE IS NO BEDTIME AT A VAMPIRE UNSLEEPOVER.
Pink Rabbit jolts awake.
Amma says, OKAY, FINE.
An orange butterfly lands on Amma’s flower crown.
[Amma giggling]
Isadora says, TIME FOR A PROPER VAMPIRE NIGHT FLY.
Isadora leaves. In the kitchen, Cordelia sips a cup of tea. Isadora runs in with Amma. Pink Rabbit closely follows.
Isadora asks, MUM, CAN WE DO A VAMPIRE NIGHT FLY AROUND THE GARDEN?
Cordelia says, OF COURSE, DARLING. I'VE ALSO SET UP THE TENT, IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP IN THERE UNTIL DAD GETS BACK FROM HIS NIGHT FLY.
Isadora says, THERE'S NO SLEEPING AT A VAMPIRE UNSLEEPOVER.
Cordelia says, RIGHT. OF COURSE. IT'S JUST THERE IN CASE SOMEONE NEEDS A SNOOZE.
Cordelia winks. Pink Rabbit smiles and follows Isadora and Amma into the backyard.
Amma says, WOW. YOU HAVE SO MANY WILDFLOWERS IN YOUR FAIRY GARDEN!
Amma looks at the colourful flowers growing in a small flower garden.
Isadora says, OKAY, LET'S FLY TO THE TURRET AND BACK, AND WHOEVER'S THE FASTEST WINS!
Isadora points toward a turret with a bat on top.
Isadora says, PINK RABBIT CAN TIME US.
Amma smells flowers in the flower garden.
[Sniffing]
Isadora asks, AMMA, ARE YOU READY?
Amma looks annoyed.
Amma says, ALL RIGHT.
Isadora says, READY, STEADY, GO!
Isadora leaps into the air. Amma turns toward a flower in the garden and smiles.
In the air, Isadora says, AMMA! ISN'T THIS AMAZING?
Isadora looks over her shoulder and frowns.
Isadora says, HUH?
Isadora flies into the bat on top of the turret.
Isadora yelps, WHOA!
Isadora spins around and hangs upside down on the bat.
Isadora groans, OH!
Oscar flies out of the turret.
Oscar asks, ISADORA, WHAT ARE WE DOING?
Oscar flies up to Isadora and frowns.
Oscar says, OH! ARE YOU OKAY?
Isadora says, YES. BUT NO. THIS WOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED IF AMMA HAD DONE ALL THE VAMPIRE STUFF I WANTED TO DO. BUT ALL AMMA WANTS TO DO IS FAIRY STUFF!
Oscar looks down toward Amma. Amma smells a blue tulip in the flower garden.
Isadora says, EVEN PINK RABBIT WON'T BE VAMPIRE FOR A NIGHT WITH ME.
Oscar looks toward Pink Rabbit sleeping at the entrance of a pink tent.
[Pink Rabbit snoring]
Oscar says, HMM... MAYBE YOU CAN MAKE IT A VAMPIRE FAIRY SLEEPOVER?
Isadora says, NO! IT'S NOT A PROPER UNSLEEPOVER IF IT'S VAMPIRE FAIRY. I HARDLY EVER GET TO STAY UP ALL NIGHT AND BE FULL VAMPIRE.
[Isadora groaning]
Isadora flips upright and flies down from the turret. Oscar follows. In the flower garden, Amma smells the blue tulip.
[Sniffing]
Isadora lands beside Amma. Oscar hovers beside Isadora.
Isadora says, AMMA.
Amma asks, ISADORA, CAN YOU MAKE FLOWERS DANCE? I'D LOVE TO HAVE A FAIRY FLOWER DANCE PARTY IN THE GARDEN!
[Isadora sighs]
Isadora says, NO!
Amma asks, HOW ABOUT YOU DO SOME MAGIC, SO THE TULIP IS BIG ENOUGH FOR ME TO GET INTO? THEN, I CAN BE A TEENY-TINY WEENY FAIRY.
[Isadora groaning]
Isadora says, FINE.
Isadora clenches her fists.
Amma cheers, YES!
Isadora waves her fairy star wand and zaps the blue tulip with a stream of pink light. Pink Rabbit wakes up and raises his eyebrows.
[Intense music plays]
The blue tulip starts to grow. Pink light sparkles across the flower. Oscar and Isadora look worried. Amma looks excited.
Oscar says, UH...
The tulip rises above the trees.
Amma cheers, WHEE! WHOA!
Amma flies around the tulip. She opens the petals and slips inside the flower.
[Amma giggling]
From inside the tulip, Amma says, IT SMELLS LOVELY IN HERE!
The tulip head swings around. Isadora takes a step back with Oscar.
From inside the tulip, Amma cheers, WHEE! WHOO!
Amma peeks out of the tulip and cheers, WHOO-HOO!
The tulip leaves sway and dislodge dirt from the garden.
Isadora yelps, WHOA!
Dirt hits the pink tent.
[Splattering]
The tulip leaves throw dirt around the yard.
Amma cheers, WHOO! WHOO!
Dirt hits a pink turret.
[Splattering]
Oscar asks, UM, IS THE FLOWER SUPPOSED TO BE THROWING DIRT LIKE CONFETTI?
Dirt flies over Oscar and Isadora.
Oscar and Isadora duck and yelp, WHOA!
Oscar flies away and wails, OOH!
Isadora dives behind a tree with Oscar. Dirt splatters against the tree.
Amma cheers, WHOO-HOO!
Isadora says, NO, IT'S DEFINITELY NOT SUPPOSED TO BE MAKING A HUGE MESS.
Amma swings around in the tulip.
Amma cheers, YAY! WHEE! WHOO!
Oscar says, THAT'S SOME ANGRY MAGIC RIGHT THERE.
Amma cheers, WHOO! THIS IS FUN!
The tulip swings Amma in circles.
Amma says, I'M A TINY FAIRY IN A GIANT FLOWER!
[Isadora gasping]
Isadora says, THIS IS MY FAULT. THE FLOWER IS ANGRY BECAUSE I DID ANGRY MAGIC. I HAVE TO MAKE THIS RIGHT.
Isadora flies away from the tree.
Oscar says, OOOH!
More dirt hits the tree. Oscar follows Isadora. Amma remains inside the tulip.
[Amma giggling]
Amma cheers, WHEE!
Isadora waves her wand, and a sparkly pink stream of light swirls around the flower.
Amma cheers, YAY! WHOOSH!
Isadora frowns and says, IT'S MOVING AROUND TOO MUCH.
[Oscar gasping]
Oscar says, MAYBE AMMA CAN HELP!
Isadora says, OF COURSE!
Isadora shouts, AMMA, CAN YOU HELP ME WITH MY FAIRY MAGIC?
Amma peeks out of the tulip and says, YES!
Isadora says, I NEED YOU TO DISTRACT THE FLOWER, SO IT STAYS STILL.
Amma says, FAIRY MAGIC TO THE RESCUE!
Isadora asks, READY?
Amma says, YES!
Amma flies out of the tulip. She hovers in front of the flower, and it stays still. Amma flies over to Isadora, and the tulip follows.
Isadora says, NOW!
Amma flies away from the tulip, and Isadora waves her wand. A stream of sparkly pink light wraps around the tulip, and it shrinks to its original size.
[Chimes]
Oscar cheers, WOO-HOO!
Amma and Isadora cheer, YES!
[Oscar and Isadora giggling]
Amma asks, DID YOU SEE HOW ENORMOUS THE FLOWER WAS?
Amma lands beside Isadora.
Amma says, AND I WAS BOUNCING AROUND INSIDE! I CAN'T BELIEVE I GOT TO RIDE IN A FLOWER. OH, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
Amma hugs Isadora.
Isadora says, YOU'RE WELCOME. I GUESS FAIRY STUFF IS KIND OF FUN.
Amma says, YEAH. WHOOSH! A FLICK OF YOUR WAND AND IT'S BACK TO NORMAL, LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED.
Isadora looks around at piles of dirt scattered around the yard and against the house.
Isadora says, MMM. NOT QUITE LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED.
Oscar says, UH... OH, WELL.
Oscar shrugs and flies away.
[Oscar giggling]
Isadora says, AMMA, I'M SORRY. I WAS UPSET YOU WOULDN'T DO ANY OF THE VAMPIRE THINGS I WANTED TO DO. I SHOULDN'T FORCE EVERYONE TO DO WHAT I WANT TO DO.
Amma says, BUT IT'S SO COOL THAT YOU GET TO DO VAMPIRE STUFF AND FAIRY STUFF! I NEVER GET TO DO FAIRY STUFF.
Isadora says, YEAH. YOU'RE RIGHT. I GUESS I AM PRETTY LUCKY.
Isadora hugs Amma. Amma smiles.
Amma asks, WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO ABOUT THE MESS?
Isadora looks around and says, HMM. AMMA, DO YOU WANT TO DO SOME MORE FAIRY MAGIC WITH ME?
Amma says, OF COURSE I DO!
Isadora and Amma hold up their wands.
[Isadora and Amma giggling]
[Gentle, cheerful music plays]
Elsewhere in the backyard, Amma waves and points her wand at piles of dirt. Isadora waves her wand. Streams of sparkly pink light wrap around the dirt. The dirt flies across the yard toward the flower garden. Pink Rabbit watches from inside the tent.
Amma says, OOH-WHOO!
[Isadora giggling]
The piles of dirt land in the flower garden. Pink Rabbit waves his paw at piles of dirt outside the tent, and Amma waves her wand.
Amma says, WHOOSH!
Isadora waves her wand and moves the piles of dirt to the flower garden.
Cordelia says, THAT'S SOME PRETTY AMAZING FAIRY MAGIC, AMMA!
[Amma and Isadora giggling]
Amma says, ANOTHER ONE!
Amma and Isadora wave their wands. Dirt on the pink turret moves to the flower garden.
From close by, Bartholomew says, OH! ARE YOU GIRLS STILL UP?
Bartholomew flies into the backyard and lands beside Amma and Isadora.
[Isadora yawning]
Isadora says, I COULD USE A LITTLE NAP IN THE FAIRY TENT.
Amma says, YES! FAIRY NAP TIME!
[Amma giggling]
Isadora cheers, WHOO!
Isadora follows Amma into the tent. Pink Rabbit lies asleep at the entrance.
[Giggling]
Bartholomew flies over and says, GOODNIGHT, GIRLS, AND SLEEP TIGHT.
Bartholomew smiles and flies through a window in the black bat turret.
[Upbeat music plays]
